Our family has been going to Tubel's since we moved to Jacksonville area 4 years ago. There isn't a single person I can name in particular, rather it is the WHOLE team that keeps bringing us back. We have lived through 3 generations of large Chevy SUVs that they have done all the maintenance for and even a used car inspection that saved us $500 based on what they found. This team delivers and treats customers fairly. We will continue to patronize this facility due to the staff that is there. Thank you Tubel's.

Truck had pulsating issues when brakes were applied. They were real bad when brakes got hot. Tubel’s Good Year on North Main Street machined the rotors and used the same brake pads cause they were still good! Went to the mountains the next week and never had an issue with my brakes! I would recommend this service center saved me a little money and did a great job!!

Tubels was amazing place to get my car fixed. Last shop I went to wasn't nearly ask clean and inviting and even the customers had good vibes. All the employees were great especially Ben handling my warranty and repairs and Joe's customer service skills I couldn't have had a better experience. And my car is fixed in a day and super happy since. I'm very thankful for this team.

Completely wasted my morning even though I explained over the telephone in great detail exactly what I was looking to have performed & exactly on what was going to be worked on. A week later, at my appointment time, I was hit with the same old “must’ve been the other guy” routine. Didn’t even have the nerve to look me in the eye as I left. Not worth Goodyear endorsement in my opinion.

I brought my car for a simple oil change and I was told at the initial visit that it could possibly have a very slow oil leak (the oil pan was barely damp). We noticed my car leaking quite a bit of oil recently so we checked the oil and it was an inch over the safe line. It was frothy and dripping off of the dip stick. I called to have it checked out, they “checked” it by draining some oil out and saying it was perfect, the leak just got worse…okay so my oil was suddenly perfectly at the line yet has a bad oil leak? Weird. Shouldn’t it be low? Also, when we got home we checked the oil again and it was still overfilled by a quart. After draining another quart out there is NO leak. Why not admit your tech made a mistake and fix it? Why lie? Bad business. I’ll never be back.

I have been bringing my cars here for years, and have ALWAYS HAD THE BEST SERVICE from beginning to end!!! With every oil change, Ben and the team have given me future quotes & recommendations on what each vehicle may need ASAP vs future services, which allows me to be able to save money for those services. Mr Tubel, When you told us that the jeep had an oil leak you said it’s not even noticeable and won’t even hit the ground. How do you explain the oil dip stick level being 1” above the safe line when the car was cold? How do you also explain the frothy oil on the dipstick yesterday? And now how do you explain the car not leaking oil at all after getting it back from your shop? I did not need to come in and see the problem because I already knew the problem and was hoping you had an honest shop and would just own up to filling the car with too much oil. This was an absolute honest review. Thank you for taking your time to respond to my review. Response, Yes it’s been a month since the oil change and yes I just checked it yesterday to see if it was low because of the oil leaking from it for the past few days. Which dip stick did I check? Lol, the question is which one did you guys check?? You guys still didn’t take enough oil out behind closed doors because it’s still a quart high. I didn’t think I would really have to go behind “professionals” to check the oil level when we paid to have an oil change done. So why don’t you come here and look at it. I’ve already drained 1 quart.

Went in to have new rims and tires mounted and inspection done on my 2017 mustang gt. Ben made sure my tps sensors were interchangeable with my new rims and all turned out great. Also had brake job done on my Honda here as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful guys and price is fair. Thanks

Best Tire & Service place out there! Highly recommend to anyone needing their car serviced. I came in for a flat tire that was to be covered by my extended warranty. Their team went above and beyond helping me with my tire coverage. They spent 10 plus hours calling the company to get them to commit to the policy they owed. Never gave up, when they finally got the warranty to cooperate they had my tired changed within 20min. Couldn't ask for better care!

Three months ago I went to Turbo to fix my car: the mechanicians gave a good job. This morning I brought my car to check a problem. The manager gave me all details and was very helpful. Since I have to wait for couple hours, ms Jaqueline was willing to drop me home. Also, everyone was kind and made me feel that they needed to give help more than had the money. Good customer service!

