This has been my “ go to” for repairs for my Navigator. Tony & Brandon need to be cloned. 😉They are both so cool. Very necessary in the customer service industry. Professional and just good old fashion nice. They make sure my vehicle is fixed as promised. I like that if i start with Tony and if he’s not there Brandon is able to answer. Verses saying “ I don’t know Tony is not here right now” He knows how to answer the question. They communicate which is king. Good team. I totally recommend. Tres Amigos!👍🏽

Came to fix my breaks and 2 days after I picked up my truck my calipers exploded, they didn’t want to take responsibility and told me that they will charge me $349, when I picked up my truck they actually charged me $596 , over the phone they said $349 is the final price and then they said it was plus labor just after the job was done

I came in with a slow leak/nail in tire, 25 minutes before Friday close. The two guys in the front office were beyond welcoming and I was out before close. Pricing was great too!

Love their business hours especially since they open early. I was in a rush to get my car done before the holiday and I’m constantly busy with work. They were all so nice and friendly to me and helped me fix my air intake since it was cracked. Their response on the phone and text was fast. Unfortunately they don’t open on weekends 🥲. Love their business though

I chose Tres Amigos based on their high customer satisfaction. This was a wise decision as Tony was both polite and respectful and provided a reasonable quote in a timely manner. The work was performed and completed on schedule and now my car is safe to drive.

I was trying to get an oil change and they did not tell me it would take an hour until after waiting 20 minutes. Not a professional service if they're not going to tell you the ETA when you bring it in

I went to Tres Amigos based on the high ratings but received poor customer service and they didn't fix the problem on my car even though I paid them. I went to Zip Auto and they were able to find the actual issue and fix it right away. Don't bother going to Tres Amigos.

Super friendly staff, set an appointment up that i missed due to work but the way they treated me when I came in and over the phone, they deserve all 5 stars. Next time I’m in town and need service I’m calling them.

Tres Amigos Auto Service completed an engine swap on our 2004 GMC Yukon XL. The job was done quickly. They took good care of our vehicle while it was in their possession. Now it runs like new again. Tony was our service advisor. He was very respectful and polite. He kept us informed along the way. I'm glad we chose Tres Amigos Auto Service. We will definitely refer them if someone needs work done.
