Crooks. They charge OEM prices for used or aftermarket parts and charge for work not done. They don't even have a real mechanic but they charge like one.

I brought my Lexus in to have hail damage repaired. Not only did it look like a brand new car when they were finished, Teddy and his crew did a complete detail inside and out for free. Way above and beyond. They will always get our business from this point.

I NEVER write negative reviews. You won’t find ONE in the 21 years I have been in business. I can NOT, however, let another consumer, especially a woman, ever go through this again. Teddy Parker, the owner of Trusted Auto Solutions, is a dishonest and nefarious man. I took my car to him after knowing him briefly on Facebook. He started to be aggressive in hitting on me (I have texts from him)… I told him that I wanted to only be friends. During that banter back and forth, I had taken my Infiniti to him for body work because I am not from here and didn’t know anyone else. Worst mistake. He promised to have it ready two weeks ago on a Friday and when it wasn’t, I went out of town for business in my rent car. I didn’t hear from him until the following week and then by the end of the week, he had it ready. I had gotten back from my business trip and fell very sick. Teddy started harassing me and my daughter saying that if I didn’t pick up my car and pay him for the repairs AND the storage fee of $50 a day, he was selling my car. I was so very sick and was missing work that week. He threatened to file a Title 42 on my car if I didn’t get it by the next day. Speaking of this “storage fee”… He parked my Infiniti outside of his shop in the ghetto and proceeded to charge me $50 a day. When I asked him to waive the fee because he was late getting my car and my circumstances were unforeseen as far as not being able to pick it up myself, he refused to release my car. I felt like we BOTH had a part to play here. He was late. I got sick. However, his threats were unacceptable and apparently he does this to women often. He only accepts CASH. He has terrible reviews of women alleging the same. That he punishes you for not dating him. When I finally got my car back this morning, it is filthy and a tire was flat. Dust everywhere. The worst customer service from Teddy personally. My car died at lunch because the battery was dead and I had to buy a new one. I would NEVER recommend this individual or company to service anyone.

Shop and owner is full of lies. Save time and money by avoiding this place. Had to give it one star because you can’t do any less. The owner literally gave himself 5 stars and no comment 4 months ago. Pathetic.

Do not use this shop! Took a friends car here by recommendation of another shop, to get the muffler patched in a couple of places, and the welding was done very poorly and they overcharged. A quote was promised before the work was done, they didn't call before they had already had finished. The ladies in the office were the only pro of this land. They were very nice and one tried to be helpful, but had no luck getting ahold of the owner when trying to get a price. I would never use this place again.

Not only were the repairs horrible but because of the shops inability to actual repair a car they caused further damage to my vehicle and my car is now totaled thanks to their negligence. When the owner was confronted he began to attack me personally rather than address the issues of the shoddy repairs his shop did. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a reputable repair shop.

SCAM! THEY SAY NEW OWNERS, BUT MY FRIEND IS A MECHANIC RIGHT BY THIS PLACE AND IT IS NOT NEW OWNERS, JUST A NEW TITLE OF BUSINESS. THEY STILL ARE RUDE, SHADY CROOKS. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR CAR AND THAN SAY ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN SOMETHING TURNS UP MISSING. WEIRD WHEN THE CAR IS IN YOUR LOT UNDER YOUR CARE. THEY STOLE AN IPAD, AND THAN DENIED. THEY DONT CARE THAT IS IS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS, OR THAT I HAVE A FAMILY. DO NOT GO HERE.

They took care of my problems and did an excellent job. I've seen quite a bit of people complain about these guys, but if you look deeper he tried helping them by NOT charging them so much stuff and trying to save them as much out of pocket as possible. They asked for upgrades and didn't pay it appears and then took the martyr route and swayed for public opinion.
