I had a faulty valve on my tire stay open after trying to put air in it, immediate flat. John came by as soon as possible after another job, replaced the valve, and helped me out by putting more air in my other tires that also needed it. Paul, on the phone, was able to explain before and afterward what was going on and what I needed to keep an eye out for with this valve. Tire problems solved by some very kind and communicative people who didn't talk down to me because I'm not a car guy, and I didn't have to deal with trying to tow my car across the city. Great service.

Paul and John are the best in the business - extremely knowledgeable, kind, and dependable. They came out same day and took care of swapping my wheels without a problem. Very communicative as well. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Got a flat tire at around 10pm on a Wednesday, i was visiting the area for a wedding. Called around and was basically told to cough up $1000 for a tow, or wait until the morning. Found this gem of a company and was told someone would be out in about 90 minutes. Within 90 minutes, John called and showed up to assist. He came and picked up the flat tire and came back with a new one. This was all done at non normal hour, so very impressed. Replaced and I was on my way. Glad this company exists. Hopefully, ill never have to use them again, but I know I'll be calling back if something like this ever happens again. Price was very reasonable too. 10/10 stars for John. I can't thank you all enough

We called and paul got us a technician to drive out to us within the hour. John showed up early and fixed our tire perfectly within 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional and I would definitely use them again.

Blew a tire due to an unavoidable pothole but managed to make it home since it was not too far. I needed a replacement ASAP though because of an upcoming trip. Decided I needed to replace all my tires because they gave me nothing but issues in the past. Called up Tri Star Mobile Tire Service and spoke with Paul, who was able to get me a full set of much better, higher quality tires on a discount. Literally the next day, he had John sent over to get the job done. Only took a couple hours to replace all 4 tires on top of the alignment/balancing. Super great and quick service, and many thanks to both Paul and John. Highly recommend this tire service!

I found myself stranded in a hotel parking lot with a flat tire, but DW came to the rescue. He quickly fixed the tire and got me back on the road safely, knowing exactly what to do. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

John arrived to my truck within 30 minutes and got me fixed up in less than 10 minutes! Very grateful for the service and even checking the tire pressure on all of my tires when he was finished! Highly recommend this service!

Popped my tire on north broad street and didnt have a spare to change it. Called this service and probably within the hour or two john was at work. Paul did great in communicating the ETA and john was very professional and diligent in his work. Overall 10/10 will defiantly us them again if i have to deal with this again. These guys are good. Paul and John were super friendly and professional, good communicators. They are popular for a reason, seemed like they were on calls back to back. I’d you need tire help at a weird hour, don’t go anywhere else. I got lucky going to them first. They also quoted me fairly from the start. Called them, did my research, and realized the price was extremely fair consider they pulled up at 11PM. John and Paul are the guys. They saved my vacation

My son gave me a very old car a Toyota Camry 2000 and I just wanted to get the car running to get it to a mechanic shop! I called Tristar left a message and Paul immediately returned my call not only was courteous but concerned the interaction was promptly and fast! Then 40 minutes later he sends the hero without a cape Mr. John he not only fixed my flat tire but gave me great advice regarding my old car, listen people not every company does this! However, I called another company just like them and was charging through the roof prices some companies don’t care for their customers but this one does please call them for their services they go above and beyond!! I’m not giving them 5 stars I’m giving them 10 Stars!! ⭐️ Thank you so much Paul and John I appreciate you guys so much!! If the mechanic tells me this car will live I will be calling back for new tires!!

One of the best service I have seen over the three days helping me. They have been one of the best. I had a flat tire, thought it was the nail but come to find out it was the rims crack, they repair the crack rims and gave me new tire made it happen in 3 days specially over the night time. Tri Star did an amazing job helping me in a tough situation! I recently moved to the area from out of state. I had purchased brand new all weather snow tires in 2023 from a much snowier state. After getting a bolt in one of my tires I needed to replace but didn’t want or need to replace all 4 tires. Paul was wonderful at quickly sourcing a difficult to find tire and John the technician did an excellent job with the replacement. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality, speed and friendliness!

Getting a flat unexpectedly is always stressful, but Tri Star really came to the rescue. Got one the night before I was supposed to travel, they came and took care of it before my deadline and were very communicative and helpful. Hopefully I don’t get a flat again for a long while but if I do I know who to call!

At such short notice these gentleman came out and assisted with my tire and the replacement of my battery! They were super professional and very communicative. I really appreciate their sincere urgency to assist me. I am forever grateful for that and because of that I will be using them as my go to source in the event I may need them again! I had a nice experience with Tri Star. First time I have used them. They came to me, took my Tesla wheels and returned about 45 minutes later and reinstalled them. They have had training on Tesla tire service and made useful suggestions for items to have in my car for future roadside emergencies. I would definitely use them again should the need arise again.

I can not say enough about Tristar! Saturday evening at around 8:30 pm. Flat tire in Northern Liberties. Called them and they answered right away. Took the time to get my precise location so they could find me quickly issued an invoice which I paid immediately and they said they would be there within an hour. They were there by 9:15 PM and Kalu (spelling??) Was quick and efficient even though I was located on a busy road. He was pleasant, professional, and eased My mind in a not so pleasant situation! I would highly recommend them if you are in Philadelphia and need quick efficient service.

I had two tires with bulging, but due to my busy work schedule couldn’t make it to a tire shop during business hours. These guys were able to come by and take care of it with little issue. Price is a little expensive, but reasonable especially given the kind of mobile service they provide and the convenience. The communication was great, especially when we ran into some hiccups because of my own ignorance about wheel locks. The techs did a great job! Would choose these guys again!

I hit a pothole driving Saturday night. I called Tri-Star the next morning 10am. Paul answered right away, even though it was Easter Sunday. He took my personal info down, tire info down, and told me he would call me right back. Within 10 minutes he called back and found new tires and made the appointment for Monday afternoon. He also asked if we purchased tire warranty because he didn't want to charge us unnecessarily. They had vehicle trouble coming to me but they kept me updated and did what they had to do to make sure they got there only a tiny bit later from the original appointment time. The technicians were very nice guys. They pulled up, jacked up the car, took the tires off within a few mins. Took the wheels to their shop to install and balance and within 45 mins had them back on my car. They came right to where I had to park the car after the blowouts. If I ever have another situation with two blown out tires I will definitely be calling Tri-Star again without any hesitation.

They was finna charge me 245$ to switch my tire out and when I got the money they didn't answer I was waiting for a very long time too I have to take the second shift now I look at the reviews and to some bad reviews it says they shut down so Idk if I was gonna be scammed or not But KingDW got me Right for 170$ and we on the road
