I found a coupon on their website for a discount brake change. I called and confirmed my car met the criteria and they were able to accommodate me dropping my car off after hours. Corey texted me as soon as they opened the next day with the complete price breakdown, turns out I misunderstood the coupon and it was a discount on labor not on the whole service. He then went above and beyond and texted the owner to get me the discounted price for the entire service that I had originally budgeted for. Amazing customer service! 100% recommend!!

Not great from a customer service perspective. I've been there several times and it's always the same - super abrupt attitude, like I'm bothering him. I'll drive an extra 10-15 miles.

UPDATED REVIEW: I took my car in for the annual inspection and asked Cory about a major servicing for my car where they check all the hoses, belts, etc. He said with only 60k miles on my Outback I didn't need the service. He also shared that if I bring my car in for oil changes they look at all that stuff during the service. I have so much faith in this place that I just referred a friend! Go! You won't be dissapointed.Cory was great! I took my car in for new brakes and he provided a quote within a couple hours of dropping off my car. A few hours later the work was complete and they will even text you an invoice so you can pay online. Very easy process and I felt the pricing was fair. Will definitely return again.

These guys are great. Other places gave me ridiculous prices to trouble shoot and repair my GMC Terrain that has 217,000 miles on it. Everybody else paid more attention to the mileage and tried to tell me it was not worth it. They hooked up their diagnostic instrumentation and within minutes determined they needed to replace an exhaust purge valve. They completed repair, but did not stop there. They kept the car to make sure it stayed clear and ran it through the necessary stages to make the repair stick. The repair was inexpensive and helped me to get a 100% clean bill of health on a great vehicle that has many more miles to travel. I see why so many people, even from out of state, bring their cars here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Absolutely the best and most honest mechanic I have ever been to. Took my 2005 wrangler to them for a troublesome check engine light. After approximately 16 hrs of troubleshooting to make sure they had correct diagnosis they determined it to be a bad computer. Charged me a very Very fair price for computer and 2.5 hrs labor. Can’t say enough. Thanks guys.

Corey and the staff are the most honest and skilled technicians in the entire triangle area. They thoroughly explain what the issue is, and what they do to fix it. Honestly is the best part of their business model. If you need it, they will tell you why. If you don’t, they won’t sell it just to sell you something. Simply the best!

These guys are fantastic! I have 3 vehicles and they service them all. Corey (The manager) and his team have done great work on all my vehicles. They take pride in their work! They will let you know what your vehicle needs and what is not worth it (They care about you, not the bottom line). They not only service engines, but the overall vehicle. Had a new top installed on my old jeep. As always, they went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue to have all my work done here and HIGHLY recommend Triangle Tire & Break!!!

My first time going and my last time! The greeting was very nice but it went down hill from there! First of all I was there to get my vehicle looked at and Frank just started talking politics and I’m thinking of course 45 supporters talking about how 45 was the best thing to ever happened to this country (wrong he is the worst thing anyways)Talking about how he love Hershel Walker well that’s because he’s a 45 supporter! Talking about how he hated Obama and Clinton everyone has there own opinions on politics but I was there to get car worked on not talk about 45! I had a appointment to drop car off Tuesday but someone else can have my spot cause I don’t want to drop my car off !Shout out to Frank I think I seen him at the Jan 6 riots!!
