Had a flat on the highway the other night and slapped the spare and went on my way. The next morning I tried to go to multiple shops in the area and they were all either rude or unprofessional or not even open at 11am on a Friday. I pulled in and joe got to work right away offering 2 kinds of repairs on my flat tire. He could've just offered me the most expensive option but he was professional and friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes with all my tires inflated to the proper pressure and in good working condition. I am due for new set of tires in a few months and I will be coming back. Highly recommend

I needed extensive work done on my car, in addition to replacing a few tires. When I got it back, it ran like new! The management provided top-notch customer service, and the mechanics are true masters of their craft—all at a very reasonable price.

I did not have a good experience, I do not recommend this place to anyone, what was a simple alignment turned into a nightmare, they damaged several components of my suspension and I know it was intentional. They are rude and always want to be right. Stay away from this place. Read the history of one-star comments and see that it is their modus operandi. My prejudice already exceeds one thousand five hundred dollars.

This tire shop is strictly about business, and they don't waste any time at all to get you in and out. I caught a flat from a nail on my way downtown today, and the tire got ruined after I kept driving on it. They found the issue, found a new tire that fits my rims in less than 10 minutes. Joe went the extra mile, and he was fast. All the employees here seem like good people to do business with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a new or used tire.

I had a great experience here. They stayed open late to help me, offered me a ride to help out, and they even texted me to see if I got my problems resolved. Service was super quick and efficient, the guys were friendly, they didn't try to upsell me, but when I pressed them about my tire health they gave me a lot of good information. I was quoted a synthetic oil change at (I believe) $115, which I thought was high, but when I googled it I found that's in the normal range (on the highish end depending on what type of oil and how much they use). I went with a regular oil change for $65. I like the people here and I'm happy with the service so far. I'll update you with any issues, but so far, I've been very pleased and will be a returning customer. They offer most services but not for mufflers and a variety of other small things

If I could give them a lower star I would. I went there for a used car knowing used tires can be guaranteed but if you have a complaint they should be accommodating to the customer. I bought a used tire to replace a tire that had a wobble. The first you tired didn't make the car wobble but it didn't make it home before it had a flat. I return the next day they put a second used tire on and I drove it home and a lighter variation of the original wobble return on the same side passenger right you could hear it and feel it. Their tech drove the car The refuse to acknowledge that he could feel or hear the wobble. He then took it back to the shop and started speaking in Spanish to all of the different employees so they all were convinced I'm sure of the same story. Instead of correcting the tire that was having the problem they went looking at the front end to try to get more business out of me by telling me the front end was the issue. When I argued telling them that I know better they decided to throw me out of the business and not address the wobbling tire. The employees and owner were nasty and belligerent and would not stop speaking Spanish in front of me. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ARE NON-LATIN. THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. THEY ALSO ACCEPT CASH AND DONT CHARGE TAXES. I THINK THAT IS ILLEGAL.

Overpriced for tires mounting/balancing compared to every other tire place outhere! They 1st asked me 25$/tire for regular 16" tires. They spoke together in their own language (Spanish) and then increased to 35$/tire. I knew it was too expensive but I agreed. The cherry on the cake is that they wanted to charge me 20$/each valve stems in extra!!! They finally said 15$/each. Ended up paying 270$ for a job that should have cost no more than 150$ as quoted at firestone, discount tire and Mavis. Previous ownership were way better with pricing and service. I won't return nor recommend this tire place to anyone.

Very clean shop very pretty lady at front desk but charged $30 to mount and balance tire on rim. I installed wheel on truck to find a shake from tire. Learned that tire was not balanced. I feel total rip off as I had to have tire balanced again.

Just got my tires done here and they were very fair with there prices, also very nice and the lady that runs the place is very kind... The guys work super fast had me in and out in a matter of minutes & my tires feel great on my car. Definitely will be coming back for my automobile needs. Update*** came back at closing time to get rear brakes done. I had the pads but needed rotors and didn't know. Since my tires were off they drove me to auto zone to get the rotors and put them and brake pads on in a matter of minutes. They gave me a fair decent price & stayed open just to help me out. This is why I came back and will continue to, because they are nice ppl, and seem to be very honest.

This is not the same ownership group as before. This new owners are unprofessional! They sold me a bad tire and wouldn’t fix or replace it. They then started cursing and threatening me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had a flat tire- I arrived at tropical tire after help from AAA and the mechanics at tropical were able to fix my tire in under 10 minutes for only $25 - they were convenient, conscientious, and quick! I’d recommend them to anybody and everybody.

On October 21, 2023, I was in this place buying new tires and alignment for the car, that day they damaged the tire sensor, after approximately two months I realized that the inside of the tires were destroyed while the outside of them were new. On January 29, 2024, I returned to this place to make a complaint, I was speaking in a respectful manner to reach a fair agreement with the manager, she said that I was been rude so that she could avoid responsibility, the camera surveillance of this place and my phone's audio refute this lady. I had to buy new tires and alignment again from another place where the manager assured me that they had done this damage on purpose (the bolts and gear were loose). It seems that this is this lady's modus operandi. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Used to be Good and fast service, no longer. They spent nearly 2 hours and the car wouldn’t even move because they had the rear rims on the front and front rims on the rear. Took another hour for three guys to get the front tires off the rear rim and back the way it should have been from the beginning. I watched them get careless and mix the staggered setup, warned the manager of the mistake only to be told the technician had 15 years experience. Fail!
