I had a great experience here. They stayed open late to help me, offered me a ride to help out, and they even texted me to see if I got my problems resolved. Service was super quick and efficient, the guys were friendly, they didn't try to upsell me, but when I pressed them about my tire health they gave me a lot of good information. I was quoted a synthetic oil change at (I believe) $115, which I thought was high, but when I googled it I found that's in the normal range (on the highish end depending on what type of oil and how much they use). I went with a regular oil change for $65. I like the people here and I'm happy with the service so far. I'll update you with any issues, but so far, I've been very pleased and will be a returning customer. They offer most services but not for mufflers and a variety of other small things

If I could give them a lower star I would. I went there for a used car knowing used tires can be guaranteed but if you have a complaint they should be accommodating to the customer. I bought a used tire to replace a tire that had a wobble. The first you tired didn't make the car wobble but it didn't make it home before it had a flat. I return the next day they put a second used tire on and I drove it home and a lighter variation of the original wobble return on the same side passenger right you could hear it and feel it. Their tech drove the car The refuse to acknowledge that he could feel or hear the wobble. He then took it back to the shop and started speaking in Spanish to all of the different employees so they all were convinced I'm sure of the same story. Instead of correcting the tire that was having the problem they went looking at the front end to try to get more business out of me by telling me the front end was the issue. When I argued telling them that I know better they decided to throw me out of the business and not address the wobbling tire. The employees and owner were nasty and belligerent and would not stop speaking Spanish in front of me. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ARE NON-LATIN. THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. THEY ALSO ACCEPT CASH AND DONT CHARGE TAXES. I THINK THAT IS ILLEGAL.

Overpriced for tires mounting/balancing compared to every other tire place outhere! They 1st asked me 25$/tire for regular 16" tires. They spoke together in their own language (Spanish) and then increased to 35$/tire. I knew it was too expensive but I agreed. The cherry on the cake is that they wanted to charge me 20$/each valve stems in extra!!! They finally said 15$/each. Ended up paying 270$ for a job that should have cost no more than 150$ as quoted at firestone, discount tire and Mavis. Previous ownership were way better with pricing and service. I won't return nor recommend this tire place to anyone.

Very clean shop very pretty lady at front desk but charged $30 to mount and balance tire on rim. I installed wheel on truck to find a shake from tire. Learned that tire was not balanced. I feel total rip off as I had to have tire balanced again.

Just got my tires done here and they were very fair with there prices, also very nice and the lady that runs the place is very kind... The guys work super fast had me in and out in a matter of minutes & my tires feel great on my car. Definitely will be coming back for my automobile needs. Update*** came back at closing time to get rear brakes done. I had the pads but needed rotors and didn't know. Since my tires were off they drove me to auto zone to get the rotors and put them and brake pads on in a matter of minutes. They gave me a fair decent price & stayed open just to help me out. This is why I came back and will continue to, because they are nice ppl, and seem to be very honest.

This is not the same ownership group as before. This new owners are unprofessional! They sold me a bad tire and wouldn’t fix or replace it. They then started cursing and threatening me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

On October 21, 2023, I was in this place buying new tires and alignment for the car, that day they damaged the tire sensor, after approximately two months I realized that the inside of the tires were destroyed while the outside of them were new. On January 29, 2024, I returned to this place to make a complaint, I was speaking in a respectful manner to reach a fair agreement with the manager, she said that I was been rude so that she could avoid responsibility, the camera surveillance of this place and my phone's audio refute this lady. I had to buy new tires and alignment again from another place where the manager assured me that they had done this damage on purpose (the bolts and gear were loose). It seems that this is this lady's modus operandi. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

DO NOT GO HERE! ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AN ALIGNMENT! Did not inspect my suspension and had both BAD tie rods and control arms on drivers side! TOOK TO TWO OTHER SUSPENSION SHOPS and was told to go back because they should have not aligned it in the condition. The lady in the front was nothing but a jerk and unprofessional calling me a liar and that I would not get a refund back. Returned 3 times was her excuse (I wonder why I came back 3 times! Ya dummy the suspension had bad components and that was 3 times your shop had to do the job CORRECTLY), following this will be a call to the Better Business Burea since she wanted to mock me and my comment about the BBB. Please close this place down this is the second experience like this in less than 6 months! CROOKS! Showed receipts of parts and still called me a LIAR! Will be submitting audio recording of entire encounter as well as I was 3 steps ahead and have dealt with her little attitude before! Watch how fast the owners change again for the 3rd time in a year! **UPDATE** She privately messaged me Via google, tried to offer me 30% off a new alignment or her very best to try to charge me once again and I made sure to say no, the alignment was never done right to begin with, I paid to have the job done right, it’s been less than 7 days from the original alignment. Once I arrived to Tropical tires the “Tech” asks me why I am back, I then explain and show ALL the receipts and the old suspension parts that they never told me were bad and explained that I had to play mechanic throughout the entire weekend because they failed to do the job CORRECTLY, that I would like it aligned and he took the car onto the alignment machine. This entire time the lady does not show her face and I’m sure it’s out of embarrassment for calling me a liar and because of all her accusations, to the point that she came out the office, saw me and went back inside and called the tech via personal phone 🤣😭 but anyways once she saw I was on the phone she comes into the alignment area and tells the tech to hurry this one out as they have other alignments and I made sure she heard me say “not until it’s done correctly”, now your probably wondering how the alignment came out, the car is driveable but you can tell the alignment is not 110% was doing my research and BMW asks for the car to have a full tank and for 150 lbs to be on the drivers seat while aligning the car and none of that was done. If you value your car please just go some where reputable and TRUSTWORTHY.

Finally, a tire place that goes above and beyond for its customers. My husband and I took his truck & our family car to change the tires & get an alignment. The place is very clean with excellent customer service. There’s also a wide selection of tires (both new and used). All the work was done in a timely manner & very efficiently. We left extremely satisfied and will be returning here.

Get there for alignment! They did my car drive worst than it got there! One of the employees was asking for tips all the time like literally all the timeee. He wasn’t the one aligning the car! Whenever they told me the alignment was done I told him that it didn’t look like done because I still have a camber which I clearly ask him to take care of that!!! Don’t go here for alignment they don’t know what they doing!! And they try to overcharge me!! I’ll like to get a refund!!

Got a nail in our tire. Tried to call and schedule an appointment, but no one answered the phone, and when we got there we were turned away, saying it would be at least two hours before anyone could even look at our tire. Went down the street and got it done in 20 minutes.

These guys were awesome, my rental car was warning me I was losing pressure in my tire and I wanted to get back to my vacation quickly. They took me in right away, fixed the tire in minutes, and I was back on my way in no time. Very friendly service as well.

Used to be Good and fast service, no longer. They spent nearly 2 hours and the car wouldn’t even move because they had the rear rims on the front and front rims on the rear. Took another hour for three guys to get the front tires off the rear rim and back the way it should have been from the beginning. I watched them get careless and mix the staggered setup, warned the manager of the mistake only to be told the technician had 15 years experience. Fail!

I had a flat tire- I arrived at tropical tire after help from AAA and the mechanics at tropical were able to fix my tire in under 10 minutes for only $25 - they were convenient, conscientious, and quick! I’d recommend them to anybody and everybody.
