I had a really good experience here. I came for an oil change and the did the inspection. There was a few things that needed to get fixed my car and they thoroughly explained it to me. I understood it all and am still learning about cars. Thank you for the great customer service.

Jeanine and Don have been super informative and very helpful throughout my visits. Not only did they pinpoint issues with my radiator leaks at the time of initial inspection, but they were able to pinpoint many other issues, including serpentine belt wear, valve cover leakage, worn engine air and cabin air filters, and tie rod damages. Since I’m mostly a DIY car maintenance person, replacing the filters and some other items on my vehicle were fairly straightforward, but it was very courteous of them to let me know issues that require immediate attention so that I can take care of some items as part of my routine maintenance. They even served me hot chocolate during cold weather days to warm me up too! For any potential auto issues that require attention, I will definitely be considering them for my auto repairs, and I would suggest anyone who is very skeptical about having car repairs done right for a fair and competitive price consider Tuffy on West Broad as a potential car care provider, because they definitely got the job done right for me. Thank you for all that you guys do!

Had a tow truck pick up me and my Impala from out in Polaris and manage to get me to the shop. My car broke down the day before Thanksgiving and the shop was able to get started on the repair by Friday! Darvin came in early just to get started on my car and fixed a major problem that I thought would've cost me my entire car.

They were very easy to work with and understood I had a necessary trip out of town coming up. After diagnosing the issue with my vans heating system they got me back on the road overnight. This is not our first time going to Tuffy for or vehicles and we will be back

Tuffy on West Broad exceeded my expectations. I was given an accurate quote, my service was done quickly, and I was not pressured to buy things I didn't need. The price was very reasonable. Gineen was friendly and helpful. I recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Very happy with the service and work at Tuffy. Janine went the extra mile, contacting my warranty company several times to get the work needed covered. She could have ended the discussion with them after their first decision but she kept following up. She kept me updated during the process. My car drives great now. This shop takes pride in doing the job right and they do outstanding work. They have customers for life with us.

Went to this location to get a followup estimate for some work that the dealership was wanting to do. Initially the estimate came in quite a bit cheaper. However as they looked into further, since they like to perform inspections of their own to double check issues. It did come a bit closer in cost, however they were very thorough and kept me updated every step, along with keeping the cost factor in mind for me. Would definitely recommend for services, and will most likely continue to bring my car to this location.

Very quick and efficient. Took my vehicle in worrying how long the work might take and what I might have to pay. I was able to drop my vehicle off at a time that worked for me. They got right to it and kept communication open with what was going on with my car. I had a warranty for the repairs and Gineen was able to work her magic to get them to cover the whole cost. Car seems to be driving better now then when I bought it. Overall amazing experience with Tuffy.

didn't even get there the mature lady on the phone wouldnt just quote a water pump repair... but the web site says free quotes... if a shop cant even take the time to do what they advertise is free... not trying my luck. while typing this the lady calls back with a bunch of its complicated.... nope, its a water pump quote, the barebones cpl parts needed, the new coolant, some brake cleaner, and labor... if therre is more after that so be it, but a quote is a quote and thats all I asked for and couldnt even get it.

We have a fleet of 6 vehicles that average 500 to 600 miles a day, Gineen makes sure they are serviced promply every 5000 miles. Couldn't ask for better service and pricing anywhere!!!
