Usually good service. Please check service records before advising the customer to get things done. I keep getting reminded of services needed that I’ve already had done at this location. I like that they wash my car after my very expensive oil change.

When I met Gavin to check in my car with 14,000 miles we stated, “to keep my engine lifetime warranty they would be putting in an oil and fuel additive fo “$XX”. It wasn’t a question but a statement. I had home repeat what he said and then said, no. An hour later Gavin called and said they had completed an “X” point inspection and recommended I do these things that would cost “$XX”. The car has 14,000 miles. I said, no. When I brought the car in the notification for low windshield wiper fluid was on. The washer fluid was not filled when I got the car back. I guess the “X” point inspection didn’t include checking all the fluids. The car is supposed to tell me when the car needs an oil change so imagine my surprise when the Genesis dealership put an O’Reilly oil change reminder sticker in my car. See photo. I like the car so far but everything regarding the service is second rate and not ready for prime time. If Genesis is wanting to compete with Lexus, Acura and Infinity you will really have to step up your game considerably, at least at Genesis of Tulsa.

I enjoyed meeting Michael Landon at check in, he asked what I needed done, and then started the process to take care of me. He showed me to the waiting area, and the delicious donuts that you get daily. By the time I walked around the showroom floor, looking at the new models and the different accessories that they each had, I walked back to the waiting area, and grabbed a donut. As I watched TV for I would say about 15 minutes, Michael came by to tell me my vehicle was done and being washed. Michael guided me to the checkout area and after processing my payment, my car was waiting for me. It was all clean and sparkly and I appreciate all that you do at the dealership, everyone needs a pat on the back!!!!! Ed Stickman

Everyone is always helpful and Attentive. You are always notified and sent a appointment reminders. You are always given a text and phone line to contact your Service Advisor. Josh had to leave when I was picking up my car because I worked late. He left all my information with the reception Desk and She was also amazing at getting me taken care of.

Hyundai maintenance for new vehicle schedule calls for oil change, tire rotation and system check. No notation of tire rotation on invoice. I question whether this was performed!!

I’ve had my genesis for a year bought it in okc but the Tulsa store has taken great care of me! They are efficient and since the construction has been completed the service has been next level! Also Kasey has been a dream to work with she has kept me informed done exactly what she has promised looked into all my warranty’s and taken the best care of me! Highly recommended them.

Saw a truck I liked online and sent a message to Brayden. We messaged back and forth for a little while. Sharing information about the truck they have and my truck to trade in. We came to a tentative agreement before I drove 3.5 hours down from Kansas. Got there and Brayden met me in the parking lot. Was a breeze from there. We looked at each other's trucks and I definitely got the better end of the deal. It was a great overall experience. They also offered me some coverage for tires and windshield if something happens on the road. The business office was very quick and easy, I want to thank them for hunting the best financing for this truck. Go see Brayden for your next new vehicle!! Edit: well I bought an extra warranty on the windshield and tires. Like a road Hazzard with all the miles I drive. I tried to make a claim today on the windshield. The warranty guy says the plan I bought only covers repair and not replacement like the finance guy said. So I am now trying to get my money back from this warranty as I would never buy a repair plan for a windshield. I have called a few times already and they have not put me thru to who I am requesting. You will get a 1 star rating and I will add more 1 stars as time goes on. Let's get this taken care of please. And stop lying to your customers. Edit: I have called several times so far to cancel this warranty that I cannot use. Was told that someone would call me right back. 2 days in a row now. I've called 3 times now and not gotte past the front desk. No customer service here. Terrible. Took a 5 star down to 1 real quick. I might have to go in there. Still no response. I filed a claim with the BBB thinking they might respond. Nope- nothing. So beware there will be zero service after the sale.

service here is frustrating. If I try to call the service dep't, I get a vm and they don't return the call. I get solicited via email, text, and from the monitor in my car when I need service and none of those are coordinated with each other. when you buy the genisis, they imply valet service and loaner cars, but loaner cars are rarely available and valet is limited to 2 days per week. it's a high end car but low end service.

They have great customer service.I like the ideal they give you a number you can text if you have any questions or concerns.I don’t like the things they recommend you do for your car because it is quite expensive and most people can’t afford that.

I brought my Ioniq to the dealer after being jerked around at Midtown Kia. Gavin was amazingly helpful as was everyone who worked with me.

I took my car in for a recall, and I got it back with smoke blowing out the back end. They then told me it was like that when it came in. This was not true, and they would not fix it. They quoted me over two grand to fix all the problems they diagnosed. I have my car regularly maintained and I have never been quoted that much. When I took my car elsewhere, they charged me less than half that. This place is a total scam. I don't know what they did to my car, but I will never be taking it to a dealership ever again.

Tried to sell me new tire cause mine had nail in it too close to sidewall to patch. My husband fixes flats with a kit at home. He pulled nails out and it wasn’t long enough to penetrate the tread. Didn’t need new tire that your sales people wanted to sale me. Just need someone that knows what there’re doing
