Trinity Auto Haus was amazing. They had such great costumer service which is hard to find these days. They talked in terms I could understand on what was wrong with my vehicle and put it in priority of what I needed to take care of first. I highly recommend!

We are out of state and have a student at Baylor, Trinity was recommended. My daughter has an older car with lots of miles. We can always rely on Trinity to take care of her. Honest and friendly! Excellence. I felt like family from the moment I walked in. Caressa was so encouraging & knowledgeable. They diagnosed & fixed my old car. They even gave me a loaner so I wouldn't miss any work. The only area I would suggest for improvement was the price quote. Between my husband and myself we received 5 different amounts. Other than that it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Thank you ♥️

Went to get headlight bulb changed in a Jeep Cherokee. Said it would take 2 hours and cost $321.00. That’s removing the front bumper. Of course I left, rip off. Bumper doesn’t need to be removed! Took tops of 30 minutes and that’s not removing bumper.

I made an appointment a week in advance to have a Check Engine light diagnosed in my 2015 Challenger. I arrived the day of my appointment at 730am on a Wednesday and dropped off the car. Of course before any work can be done, a quote must be sent and service approved. I let them know I would get out of work at 430pm that day, and they told me they would get it looked at and send over what they find. By 1130am I was a little worried that I hadn't gotten a quote to approve, but decided to trust the shop. At 415pm I still did not have any work to approve, so I called and was told they were out looking at the car. Five minutes later I received a call from the shop and was told I had four codes showing Emissions related issues. This was something I had already told the shop when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off that morning. I had done my own code read earlier that week with a $20 reader, in my own driveway, which took about 2 minutes. And I had never even done it before. So after having my car for 9 hours, they had only done a code read. By my best guess, they did it right after I called to get an update so they would have something to tell me. It felt a lot like a child who didn't read the chapter for homework but skimmed it right before class and recited obviously superficial and unimpressive information. They assured me if I left it overnight they would get to work on it the next day. By 3pm the second day I still did not have an update. I called and was told they were out looking at the car, and would call me back. Two hours later with no call-back, I arrived at the shop in-person to get a straight answer. They told me, it's on the lift now, and it was next to be looked at. Convenient, that every instance I inquired about my car, was the short window it was being looked at. I let them know if the work wasn't started the next day I would just retrieve the car and be done with it. They apologized and claimed they had three callouts that week. I completely understand that this is out of their control, but they could have communicated that so I could reschedule the appointment. I am a human adult with a job and a life, not having a car is not easy, and that customer service factor was completely ignored and disrespected. They assured me the work would be started the next day. At 1145am the third day, I finally had work to approve, with an expected completion for the following Monday. At this point they wasted the first two days of my time, during which I could have avoided managing rides at my own expense. The next Monday, at 430pm I called again to get an update on the service. They informed me the work was done but wanted to keep the car overnight, then test drive it first thing in the morning to make sure that everything was working and would give me a call. The next morning, I did not receive a call. Instead, I called at 1pm after their lunch break to find out that they were, yet again, about to do the test drive. I let them know I would be there in 20min and expected them to start immediately. Work that could have been completed in two days took six instead. With zero communication from the shop, and zero regard for the impact this has. After two weeks I have had no issues with the work, but the customer service was non-existent, and the price was what you'd pay anywhere else, if not more. They wanted to quote me over $200 to change the air filters, which I denied and completed from my driveway. I sprang for the high-end filters and did it myself in about 5 minutes for $70 with one screwdriver. The only communication I ever received I had to call for and turned out to be childish attempts to stall instead of being honest. I feel disrespected, will never return here again.

Trinity Auto Haus provided unbelievable and timely service for my Baylor student who had a headlight burn out. This was a safety issue I was concerned about with upcoming trips to and from the airports in Dallas. I don't live in Texas but they were able to take my call, fix the problem, and get my student back on the road. Their quick assistance was exactly what we needed. Thank you again, I plan on using them for our future maintenance needs.

An oil change ended up costing $160. I needed a cabin air filter change also. But Stan explained everything to me before he did the work, showing me the disgustingly dirty filter and informing me of the cost. I will definitely return for any services I need. Very nice, friendly people

Trinity Auto Haus is not some cheap shade-tree shop. They perform quality work and the results are well worth the price. The technicians were very thorough and took care to make sure my decisions were fully informed and followed to the letter. I put my trust in their service. If your looking for a cheep fix, go elsewhere.

It was a pleasure to have met Caressa, Brandon, Tyler and Greg. They made sure to keep me well informed about Audi Q3. I had an oil change and they inflated all 4 of my tires.
