First time customer, brought in my 08 Ford explorer. After a thorough diagnostics Tulsa Auto Gems called with a comprehensive detailed report of their findings and recommendations on front suspension work and rear sway bar also he found loose EGR vacuum line that he just tighten back it was at this point I knew I made the right decision because the knowledge /skill these guys have is second to none I'm very pleased with the Superb service and cost I received from Tulsa Auto Gems. So Shout out to Omar and Ramsey for operating in Honesty and Integrity!!! Highly Recommend

These guys are great!!! They were very professional and very detailed oriented and the prices are really fair. They explained what the problem was with me and the time they spent with me was not rushed. Nice and friendly family owned. I went to this other shop to see what the deal is with my cars ac. They quoted me $1800 for a full repair. Saying that the condenser have a small hole in it and that the compressor is bad. So I decided to stop by tulsa auto gems for a second opinion. And they found the problem to be the ac clutch. Everything else is still good. They ordered the new part and fixed the problem. Ac is blowing cold air now. Tulsa auto gems. Thanks for your good work and honesty. My new go to auto shop.

This company is absolutely amazing. They are honest mechanics! Very helpful as well! They show up for their customers and community and are one of the few companies left that operate by an honest and 5 star standard. I am a mechanic myself and just moved into town when my tire seized while I had a uhaul attached to my truck. Luckily, these guys were close so I had my truck towed there. They were very nice about me having to leave it overnight and the next day when I dropped off my keys, They listened to my issue and thanked me for helping them narrow down the problem. Going forward, they could have told me my rim was destroyed or that my bearing needed to be replaced.. they could have said anything BUT THEY DIDNT. They were honest and told me that one bolt loosened up and needed to be replaced and charged me a fair $100. WOW! Anytime I don't have time to work on my truck myself, it is going here AND ONLY HERE! Take it from another mechanic, these guys are the absolute best and you and your vehicle will be in the BEST hands here!

Had my truck’s timing belt changed. They did the work quickly for much less than the dealer estimate with pictures sent to show progress. Since then, I have had them work on several other projects and bought a car from them. Very good experience every time.

I wanted to let everyone know what a great shop this is. I am always a little skeptical when taking vehicles to a shop, worried I will be sold stuff I don’t need. This is not the case with Tulsa Auto Gems. They sent me pictures as the work was being done, explained everything on detail, they even recommend I wait on a few things but needed it soon. I also had a brake light on my dash which I had read was a sensor and express this I got a call saying it was just the fluid. I very much appreciated the honesty. I have had them works on my vehicle and also my sister n laws car. Highly recommend !!!
