Tuffy Curry Ford is Great!!! Making an appointment is quick , accurate, easy. These guys are true pros! They get right to work and want to make sure my Mazda is safe and running perfectly. They go above and beyond. I needed a full synthetic oil change and they saw another issue and said , “ hey while your CX-5 was on the lift we saw a piece that needed attention, we took care of it, so you are good to go.” I asked how much, they said, “ we took care of it because we just want your vehicle not to be an annoyance, just reliable ride.” They are truly watching out for you first! Awesome Care!! They are physicians for your automobile!! Diagnose ,treat, healthy car!! Thanks Tuffy Curry Ford!!!!

There’s no other place in town we would go to have our cars serviced. Den has hired the most fantastic front line staff as well as mechanics in the shop. They are in constant communication with us as to what needs to be done with the cars. They are always honest with what needs immediate attention and what can wait. They never have tried to upsell us on services which we appreciate. And, if we have ever had a concern they have been prompt in helping with a resolution. We highly recommend Tuffy.

They scratched my car with the wall, grease on the mat and steering wheel. Went back 15 later to show them and the scratch still had wall pieces attached; the worker rubbed the pieces himself and took pics of the scratch. It's been almost 2 months and the owner never returned a phone call or emailed. I've called and visited 5x to solve this matter and still no response. We've been visiting this location for over a decade and have sponsored this business as part of our community as we have lived here since it's was built 20 yrs ago. NEVER AGAIN! Owner: Do not attempt to hold this against us. You did it to yourself. I gave you many chances to respond, respectfully. I've been cordial with your employees about it and it doesn't seem to be enough.

This place is great. The employees give me good vibes, and they seem super trustworthy! As a woman, I usually get sketched out at mechanic shops, but I feel that the staff here is very upfront and honest. The prices are reasonable, and they even were kind enough to fix a small issue on my boyfriend's car free of charge. I will be coming here for any future problems with my car.

i have always received great service here! they are always willing to explain to me what is going on and make sure to show me exactly what they are seeing. they are very kind and exhibit great customer service. i have only ever brought my cars here during my duration of living in orlando and intend to keep it that way.

I had accidentally left a 3 star review when I meant it to be a 5 star. This store is an example of what customer service means. From the moment you enter, you are always greeted, treated nicely and the prices are very fair. Management had reached out inquiring about my 3 star review and that shows how much they care. Very impressed with customer service, honesty and attention to detail. Was told issue was the need for alternator by another shop. CalledTuffy's after getting quotes from different shops and decided to go there because their quote was $100 less than the next best quote. But the best part is that after checking the car, they advised alternator was good and only needed a battery. I couldnt believe it since this was cheaper than replacing alternator. This kind of honesty is noble and appreciated. They have earned me and my family's repeat business. Anthony Watts

If your a business and need your vehicle for work. Don't bring it here. You will leave with codes & lights on the dash that you didn't come there with. This happen on 2 different visits. I'm very disappointed. On top of that they said my rear brakes were low, I checked the brakes the next day and my brakes were nearly brand new.

These people have excellent and outstanding work ethics. They prioritize the work and not money. Thank you. Update: Have been visiting this location time and again, they are the best. Guys, avoid dealerships, they drain your pocket. These guys do the job at 1/3rd of the dealer price, superior quality, and within short period of time. Will be visiting them for all my vehicle services.

The turnaround time to me is quick but expect to pay 25% more for any regular service that doesn't have specials going on. I had my car towed there after a radiator issue and when I got the quote for service I checked out another shop for their pricing to compare. Definitely too high here but I didn't feel like paying towing to get it up and over again to a new place. I didn't know any better when I was talking to roadside assistance to tow it somewhere so I said this tuffy's. Mistakeeee. And yeah sure the guys are nice to your face just not your wallet.

Terrible customer service! When you call to schedule a service, whoever answers the phone seems like he hates his job. I took my car here to get fixed and they made it worst!!! I ended up having to take my car to another shop to correct their problem.
