Took a fleet truck in for rear main seal to be fixed. After several weeks of checking on repair was told that the rear main work was done but that there was oil leaking from oil pan gasket. And that they didnt have a lift to fix the problem. Along with somehow a flat tire that they knew nothing about and didnt feel responsible for. So we drove a truck there to be fixed and now after $1800 in repairs the truck will have to be towed back with a different leak from oil pan.

Went in for a diff fluid change. I was able to get in and out in about 45 mins. They do have coupons online for most services so check and save money. Clean environment and friendly service. Will take my other cars for service again.

Wonderful experience! First time to use Tuffy's to perform service on my car. They replaced my brakes and rotors. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. You can call or go online to schedule your appointment. Super friendly and professional. They inspected my brakes and then promptly provided me with a detailed cost estimate. The service work was performed in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable! They also gave me a nice military discount to thank my husband for his military service, which was an awesome surprise! And they send out advertisement postcards in the mail, which offer several different types of discounts for the services they offer. I was extremely satisfied with the service they performed and the price. It was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and coworkers when they need auto services or repairs done.

Took my Mercedes in on a Saturday morning to get my car’s warning light checked. Complete diagnostic was about $130 and was well worth it! Not only did they find the cause of the warning light but also discovered several other issues needing attention! They gave me a complete diagnostic report they also provided an estimate of repairs. I did not have to wait long and the staff was very friendly. It was great to find someone to work on my Mercedes on a Saturday while most of the shops are closed. Will definitely use them in the future!

charged me more than what I was quoted..said my dip stick was broken .it wasn't broken when we checked last week ...there were air in my brake lines that wasn't there when I took it in..I may be a 71 year old woman...but I'm not stupid ..will never go back ..

Only shop in town to not turn away my smart car. They ordered the tool no one else would and took care of me in a timely fashion. I'll be using them in the future for all my mechanic needs. I drive a 2106 smart fortwo.
