My truck happened to break down at this place and the mechanics I spoke with were very helpful. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose the issue. They were very friendly and allowed me to leave my truck till I could get the part. Even helped me push it out of the way.

NEGATIVE TO INFINITY REVIEW!!!! Bought a car at Cactus Jacks in Tucson AZ the end of Aug and then the engine light came on the next week, I brought that car back every week and after four failing attempts of them not being able to fix the situation, they replaced it with another vehicle, AND then that new vehicle had the engine light come on! OMG so I literally drove off the lot and drove back into the car lot to address it with the Manager (Wil) who literally got upset-not at me but at the situation. I then was given a 3rd vehicle which I kind of think it is ok but had the engine light come on AGAIN on this 3rd vehicle! I was told that the Manager Wil no longer works at the car lot and to contact this organization (True Fix) and to leave Chris a message which he hasn't even attempted to reach me after 4 messages!! This is definitely a SCAM and I will report to BBB as well. Please people, do your homework before giving these car lots your business! They don't care and they need to be closed down!

So took my car in for warranty work ac quit working they replaced with new compressor worked great for any 2-3 weeks then started blowing cold off and on took it back to them and found out compressor was a bad from manufacturer so they ordered a new one and got me in fixed it while I waited no issues tony was quick at getting me checked in and getting my car in for service as well as quick check out once my car was complete thanks Tony

This place is a scam they had my car for 4 months and didn’t fix anything but broke more stuff I got my car back twice for it to over heat and check engine light to come back on to get it towed back and get it back 2 months later with the hood broken it won’t open a battery dead when it was a brand new battery I bought in January of this year and the check engine light still on to be told to jump it and take it to autozone to get it scanned I tell them my hood won’t open to be told that’s not their issue they never opened the hood so for the 4 months in total they had my car and replaced engines and replaced parts they never once opened my hood that’s a damn lie they switched or popped two tires and replaced them with others so for the 4 months in total they had it they didn’t fix the issue it went in for they also switched two tires drained or replaced a brand new battery and broke my hood cause it opened and shut before it went in to not even opening when I got it back. Their response is it’s not their problem I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed

Have left voicemail and calls for a week and a half straight. Not a single returned call. I was forced to pay for the warranty for the vehicle but it seems as I read the reviews and get the same treatment it's a scam. Absolutely disappointed with this level of service. Do us all a favor and close your doors if you're going to rip people off.

Horrible! I have been trying to contact Truefix for over a week consecutively, daily. Immediately when they answer your put on hold and they never come back. Extremely unprofessional. I bought my car from cactus jacks off of camelback, not even 3 days later my vehicle shuts off at a light and an oil light pops up. The trunk is broke and has to be pushed and pulled down instead of a button. Brakes wore all the way out, don’t even want my family in the vehicle right now. They try to lie to me when selling me the vehicle when I mentioned the wire out tires saying they were fine.. I used to work at discount tire I know all about tires and the rears are in between 4/32” and 2/32” tread.

If I could give a negative star I would. never go here don't buy from drive now because this is their mechanic. They are very slow lack of work ethic very rude does not stand on they word give you expectations but don't follow thru. Car been in shop 3 times now same problem plus the tranny went out. sure it's covered thru warranty but I cannot be anymore direct when I tell you it's not worth your time or money. Take it somewhere else and get it done correctly the first time. Please believe.

If I could give no stars, I would.. I HATE this place and all the staff except Tony. He seems to be the only person that works there with any sense... The worst mechanic shop I have ever had to deal with... If you value your car DO NOT take your car here.. I would let a homeless person work on my car first. Horrible horrible horrible.. kiaya Just an update... I'm going back again now for the 3rd time for the same problem... The seal started to leak 3 days later.. I picked my car up on Friday, had "my mechanic" whom is awesome on Monday and he confirmed yup it's still leaking. Did I mention horrible horrible mechanics. And they broke my key fob and of course nobody knows what happened to it.

This company is VERY unprofessional. They like to run their customers around and keep them waiting, as well as have bad communication with car shops and are more focused on doing everything as cheap as possible, rather than as best as possible. We waited nearly three weeks for a part that showed up and was broken. We then had to wait more time for it to get repaired. Don't be fooled just because you have a "warranty" with this company doesn't mean they're gonna do good or honest work. I recommend going anywhere else.

Turefix did everything they could to make sure my vehicle was fixed. They were polite and always friendly. I would recommend them. I was happy with their warranty service.

Worst customer service ever. They're lazy as he'll, left my car for 2 days after they forced me to pay before work was done. I received 3 different stories regarding the repair status. Car sat there not even looked at. I decided to pick up the car and now it's a pain to get money back!!!! Don't buy here. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Aidan and the rest of the team here did a great job in helping me with my situation , they contacted my dealer to get me into a better vehicle to compensate for the time it has taken , my advice is to be patient with them and communicate consistently I appreciate there effort overall good customer service !

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! they have crackhead workers that don't know what they are doing or even taking about when talking engine problems . Took my car in to see why it was jerking and they said csr was fine trying to say its my engines mounts and warranty doesnt cover it smh.. Got my car back with some components not working and car didn't seemed it was even touched... long story short, just avoid this place at all cost!!