After having my routine oil change at Orange Park Infinity, I was told I needed new brakes on my QX60. I took my vehicle to Tubles and in less than 20 minutes of dripping my car off, they called to get more detailed information as to why I thought I needed new brakes. I was informed that my brakes were still good with plenty of pad remaining. They could have made the sale and I would have never know the difference. Integrity still does exist in business. I will support this small business and leave the big dealership.

The folks at Tubel's on Main Street are very knowledgeable, communicate well, and are very polite and personable. When it turned out that they were not able to correct the problem with my car, they recommended that I take it to the dealer and offered me a full refund for what I had already paid them. I wish that they'd been able to fix it, but I appreciate their honesty and integrity and I will definitely go to them for service in the future.

A late Friday afternoon flat on I-295 took us (via tow truck) into this shop just as they were preparing to close on a hot July afternoon. I can't say enough positive things about the service and the way we were treated by every person at this shop. I regret that I don't have names of a few specific folks. Although they didn't have the right size tire to fit our vehicle, they were able to work with a used, but good, tire they did have and get us on the road to make the 75-mile trip back home. By then it was long past closing time, yet they still were diligent about test-driving the car to ensure there were no safety issues due to the imperfect fit. If all this were not enough, in the end they didn't ask us to pay anything(!) Now and then we get reminders of kindness and grace in the world. This is an example we will remember and hopefully pass on.

I will never go anywhere but this location they were absolutely amazing! I went in thinking I needed an alignment and a balance which I originally thought a place I had been to 2 weeks prior had failed at. After describing my issues the store manager Joe asked to take a look at my vehicle and showed me that it wasn't an alignment or balance but front tires that I needed as the current ones were starting to separate. In no time he not only had a selection for me to choose from, but had me back on the road and I can't thank them enough!

Such an efficient experience. I arrived a few minutes before official opening time for an emergency set of tires. They let me in and got started and had my ready to keep rolling down 95 in an hour. Totally recommended!

Dropped off my vehicle to have the A/C fixed. Note that I told the gentleman at the counter that I had done the normal things and checked the fuses and Freon level, etc. All pointed to the pressure switch on the compressor. Being a local business owner myself I really don't have the time to repair it and upon recommendation I took it to Tubel's. After waiting all day and no phone call from them I called around 5:30 to see the status. The person who answered told me 2 incredible things - My A/C is better than it was when I came in BUT the compressor is "shorted" and will need to be replaced along with the dryer and then recharged, etc. He continued to say that off the top of his head (exact quote) he had done this before and it was around $1000 to $1100. I told him no thanks and to just get it ready and I'll pick it up. Once I got there I asked "How is my car better than when I brought it in? The A/C didn't work at all so how is it better now? No answer. The gentlemen just continued to work on whatever paperwork he was working on. I then suggested "did he get the compressor working?" The man responded with "Yes he jumpered it and got it to kick in". I said "OK then how is the compressor shorted?" He says "There are small electronic components in there. That's where the wires go in." At this point I had to laugh. The wires he referred to was connected via a plug to the EXACT same thing I told him needed replacing when I dropped the car off. The compressor cannot be "shorted". There are no "small electronic components" inside the compressor. It is completely mechanical. This was an outright lie. The wires lead to the defective "pressure switch". This is a $30 part. Then to top it off he sealed the deal by handing my key back and telling me to have a good day. No paperwork. No charges. No record. None of which I asked for. This action only proves the lie. I will never return and my own business is right down the street.

Garbage. Just spent $30 on a diagnostic so they would tell me the wrong thing that was bad on my car AC. They wanted almost $200 to refill Freeon (which was not the problem), where any other garage does it for $65 (and you can even do yourself). Another garage told me the right thing that was wrong and Tubel refuses to give me my money back even when their diagnostic was wrong. Don't waste your money here.
