Jesse and co took care of my bus when the leveling valve rod has deteriorated on my 1964 MCI coach. Happened on the road and as a result I lost my airbag/suspension on one side. He prioritised me above his other work and got me all fixed up. Recently I’ve been having very bad service from these big swanky clean corporate places with terrible attitudes, low knowledge and worse integrity. Jesse isn’t one of those guys fortunately, and got me up and running again. Went out of his way. Will likely drop buy again when I need more work done

We had a problem with our fifth wheel trailer. All the other shops wanted us to bring it to them and leave it so they could appraise the damage when they got a chance. Jesse came over to the RV park we were staying at and looked at the trailer. He took pictures and worked with out insurance company to get everything done in a timely matter. We were able to get the repairs done quickly and done right, I would recommend Jesse and his crew anytime. They are friendly and do professional work. A great bunch of guys.

The team here squeezed me in to there busy schedule. We were 2,000 Miles from home and really appreciate the regulator replacement. We've been without heat and stove for 5 days. All the staff was courteous and had good communication skills.

We had an engine issue/code on a late Sunday afternoon on our Workhorse Motorhome. Jessie was so gracious to answer his phone and we limped our way to his shop for an overnight stay outside his gate. Bright and early the next morning, Jessie and his son read the codes. They diagnosed and repaired it and had us up and running by 1:00 and down the road. We give Jessie high praises for his kindness and fair prices. I would recommend this shop if you are in the Tucson area. Thank you Jessie!

Traveling in our diesel-pusher motorhome, the last thing you want is mechanical issues, but it happens. Long story short, punctured air bag on a Freightliner chassis, and Jesse, JR and the mechanical staff got us back in our coach and on the road as quick as possible! My 1999 American Eagle needed oil change, fuel filters replaced, a slight air leak I could not find, and a bin door that would not stay closed. Jessie found the air leak within minutes of my first visit. He had to order the valve and they said two weeks, well surprise it arrived early!! They installed it, and I got my coach home today! A big shout out to George for the fine service job too! They are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional! Many thanks!

Being full-time RVers we were fortunate to have found this repair facility. Jessie, the owner, has always gone above and beyond what you'd expect from a similar company. We found TB&C on the internet while searching for RV body repair shops in the area. While on the road we experienced a hit and run accident to our Class A motorhome at a truck stop and insurance needed estimates on the damage. We were already in service waiting on parts for a substantial air leak and couldn't drive to the different shops for estimates. After many calls and finding a few companies saying they'd try to get someone out to inspect the damage we found Truck, Bus & Coach. Jessie offered to come to the repair shop to inspect our damage and give our insurance company an estimate for repairs. He showed up when he said he would, took pictures, explained how he prepares the estimate (just like an adjuster would) and the estimate would be submitted by the following day. Not only did he do everything he said he would, he kept us in the loop, scheduled us in for repair quickly and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier. By the way, none of the other shops we called sent anyone by to inspect our body damage nor did they ever call to cancel or explain. Needless to say, we won't go anywhere else when in Tucson. Jessie is an honorable man who takes pride in his company, does what he says he'll do and stands behind his work. He always says if you ain't happy, he ain't happy. And he means it!

Best repair shop I have ever been to. Myself and my family was traveling from California to Texas to attend a wounded veteran event. While driving through Arizona our 5th wheel trailer sustained some serious body damage. We towed it to Jesse’s shop and him and his crew was able to get it fixed and back on the road in a couple hours. I have never been to a shop where the staff was as nice as Jesse’s and worked so hard to get their customers back in the road. I would go out of my way to take my RV back to this shop.

I just had my Winnebago travel trailer painted and clear coated to match my pickup. It looks 100% better than the faded, oxidized fiberglass that's common with travel trailers. This will be so much easier to keep the sine!

Jesse and his team did a great job doing a full repaint of my 1989 Chinook RV. This wasn’t just a repaint. They installed new hatches, They installed a new door. There were a number of old doodads and mounts that they removed and cleaned up (who needs an old RF antenna any more?). New rubber trim was added. All the linework is painted on, matching the original colors. When the job was done there was an area with some overspray and the color did not match, and a couple holes that weren’t filled in. I mentioned it and they fixed the issue right away. This was a big job, and they were able to get it done in about six weeks. Jesse was very easy to work with, and listened to what I had to say. He answered all my questions. Recommended.

We had issues with our motorhome jacks. I made several calls while on the road. Jesse understood our concerns and made every effort to get us in the next morning so he could help us out. He was gracious and let us park overnight in front of his shop. When we pulled up he was there and helped us with setting up and again bright and early started to troubleshoot our problem. Jesse did all he could and we left feeling like there was still good people in this world not out to make a buck but actual concept to help. He didn't charge us and actually kept in touch too make sure we were still working and if there was anything more he could help us with. Totally recommend taking your motorhome to Jesse.

Highly recommend! Jesse and JR went the extra mile to ensure the body work needed on our coach was done right. Their detailed work and craftsmanship is impeccable. Customer service - outstanding. They worked overtime to ensure the coach was ready for our next outing despite some insurance delays. They even gave me a lift to my vehicle after dropping off the coach. When I talked to the owner and read the reviews, I said , "this place sounds too good to be true.". After calling every RV Repair place I could think of, Jesse was the only one who got back to me and came out to where were camped, did an estimate, searched around for the cheapest but quality replacement part he could find, scheduled us in right away, and saved us a lot of money, as well. We are from Montana, and I would drive many miles to get work done here again! Thank you Jesse!
