Today I went in for a water pump replacement at this establishment. Although the actual replacement was done well and in a timely manner, this auto shop actually damaged my car! When I came to pick up my vehicle, I did a brief walk-around and immediately noticed new damages to the car that were absolutely not there before taking my car to this location. Among some new scratches to the front bumper, there was also a piece of my car protruding out from where it wasn't before. Without even leaving the parking lot, I went inside to speak with the owner about what happened. He was very dismissive and nonchalant about the situation, and told me that the damage was already there prior to working on the car. I felt that he was simply trying to brush me off as a young woman and assumed I wouldn't know the condition of my own vehicle prior to trusting his shop with their services. With how careless and casual his responses were, it makes sense that this place also doesn't know how to properly keep a customer's vehicle safe from neglectful damages. Absolutely terrible service from an unprofessional establishment. I'm always willing to forgive mistakes (especially for minor cosmetic damages), but the owner's mistreatment of this entire situation motivated me to write this review and share my experience. Bring your car here if you're willing to receive a vehicle with some extra damages on it once returned!

never come back! Thay nhớt xe BMW chay chua toi 3000mile xe báo hết nhớt !trong khi tôi tới thay nhớt đến 110$ ! Xe vợ tôi nó chạy no k để ý lúc nào hết nhớt nếu k phát hiện chậm thì xe tôi nó đã tan tành ! Làm ăn k uy tính

chuan binh xong,cho biet gia..Toi dong y,khi toi chay ve xe binh nang hon,toi dem xe lai.,Ong chu hỏi ong tho,ong thơ trả loi sua xong roi.nhung con binh khác.kêu tôi lên quay tình tiền để trả thêm tiền binh khác nữa.Toi khong dong ý (binh xe tôi sửa chua xong,con năng hơn,hay sửa lai xong cho toi).Thế là họ trả tiền lại và không chịu sửa xe toi..even those i really wannabe their customer.GIVE ME A BAD DAY😔

Really bad, last 11/4 /23 Saturday my husband bring my car Subaru outback fix at Tung Auto , when we bring home we my lose all the corner engine they didn't put it back .

Between 30% and 40% less money than any other mechanic around. Lately they get right on it. Two or 3 years ago there were always cars in all the parking spots. Now there are multiple open spots when you roll up. Maybe there's another mechanic now who's competitive so customers are going elsewhere? Example for a power steering pump at Tung's is $350, while at the Midas on Monterey Road near Senter Road it's over $500 At Tung's you'll want to take cash, pay in cash, save another $20 to $50. Let them know over the phone while you're getting the quote that you're paying in cash. Not a debit card, go to an ATM.

I would give them 0 stars if possible or even negative because after years with working with them, they gave me bad cheap oil instead of using the one I gave them at Costco. They would take your premium oil and resell it and give you cheap bad oil. BE CAREFUL, they would even take advantage of Vietnamese people. Our family has been working with them for 10 years and they decided to pull this on us. Everyone please check your services when working with this business.
