I came here because the good name and history. Maybe it's because I look young but I'm 30. Never dealt with anyone that rude in a very long time. Giving me the run around on when my vehicle will be done. I haven't even got anything done yet but just based off the conversation I'm upset and feel disrespected and not cared about.

They were very professional and told me I didn’t need a tuneup just better gas start going to BP or Shell and get mid grade not the 87 or cheapest gas I could find and my car would run better. So I just got an oil change and gas additive used better oil and now my car is running great no issues plus they told this older female the truth

Very good people. Car started smoking 2.5 hours away from home on the highway, but wasn't overheating. I managed to make it to Trinity Brothers from by Jiffy Lube! At first, they respectfully let me know they were backed up and probably wouldn't be able to help me and I couldn’t do anything but honor that, they seemed really busy working on a lot of other cars. One man named Don happened to see I had my 2 year old son with me, he was sleep & sweaty due to the hot temperatures and me not being able to run the A/C due to the car smoke and having to cut the car off, Don made his way from out the building fast and introduced himself to me and asked me what was going on, he told me to pull my car in and lets take a look. After everything, Don lifted, scan, drained oil, and refilled all my liquids to ensure the car was ready for me and my family to get back into with nice A/C for my son! Even gave me some advice on what I should pay attention to next on the car! Very Helpful and Respectful. Rating 10/10! Highly Recommend! All You Have To Do Is Be Respectful Like U Should Already Be Doing! Appreciate Your Help A Lot Don & The Fellows At Trinity Brothers! Y’all Stay Blessed!

Trinity Brothers has been my go to for sometime regarding any problems I have with my wife or daughters vehicles. They are trustworthy and competent. I am comfortable sending family there, knowing they will be treated fairly. In my latest visit, my wife’s AC wasn’t working, but despite them being very busy, Chris was able to work me in, diagnose, and repair the problem. And fairly priced. The Harris family appreciates Ted, Chris and all the gang at Trinity Brothers!

When my air stop working in my suv Help me right away reasonable price, didn't have to wait.Staff was awesome very respectful young men twards each other and customers. Will be using services again and recommending.

My KIA has been diagnosed (by the Dealership) with needing a new engine (bad cyclinder) but who has $7000. $365 band aid by Trinity Bros and I’m good to go. Hopefully til I can find a new car. Fast and reasonable.

I am so incredibly grateful for the team at Trinity Brothers. They truly saved me and my pup after my AC went out on the first day of a cross-country road trip. They were efficient, helpful and kind. They truly saved my trip and I am so glad that I stumbled upon them when I needed help. Highly recommend!

My experience was less than tolerable and I will NEVER go back. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they have a finance option. I paid nearly $1100 to get a fuel pump and window regulator. I was quoted $500 less elsewhere after the fact. I got my car back in worse condition after waiting three weeks. It began to jerk and my RMP would get suck. My MPG was significantly impacted and my DTE continuously fluctuates. The lack of communication is appalling. You can’t leave a voicemail because it’s been full for at least a month (based on when I dropped my car off, it’s probably been longer). I had to literally show my face multiple times to get an update on my vehicle. There is no protection for your vehicle so if you get robbed that’s on you they do not take responsibility. My sister also took her car here to get fixed around the same time. They fixed the wrong thing she paid $300. When she came back they wanted her to pay an addition $200+ for what they were suppose to get fix originally. She got it fixed elsewhere for less than half of what they were asking. The quality of service is not a reflection of the price. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. My family and I will never use their services again.

from my experience, they were able to get me in and out . I’ve dealt with them at least two times different vehicles each visit. Diagnoses was $65 .

Had a wonderful experience at Trinity Brothers. They got me in almost immediately on a Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They had it fixed and running great within a couple hours. When I picked it up, they talked me through everything and even showed me what they had fixed. Everyone was courteous throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I have a 2014 buick lacrosse. I just wanted my AC fix .through endurance warranty. Trinity brother couldn't fix it @ all ,after 2 weeks there. They called me up & said it be 88$ to get it. Well I pick it up.& drove away.the car wouldn't go over 15mile.by that time the shop was closed. Whatever they did to my car ,they fix it where it wouldn't run right again. This is why I don't take my business to black own business, they tend to be the worst mechanics I ever seen. It would be wise for them to go to a mechanic school & get a 4 year diploma. I advise everybody don't take your car or truck there .trinity don't mean a damn thing but big damn Christian problems. That fake damn card they give you don't mean a damn thing.i will not support anything else to do with black business.im have to go to court on this one .this why I hate mechanics.

My experience was very pleasant I was able to handle business with them without having to visit the shop, I called them they gave me a number to a tow company my car was towed to them for a very reasonable price, they checked my car out and gave me a quote within a day . they had my car back running within a day, this company is very professional 10/10 I would recommend anyone to bring your vehicle here

Vehicle was dropped off with multiple issues and the staff indicated a single part replacement would solve the issues, but after conducting the repairs, including additional part replacements not related to the original issue, the staff informed us that they didn't even attempt to address most of the issues that were occurring. The vehicle was returned without any noticeable improvement in performance and persistent error lights still present on the dashboard. Communication was terrible, including receiving misinformation and an inaccurate repair estimate. The staff was argumentative and dishonest. A total waste of money and time and we were left with nothing but a bill and a car that still didn't run correctly.
