Amazing service and amazing work. Melissa really helped me out with getting my van up to date on a lot of repairs. Not only did she do it fast but she walked me along the path the whole way. A previous shop in Jacksonville had me doubting finding a reliable shop but they turned it right around. I will strongly recommend Melissa and her team to anyone I know.

The customer service here is so good I feel like I’m being punked! ( not used to this level of service ) Melissa and crew are amazing. As a dad with my daughter away at school in Jacksonville I’m happy to know they can fix my daughter’s car since I’m not there.

Dropped my car off at opening and had it back by 2pm, fixed a headlight and my broken sunroof. I was just waiting for her to return my car so I could give Melissa and Truth Automotive a great review. Price was amazing, timely work and she was just a very nice woman, willing to work with you she has a great heart you can tell. I will be back!

My daughter took her Kia to this place thinking if it was run by women, it would be honest and reasonable. Big mistake! She had a coil misfiring. The bill came to $780.00. She charged her $581.60 for parts alone. She charged my daughter $25.41 for each spark plug costing 101.64. Auto zone charges 9.95 each and Kia charges 14.51 each. The ignition coil she charged $119.99 each, all four were $479.64. Auto zone cost $85.00 for all 4. Kia parts are $66.00 each coil. She completely took advantage of a young girl who trusted her to be honest. Is there any honor among thieves? She will never take her car there again!

I came across truth Auto hold on let me rename it lie to you real bad Auto from off the channel 4 news I dealt with Miss Melissa she told me my truck was a lemon when all it needed was an oil change she tried to get 2600 and some change out of me for a timing chain timing belt everything affiliated with it you even told me you was afraid to crank my car up because the engine would lock when all that I needed was an oil change Miss Melissa is a true Auto lie Liar Liar instead of helping me she put in a false claim to my warranty company had me fussing with the man that I had just purchased my car from 2 months prior Miss Melissa just know that I did come across the money that you wanted but I refuse to give it to you I felt like you were crooked and you showed me that I was right in the end you stated I can just bless you well that's the first and only thing that you got right blessings to you and your company True Lies blessings

I was told they need to test drive my car for hour or two and the fee is $270 to figure out what’s wrong with a seat in the car. just to check a wire

Whenever I feel the slightest issue with my car all I have to do is call and Melissa will help me set everything up. A couple of weeks back my car started doing a jolting thing and I called them to see when it would be the next available appointment, Melissa told me to bring it in and she’ll take a look at it and I did and by the next day at noon, I was driving my car with no issues. They really make you feel like family and there is no hidden anything they will tell you the truth with everything that is going on with your car. I highly recommend them for any car trouble or maintenance that you need to get done!!

Best Auto and repair in the tristate area! Speedy service from the 15 year + mechanic Will, he’s very knowledgeable and skillful at his craft. Melissa is the most trustworthy shop owner I’ve had the chance to do business with, I took a 2017 Lexus 350 to them at 10a.m. On a Friday I was out by 12:30pm with fresh fluids top off and a full breakdown of what occurred during my work. I highly recommend this shop!

Don't take your car to this shop she says that she cares about the ladies there's no truth to that when I called concerning my car that was supposed to be repaired by them I got no response back and now my car is still running raggedy almost $4000.00 wasted for someone that doesn't care