After 2 months of them having my car I finally got a text stating my car was ready for pick up, I go to pick up my car and not one person was acknowledging that I was there. About 3 people walked right past me and ignored me. Finally after 30 mins someone acknowledged that I was, they went and got my car from a parking lot, and pulled it up, didn’t say a word to me just hands me a paper and walks away. I then get in my car and everything that was in there was stolen. I had some pretty expensive things in there. I proceeded to call them after I got my vehicle and could not get one answer. Don’t recommend this place what’s so ever. 🤦🏻‍♀️

By far the worst place to take your vehicle, not only is the staff extremely rude, Mark specifically. They can’t give you an exact estimate on when your vehicle will be ready will hold your vehicle for weeks, they avoid and hardly ever answer there phones and will leave you on hold for close to an hour waiting for you to hang up so they don’t have to deal with their lack of communication. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. You’re better off finding someone online than taking it here.

I didn't get the car fixed here I got it fixed in mesa on sirrine. They supposedly changed the alternator, come to find out when I brought it to Meineke for a oil change they told me I needed new brakes they were metal to metal rotors were bad both back and front unsafe to drive. Thank God I wasn't in a accident I would of brought the car back to auto action but I'm already paying for the brakes . No sign they were bad I will have photos later

I haven’t even gotten my car back and the experience is horrible. They’ve had my car for 3 days and can’t even tell me the diagnosis let along start fixing it. I feel like they’re gonna have my car for weeks at this point. I’ve been sat on hold for 30 minutes and then no answer. At this point I’d rather pay money next time than even deal with this warranty place they suck and barely ever answer the phone. Now looking at the other reviews here I’m terrified. Hopefully I can get my car back in one piece.

This place is very bad place to take your car, they had my car for 8 weeks with an engine replacement the engine arrived June 20 took my car in June 6 got my car back July 23rd and now the check engine is on stating convertor needs repair. They never answer the phone, and it's always the run around I would pay the extra money and take it somewhere that they care, I was even told if you know someone have them apply rude rude rude. Tony and Marc and the ones that answer the phone no one knows anything that goes on there. STAY AWAY!!!!!

ABUSIVE is the only way i can discribe this ***t! So i pay for warranty every month, i pay more for ac coverage. I bought my car in February, its now May. I have texts from when they FINALLY got back to me, from me messaging in webpage, number google gives, they texted from 3 numbers so far. They said they had May 13th, a month later (today) at 8am. I asked, im sure u have a sooner one?!"" Nope they said that was soonest. Its a recharge so they would do it and i could go to drs, get kids etc. Ive been in a hot car with cancer and lupus for 4 months! They would respond to my attempts to confirst thursday Friday or Saturday.... no answer on appointment or location. I called, messaged, nothing. This morning i finally get a response that THEY DONT HAVE ME SCHEDULED!!! and the guy didnt even say it til almost 9. He calls me at 1:30, has horrible attitude from the start, he legitimately yelled at me, laughed at me, i said i pay for warranty every month so i can get this kind of thing fixed, he LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID "OH U MEAN THE WHOPPING 40$ A MONTH!?" (I pay $60 for ac coverage) OMG!!! he said theres no appointments so he will have to just write me in but they might have it like a week or something even maybe, i told him... for an ac recharge??" He said "oh ya i will just put on the paper *insert my name* "" diagnosed"" the problem!? Hahaha" wow, i said it was told to me by dealership they cover that it just needed freon, recharge! Told him that! I told him he was incredibly rude and i couldnt believe the issues even before his MOUTH with scheduling, extreme wait and lack of communication, and i wanted to talk to a supervisor! He refused. He said he would have to put me down as a walk in and he didnt know for how long, saying its rediculous that i expected it to be fast, and that 'ANY SHOP IN THE VALLEY' would think its absurd!" I let him know no one told me that, and I have 4 sons in school i need to drive, besides having systemic lupus and late stage lymphoma so I need to be able to get to Drs, hospital etc. He despicably responded with "i have three kids too, get sick too and if its too hot I RIDE THE BUS LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!" HE THAN SAYS "im not dealing with u, your husband can bring your car!" are u ...out of your mind!? Im sick SICK from this interaction

Rude place ever! I been calling since 9am first person I spoke with talk to me 10 minutes about someone else car then when I was finally able to say something he put me on hold never came back. I called back 4times I get the voicemail. Someone finally pick up then Tony put me on hold never came back. I’m so upset I left my car here at this point they have my car for 4days and no update and I still havnt spoke with anyone and now they closing so I guess another goose chase in the moring just to get information about my own car. I will never recommend this place! I don’t even feel like I left my car in safe hands this is really sad

Finally after calling multiple times through out the 2 months someone Finally answered only to tell me they haven't even started working on my vehicle. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. They are the worst.

This place is the worst we just got our car back after a month and a half the engine light is still on my cars window motor is broken and can't get my window up and when you turn the engine on it stalls and when coming to a stop the car shakes badly I do not recommend at all they gave me my car in worst shape then it was when we took it in warranty or not I will not be bringing our car back here.

Veryyyyyyy ruuuuude people!!! Last guy that did my oil change didn't secure the under carriage and as I was driving it fell off and ripped my entire bumper and wheel wells off! They are rude as hell!!! No customer service skills at all!!!

Very rude and disrespectful they hung up on me my transmission is under warranty with auto auction and they told me I have to get vehicle down there and it’s not operable only had car for 2 months not even and there just very rude and just awful I REPEAT AWFUL
