I am so thankful to frank and his team for fixing my car after my car accident I am beyond grateful for the hard work they put into fixing her, the communication with frank was top tier every question I had was answered every worry I had about the car was resolved and respected. Before and after pics are below 👇🏽 it’s not perfect but it drives beautifully (I would say way better than before my accident 😂☺️) but my heart is busting at the seams because of how grateful I am to them for fixing my baby up! Sharing my experience here for all the women who are needing service done on their vehicles. I went in to get a patch on my tire, I was told that all of my tires are in need of being replaced and they refused to put a patch on the tire and instead tried to sell me 4 new tires. The person who recommended new tires to me said that I wouldn’t be able to find any other shops willing to put a patch on my tire in the area, I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me and decided to take my vehicle to the Firestone down the street where they were happy to put a patch on my tires that still had at “a good amount of wear on them” from what the folks at Firestone told me. I just want to bring awareness for any other women who enter this space.

I highly recommend Tuffy Auto and Tires! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. I called weeks ahead to schedule a service, and John, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the airbag suspension product, handled everything seamlessly. He went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer to quickly get me a quote and scheduled my service promptly. Dropping off my vehicle was a breeze, and what truly impressed me was how accommodating the team was. Due to my travel arrangements, I couldn’t pick up my vehicle immediately, but they graciously held it for me, which was a huge relief. Their willingness to go the extra mile made this a truly exceptional experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service—Tuffy Auto and Tires exceeded all my expectations!

This is the Best Place in Orlando to have service done on your car. Friendly people, that tell you what is wrong and only what you need to fix right away. Giving the option of returning to have the other work done when the time is right for the owner of the car. I would recommend this business to anyone who lives in this area and all who are vacationing in Orlando.

The guys at Tuffy’s in East Orlando are wonderful. Their estimates (and charges) ended up being significantly lower than other shops. In fact, one place tried to charge twice as much for a job; Tuffy’s got it done for less, quickly, and with honest customer service. The manager, Bryan, in particular, is excellent. He actually wants to be helpful and is!

If you want to give a good service to your car, this is the best place. They have a very good team. They told me what was wrong with my car and they were able to fix it. The people there are very friendly and if you have any questions about was wrong with your car they will tell you. They have the perfect equipment for whatever the service your car needs. I’ve been going there for years and I’m not gonna change it. They’re the best service my car can have. Thank you so much and God bless you.

Another great experience at Tuffy E Colonial. I have another Tuffy by my new place and they dont compare. I will drive an extra couple miles to know Im being well taken care of by John, Frank and the team over there they are all great. 7 years, still going back!

i’ve regularly been taking my car to tuffy for a few years. the staff is always super clear and direct about how they’ll do things, they’re affordable, the work is fast and all the work they do has a two year warranty so if something happens, you’re covered. 10/10 would recommend

Had a flat on our Tesla. Called Brian at Tuffy and he told us to bring it in and he would do everything possible to resolve our issue but no promises until the tire was inspected. Others had turned us away as being too busy or no appointments available. It was a busy day after the holidays but Brian listened to our concerns, made a thorough check and set us up for repair. Professionalism and customer service like this is all too rare. While I hope I don't have to go back, I would,without hesitation, if the need ever arises again.

Had a screw in my tire, considered buying a “do it yourself” plug kit and some pliers for $20, when I called them they told me they do a permanent patch replacement on the inside of the tire for only $26 before tax. Spoke to Bryan on the phone and in person, really great customer service, quick, reasonably priced. It should be noted that the entire time I was there, not once did somebody mention any additional services/upsells. Will be using this location for ALL car service needs going forward. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I’ve been dealing with a ticking sound near my front driver side tire. I got a tire rotation done and oil change at a Toyota dealership. Called the dealership to let them know about the issue. They told me that not only that I needed to go back to the dealership that I got my rotation done at (got it done in Stuart, I live in Orlando) but that I also had to pay $120 dollars for them to only LOOK AT IT! I saw Tuffy Auto Service while running an errand and prepared my self for the worst price to be given to me. BEST DECISION EVER! Bryan (the manager) greeted me kindly, said he would take a look at my car, found the issue and solved ALL UNDER 5 MINS. Turned out that the Toyota dealership left behind a weight inside my hubcap while doing a spin balance. Bryan saved me time and money! Tuffy just got themselves a loyal customer. Thank you!

I took my car there because I had my steering wheel pulling to the side and the car was shaking in low or high speeds, and once Bryan assisted me in a tremendous way. He came outside and after checking the front wheels immediately figured out the problem. Not only that, but Bryan was also able to get me a complete quote letting me prepare and know what kind of service did I need and how much would it be. I left my car there the following there and they did an amazing Job, truly. Thank you Bryan and the whole team for being polite and very transparent with me. This was my first time seeking service from, and I'll absolutely going back for whatever I need and also I 100% recommend them!

my car was making a clunking noise, was told my axle was needing a repair at valvoline during my oil change. went in to tuffys and turns out my front drivers wheel was coming loose! if left it would’ve come off!!! within a day i had my car repaired, thanks guys :)

John and his team are top notch! Always take great care of my car . Always get me into their busy schedule right away when I call. Always get the problem fixed the first time! I recently had to take my car to the dealership for a recall and it was a terrible experience. They broke a cable during the repair and when I got it home couldn't get it out of gear to turn it off. Had to wait more than a week to get it back. What a difference between the two places!! I hope to only ever bring my car back to John at Tuffy!! Highly recommend them if you want great service, caring people, and getting things done in a timely manner. They are number one with me!

The people here were very nice and professional. From the workers all the way up to the owner John. They communicated well with me on any and all work they were going to do. When I had additional questions about my car and why, they were knowledgeable and courteous and explained it well to me. I would highly recommend giving this location a chance to earn your business. Car Repair work can be a pain, but this place made it easy for me. Thank you Tuffy!

We've been taking our cars to Frank and the team for almost seven years and we are always so pleased with our experiences. They really care about their customers, they are always open and honest and we've never felt like we were being taken advantage of. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to other shops before finding the tuffy team where I would be told work needed to be done that didn't. Frank and his team have never done that, and when I am not ready to get something done I always ask how serious it is and they always give me an honest timeline of how/when to get something fixed. I highly recommend their team! Especially for young women in the UCF area!
