Absolutely the BEST. Let’s start that I was traveling from Austin, Texas to drop my son’s 2007 Toyota Prius to Camp Pendleton California. As a Marine, he is mindful of his expenses and I was more than happy to make the drive to hand over his car. Unfortunately, chaos ensued during the drive. Warning lights flashed like Apollo 13 - the car broke down multiple times and I was certain all the work and preparation to make this journey was a waste as the car limped into Tucson, Arizona. Luckily I found Tucson Hybrids. They immediately made me feel like I had a trusted partner who would move mountains to see me make the drive - but also ensure the car delivered would be a reliable one for my Marine son. They opened early, or made me feel like they did. They diagnosed the issue and quickly drove to pick up the part rather than wait for it to be delivered. They received the car - repaired it - and had me safely back on the road in less than two hours. Incredible!! You won’t find a more personal experience with quality work and informative service providers. I’ve told everyone I know about how amazing Tucson Hybrids is and couldn’t recommend it more.

They performed a bumper to bumper inspection with complete hybrid/battery analysis. The report was very thorough and gave me the peace of mind I needed to purchase a used hybrid vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a used hybrid to take the vehicle to Tucson Hybrids for this thorough inspection. It was money well spent!

These guys were awesome from beginning to end. They were pleasant over the phone. The free drinks are a nice touch. Their EV guy was easy to talk to. So were both Priscilla and Christina. Their maintenance report was much better than what I'd typically get at a Toyota dealership. I would take my EV there all the time if I didn't live several states over. Highly recommended!

They did an inspection of my Prius and gave me a detailed report with photos. Work was completed for the price quoted & on the due date. There follow up was a very pleasant surprise. This alone makes them 5 stars.

Very impressed with the service we received from Tucson Hybrids on our high mileage Lexus RX450H. They restored our hybrid battery by replacing some bad cells, installing new contacts and then rebalancing the system. They even arranged a rental car when replacement parts were delayed in shipping. First class all the way! Our car now has more zip and go. With a 1 year warranty we feel confident in getting more service from our beloved Lexus. Kudos to Priscilla and her staff!

I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado hybrid. I was having trouble with my car and Tucson Hybrids Diagnosed it was my Generator control module and hybrid control module update and it’s running perfectly now. I really appreciate their professionalism, communication and taking care of my truck. I give this shop a five star. Thank you!

So glad I found this shop! Customer service is absolutely friendly and professional. They were able to get me in the day after I called. I have a Subaru Crosstrek hybrid 2014 and two other shops in Tucson were unable to diagnose my problem accurately. Tucson Hybrid diagnosed a dead and leaking 12 Volt Restart Battery and saved me hundreds of dollars over dealership costs. I highly recommend this fabulous Mom and Pop business not only for their outstanding personal investment in their customers but for their knowledge of Hybrid vehicles! Finding a local business that services hybrids is not easy. This is the best and most reasonable.

Excellent Service and Honest Work I recently took my mom's car to Tucson Hybrid for some absolutely needed repairs and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the first phone call to when we picked up the car, Priscilla, Celina, and the rest staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the car back in top shape. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were upfront about the costs and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which we really appreciated. They have a really effective communication system and the entire team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My mom’s car is running great! What really stood out was their honesty, attention to detail, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. They caught things that needed attention that the dealership never checked or caught. It's clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers. If not for Priscilla & Crew, I would’ve donated my Prius to Charity two years ago, when the Hatch Toyota people misdiagnosed everything and basically declared a total loss. Not for Priscilla, who found fixable problems, and kept a much loved 2006 on the road. I don’t hesitate to drive four hours to get service here.

This was the best mechanic I have ever taken my vehicle to. They were all kind, communicative, and helpful. I was so sick of other mechanics that charged more and didn’t understand hybrids well, but Tucson Hybrids knows what they’re doing and does it well.

