I just paid $800 to have my radiator replaced. I left their shop with absolutely no coolant in the reservoir. Which makes me believe they didn't even bleed the air out of my lines. No oil change was preform when I requested one, and said they forgot. These guys did not finished the job I paid them to do, and I heard from Keith more than 4 times "how busy they are". Apparently this means they cut corners. This is unacceptable, and I will never be taking my business to another tuffy for the rest of my life and I suggest you do the same.

I just went in to check my battery and a light that came on, the service was amazing. Everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent, fast service. They always offer their expertise while being honest about what services are necessary and are happy to answer questions. I trust these guys for every oil change, inspection and repair.

Had issues with my car after they closed, dropped it off that night and had it fixed by the time I was off work the next day. Excellent at communicating and informed me of slight problems that may need addressed in the future without making me feel pressured into fixing them that day.

Took my Jeep in for a horrible noise coming from my front tires expecting to pay a lot and all it was my tires were loose so they tightened them up and charged me $0. Very rare to find an honest mechanic now days so guess where I'll be taking all my business. Thanks again guys.

Keith and the Tecs at the Grandview branch are awesome. I had a surprise car problem on my way to work and they were able to take great care of me!! Thank you for fitting me in the schedule on such short notice!

This is the third Tuffy Tire location I have had issues with. I called 3 weeks before and scheduled an appointment for wheel alignment costing $99+tax. I show up on the appointment day and the manager tells me it’s $111+tax. Instead of working with customers, he was pushing me off by saying “Do you want this service or not?” This is not a way to do business. Tuffy Tire needs a customer service representative on the front desk instead of the mechanics that knows how to talk to customers.

Tuffy has always come through. Theyre almost always able to get you in within a day of calling and theyre quick to diagnose and inform you of any issues. No b.s., no customer service issues. Just a genuinely good shop.

We unfortunately had a piece of metal cause a flat tire on our SUV. This happened just as we were heading back home from our visit to Columbus with our two kids. Luckily it happened not too far from Tuffy Tire and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy day and repair the tire. We were back on the road within an hour at a reasonable price! We appreciate the great service we were provided by Carl at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center!

My daughter had a flat tire and this was the closest place for her to have it looked at . Told her a new tire would be needed, then charged her 225 for ONE tire. Sounds like taking advantage of a situation. We will make sure to avoid this place for any service needed.

I've been a customer for a little over 9 years. Keith and the guys have taken care of my three cars (one of which has a little over 230,000 miles and another is a 1991 vehicle). Would not go anywhere else.

Took my car in because it was leaking oil after the part was installed it was still leaking oil. They were able to fix the problem under their parts warranty. 10/10 would recommend

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't know much about cars but I needed mine fixed and usually mechanic would try to get over of me because I don't know much about cars. However, the mechanics at Tuffy's are very honest and explained everything to me with maximum efficiency and clarity. They even created a list of other things that needed to be fixed on mycar that I would've never known of . They are awesome . 10 outta 10 definitely recommend
