BE CAREFUL ! took my car In for them to replace the engine mounts come to found out they only replace the torque strut on the top but not the engine mount on the bottom. I even bought the parts for them myself. $500 down the drain.

Great shop !!!! Took my 2500 dodge ram in to have a new motor put. It got done in one day dropped it off at 9 am was out the door by 8pm awesome work

Great shop! Came to buy 2 tires (used) and mechanic where nice enough to explain that one tire I was giving up was still good but one that I didn’t pay attention wasn’t (and showed me) As a woman not so knowledgeable about vehicles I feel comfortable coming here. It’s my 2 time at the shop for TIRES Also, they close late and opened on SUNDAYS

Yo fui y lleve un Mazda 3 para que le cambiaran los amortiguadores, lleve amortiguadores nuevos, y ellos rompieron uno de los amortiguadores, del lado del conductor, y nunca me dijieron, hasta que mi carro estaba rechinando y eso no lo debía de hacer, en un lugar muy deshonesto, esto pudo aver causado algo grave, lo bueno que me di cuenta desde antes

In and out, less than 30 minutes. Called and gave tire info. Given a quote and on our way we went. Drove 35 minutes on a spare from the far far west side. Literally pulled up, told the mechanic “Chris” we called and showed tire in trunk. He nodded, grabbed tire and walked into shop. 10 minutes later he rolled out the old tire , gave it to us and went back in. Less than 10 minutes he came out with tire on rim, dunked in tank (old school technique, IYKYK), told us to pull up and he mounted the tire. Told us where to pay and we were done. Quick, easy & no extra hidden charges!!

I was going to this place For minor things and didn’t have problems until this last time. I hear a clunk every time I accelerate my Gas pedal. I told them about the sound and they called me in an hour and said that I need new struts and that’s why I hear that sound. I paid $480.00 with a $20 tip for a total of $500.00. However, the clunk sound is still there and never went away. I have a 3 month warranty, So I take it back up there and The lady told Mr. Trevino And he came out with worsest attitude. He was so mad and mean and started telling her in Spanish saying my car has all kinds of problems, and there are oil leaks, and the control arms are messed up. She proceeded to translate, but I understand what he was saying, but I was shocked because he never told me any of this. This was all new to me. I said he never told me any of this. He then proceeded to yell at me and lie saying he told me I needed all kinds of work and new control arms he said I started complaining about the money! Which is such a lie!!! He then said I had told him, “No, just do the struts because that is too much money for me.” I never said that though. If he would’ve told me I needed new control arms, I would’ve said do it and paid like I always do. He Then snatched the receipt where I paid $480 previously And shoved it at me and Yelling loud in front of everyone in the parking lot saying “I don’t care, I don’t care!” Causing a scene in front of other customers yelling at me. This is really upsetting being yelled at and treated so rudely and lied on because I was a regular Customer here. I have brought Both of my cars here several times for maintenance over the past couple of years. I’m not even sure if this was the same man I spoke with on the phone who told me what the problem of my car was initially. maybe he had me confused with somebody else because he never told me any of this.

Despite having a language barrier between us, these workers were fast, efficient, and careful when putting my tire on my car. If you know Spanish, that would help, though, as no one knew fluent English. Also, they were very friendly.