Came from Colorado to checkout a 2013 Prius at a nearby used car dealership. Selena was able to get me in same day on short notice. Found some issues I wouldn’t have been able to find myself. I was able to use the info I got from their less than $100 service to get over $1,000 off the price of the used Prius I was looking at. Highly recommend 10/10

Steer away from this business as far as you can liars big time! Disappointing to say the least..i dont know how they charge by the hour??? I think they just give you a big price! .They don't tell you! They told me i needed a $640 heatlh inspection right off the bat. Just a way for more money.as.they should of diagnosed the High idle issue without that .i told them car had been in the shop 4 times before for the high idle issue. i didnt bring my charger with me and they didnt have one and i had to drive back home and get mine making a 216 mile trip in my rental car..as they didnt have a universal level 1 charger on hand shameful to say the least. .imagine not even having a charger in a hybrid mechanic shop. .I asked for a itemized invoice on the work for each part they replaced...they refused...charged me for a strut mount bracket frame side $100 as I sent a picture of the old part still installed...no response on that. Possible fraud imposed??? .. .Cabin air filter had been replaced before I bought the car..they never checked it.as part of there inspection..I never even got a inspection checklist showing that they did the inspection .including percentage of disc brake pads remaining ..etc. I ended up paying way more than I should of on rental because Prissilla waited days later after I dropped off the car to do the health inspection...approx. $250...Car was at Tucson Hybrids for 9 days. 9 days for 1 motor mount and 2 transmission mounts. Waited days later to do the inspection. Cost me appox. $250.for rental car .Silver Rock confirmed that! Andrew left debris in my air filter box that he had to remove to replace the motor mount..as all he had to do is blow it out.of it ..I had a new air filter when picking up car and saw the debris he had left and got them to vacuum the debris out before i left.with the car. .They get rid of your old parts quickly and charge you money for it when the parts are owned by the customer. They got $ 39 for shop supplies for what??? I noticed coolant tanks were overfilled too above the fill line . They never fixed the original problem (High Idle) . Notice when you enter the office there no posting of what they charge an hour just a couple of 2 little cut dogs to distract you! She wouldn't even send me the video sent to Silver rock for my claim. Tucson hybrids hide a lot of things from their customers and don't know the Truth ..just look at the owners rationalization and lies.beware as I will be turning over to the Arizona Attorney General for review..as this is a truly a serious situation

This business is not recommended. They appears better prepared to replace parts versus diagnostics and repair. Lack of transparency and completeness on estimate. As a fleet owner for over 25 years, I am fully aware and knowledgeable on the operations and expected communication between a vehicle owner and a reputable repair shop. Almost from the start we were on the wrong foot. One of our hybrids required AC work and it was not work that could be accomplished by a regular repair shop. We contacted Tucson Hybrids and set up an appointment at 8AM. We dropped off the vehicle the day before. At approximately 4P of the day of our appointment, I contacted Tucson Hybrids to get a status since I had not heard a thing. I was told that they had been very busy and had not had a chance to even look at the vehicle. I got a call back about 30 minutes later that the vehicle would not start and they were going to need to replace the battery. I told them that the key was worn and that they needed to hold it in to the column in order to start the vehicle. The first response I got back was that they tried that and that they needed to replace the starting battery. The second response was that it would have been helpful to let them know that when we dropped off the vehicle. This is not uncommon and is well known by experienced mechanics. It took another couple of days to get the estimate of work and the request for deposit to order the part. Two weeks after dropping off the vehicle, it was ready to pick up. There was an additional charge to to replace the Schrader valves. My mechanic stated that they should have been included with the work that was performed. In addition to the higher than expected cost we also need to replace the starting battery (some how discovered damaged at Tucson Hybrids) and to align the wiper blades (appears that the wiper blade nuts were loosened) once we got the vehicle back.

Recently had the hybrid battery replaced on my 09 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Priscilla and the crew did an amazing job. They have a really great, clean, authentic atmosphere and they are very knowledgeable and professional. They don’t leave any room for error, and everything they do is well documented with pictures and is explained well. The prices are reasonable, and they did everything they could to helps costs by trying to refurbish the battery first etc. They made sure that the entire service would be done in a day, and I felt like a priority to them. Thanks guys, I’ll be using you again.

We had a great experience here! Towed our 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid in, they diagnosed it quickly and had the vehicle fixed within only a few days of the initial diagnosis. Very impressed with the inspection quality and speed of the repair. A great shop and I will be using them for any more hybrid repairs needed!

Tucson hybrid is a well run, customer service oriented, excellent auto shop. They worked on my 2009 prius for a hybrid rebuild and did an excellent job. The 1 year warranty on the battery transferred with the sale of the car. I will be using them in the future. Priscilla, Christine and Andrew are great to work with. Professional, patient and informative. A class operation.
