This company is Tru as they come! A great owner with a huge knowledge of what he is doing for his customer. And genuinely honest, fair, even above and beyond. I was so happy and clearly satisfied after he had a very difficult job to deal with as far as my vehicle went. For him it wasn't a problem, nor did he over charge me or take advantage of me at all. As a person on a limited budget facing some of these lock companies trying to charge 2 times the amount just to come out to the property..I was very appreciative. You are the man Charlie. Charlie is a huuuugggeee life saver!!! I lost my keys at work (sky harbor) and this guy came out to the employee lot at 8pm on a Saturday and cut me 2 new keys for my vehicle and had me on my way in about an hour! I will wholeheartedly recommend him and his service to anyone and everyone! His customer service is fantastic. Updating me and letting me know everything he is doing throughout the process to give me ease of mind! Thank you Charlie!!

Charlie went above and beyond with cutting the keys for our work truck! He even programmed them for us even though we didn’t ask him to and he double checked everything to make sure we had our truck back up and running during these hot Arizona days. Any time we need more keys made we know who to go to!

Company is a joke, got upset because I was shopping prices. I Asked if their price included Mobile services. As he was 50$ higher then there competition. This is when I was badgered and belittled for asking about their services. I was then told take my business else where. Happy they never got my money. What a sad way to handle your business!

Charlie at truewraps key answered my call with such positivity and it immediately put me in a much better mood while dealing with a difficult situation. He is very busy but was able to move things around to accommodate me. He somehow charged me much less than other company’s would charge and went above and behind to replace the keys on my vehicle. He was confused when the car wouldn’t start so he even took a minute to go underneath my car and found the problem and actually fixed my starter for me. He is very humble and I will highly recommend him to anybody in az needing his services even once I move away. He is the legend. Thank you so much Charlie.
