I had an excellent experience at Turbo tires! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was quick and efficient, and they had me in and out in no time. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the tires exceeded my expectations. I also found the location very convenient, making the whole process hassle-free. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and fast tire service!

I had two unplanned visits here. Both occasions my tire size was in stock. The staff inspected and installed both tires within my expectations and within a timely manner. The staff answered all my questions over the phone and while in person. All in all, I recommend this business! Thank you!

Do NOT do business with these people!!! I was coming through St. Louis and desperately needed a tire, called around to a couple places and decided on this one. Big mistake!! I understand I was looking for a used tire but I’m pretty sure there’s a standard threshold when it comes to ethical business practices, with a hint of morality…or there should be anyway. I was looking for a deal, as my funds were low, and I totally get that you take a certain amount of risk when you buy used to begin with, but my experience was not cool at all! The head guy gave me a 7 day warranty on the tire (that should have been my first red flag outside of purchasing used to begin with)-and even gave me a ‘warranty card’, which he signed. They put this tire on the day before yesterday…so I got ALMOST 2 days out of it (probably 250 miles, give or take). When my tire blew driving down the road going 55mph, I was in disbelief that I had a blown tire-much less that specific tire. So when I saw it, I immediately called them up and spoke to the same guy (which remembered me), who gave me the ‘warranty’. I explained that I was a couple hours outside of St. Louis and would obviously need to get another tire before I could get as far as his shop-but told him I could be in St. Louis later or the next day, and asked him about honoring his 7-day ‘warranty’. He immediately got defensive, telling me I must have hit something (which I did not), and he would have to look at the tire in person. I asked him if I could send him photos and /or video of the tire or whatever he needed and he insisted that if I couldn’t physically bring him the tire then he wouldn’t uphold the warranty. This is absurd in my opinion!!! This guy spoke to me very rudely and expected me to take him the blown tire with metal hanging out everywhere…in my car while I’m traveling with my personal belongings in tow-AND with NO room due to the spare having to go back where it belongs in the trunk. So I literally had no choice but to get the tire replaced, obviously, and had no where to put the tire to take it to him. That’s one heck of a clause in his ‘warranty’ that should probably be disclosed upfront. So now I’m out $45 since there’s no way I could just cruise around with a blown tire, along with the things already in my vehicle. I’m very fortunate that it wasn’t a huge amount of money, and that I was able to safely get off the road out of traffic, but my complaint is certainly based on principle here…and this is NOT HOW GOOD BUSINESSES OPERATE!!!! He didn’t care if I made it 7 days or 7 minutes to be quite frank…and his actions proved it. And I’m thankful to be able to leave a review so that others can hopefully avoid what I went through. There are MUCH better tire shops out there…new and USED!!!!!

This place was great because they had plenty of options, good prices and good & Extra FAST service! They were polite and my tires are of good quality. I've been driving on them for weeks now and have no problems. As a female the Best part was I wasn't over charged. Much respect and gratitude to this business.

I bought a set of used tires, that were great. Also great was the service and getting my car in the same day on a Saturday. But afterwards I noticed some new scratches on a rim. What was weird was the scratches on my (black) rims were black. (Any scratches show up as bare metal.) I rubbed the scratches with a finger and noticed black stuff like ink on my fingers. I pointed it out and was told it was not possible they did it, as their equipment has plastic parts that touch the rim. That may be the case, but my rim might have been dropped or something because it did get scratched. I was able to later wash off the black stuff to check out the damage. I got the impression they want to provide good service and establish their new business but covering up a mistake is not how to do it. My car is older and I would not have asked for a new wheel if they told me. Just something off my bill so can have it repaired or fix it myself. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend. Also, at least two of the reviewers that recommend Turbo Tires work there! That’s not a good practice, either.
