Diagnostics completed on my first visit. All work done on time, as promised. Replaced most of suspension on 12 year old Mercedes SUV. Costly.... but that's part of Mercedes ownership. Very satisfied with work that was done. Cost was reasonable.

10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is top Notch! Great Employees! Very Clean Building from the customer waiting area to the techs bays, everything was clean! Clean bays mean they take pride in their work which means they will take pride in your vehicle. I had an appointment set at the local Ford Dealer and cancelled it to come here and i'm extremely glad i did. I asked if they had a shuttle service that could take me and pick me up when my truck was ready and they said yes. They booked me an Uber what other company would do that?? That's great customer service. From them being an ASE certified service center, to the Service software they use everything is top notch! If you are in the area of Waco PLEASE book with them, you'll be glad you did.

I was very impressed with Trinity Auto Haus!! Brittany, the manager was amazing! From her knowledge of what was wrong with my car to her kindness. We are getting ready to move and my mind was frazzled with all the changes I was having to deal with, this was not the time for my care to start giving me trouble!!! I called, anticipating a long wait and a lot of money! I was so wrong!!! They told me to come right in, and even picked me up when the job was done! My problem? I was putting my new boot on the excellerator and break at the same time! They could have charged me hundreds of dollars, it was free!!! I can’t recommend them enough!! They even topped off my break fluid!! Thank you Brittany and Shane!!

Less than ideal service. It took an hour and a half for my scheduled oil change. I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $59.97. An employee approached me and told me my engine filter needed changing without providing the cost. At the end of all of it I ended up paying $140 and being late to my meeting, completely defeating the purpose of setting an appointment.

Trinity staff went above and beyond to ensure I understood the problems with my truck. Work done was excellent and I would recommend them for repairing vehicles. I will bring my truck back for repairs next time it needs it. Honest and reliable shop is a hard thing to find in the world we live in. Thanks to all the staff.

These guys are awesome beyond awesome! I came in for a tail light issue and they cought an emergency situation that could have left my wife and I dead in our tracks. Every time they do almost a full free diagnostic. More so based on what you say is the issue. But man the guys here may take their time which I'm actually thankful for because skilled labor isn't cheap and it isn't fast. I'd rather have a mechanic take their time and do quality work then be cheaper and faster and risk more costly repairs down the line or them missing something very important. Yet do they do fantastic work! As true as it can be these guys don't push you to do anything and they don't do ANYTHING that would cost you money on your end without your approval. Plus all the work they do is backed by a warrant 36 months or 36k miles. Like I said I came in for a tail light and they saw my belt was cracking from the outside inward. And they didn't just tell me they showed me too. Did they say this was urgent yes but did they push me to do no did I do it anyway of course! $206 bucks later i had a nice new belt and a fixed light and my ram 1500 runs like it's new lol I'd recommend trinity auto any day of my life! Heck man I even got a thank you letter from the service rep in the mail.

Best place for your auto repairs China Spring and Waco. I take my cars and truck their all the time. They have great staff that greet you as you walk in. The garage service is wondferful to.So don't wait till it's to late. They do 18 point inspections to as well. They our the best in town service. Trinitty Atuo Hause.
