Called 3 times and no answer. I received a robotic text saying they'd call back but never did

I called on Saturday evening because my car broke down. He came to my rental house to “diagnose” my vehicle. He was very nice, I was disappointed with the service though. I explained exactly what happened and he hooked the computer in and said I reset the computer codes and all you need is some more oil in the motor. I put the amount of oil he told me to add I asked a couple of times are you sure that is all it needs I have a 10 hour drive on Monday to get back home. He said oh yeah it just needs more oil and it will be fine. Need less to say didn’t make it a whole mile before the motor blew there was no leaks or anything maybe the motor was blown when he came but when you pay $130 for them to diagnose you expect to know what the actual problem is. I know mechanic work is not easy to diagnose but I feel the amount is unreasonable for the time and effort I Received. Got another mobile mechanic this morning and he saw exactly what the problem was.

It didn’t take him long to get the job done! He was very polite and knew what he was doing.
