Always the best service, super friendly & honest! I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere closer to home and was reminded why I drive an hour to Turn 4. Unfortunately people will take advantage of you when you’re naïve. I will always support and recommend this small business!!!

They even went the extra mile by checking and fixing a few small issues I wasn’t aware of—at no additional charge. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. What I really respected is how Allen took to time to consistently communicate with me over the phone to keep me updated on my car. Whether it was to give me pricing on a repair, let me know the ETA of an incoming part, and overall status of my vehicle. I could tell everyone in this shop takes pride in their work and provides the best service they can. Allen has been taking good care of all our family’s cars for a years now. He is absolutely trustworthy, reliable, and a fantastic mechanic. He breaks down exactly what is wrong and explains it meticulously. He even dumpster dived to fetch an old part out just to showed how badly corroded it was. He even was able to fix my daughter’s car when our previous mechanic couldn’t. I can’t believe how quick he is too! I definitely 100% recommend them!

I've been a very happy Turn 4 customer for about seven years. I totally trust the information I'm given regarding any repairs that need to be done on my Honda Fit. This is truly a good old fashioned family owned business gem in Tucson. I highly recommend Allen and his crew!

Everyone at Turn 4 is fantastic at what they do. I have been quoted for repairs from other shops and Turn 4 has saved me money on every single issue I've had with my car. They always do a thorough job and leave you knowing your car is in better shape. Highly recommend.

They have went above and beyond on my husbands bmw. I first called for a quote and compared to other shops taking advantage of me for being a female they gave me a honest quote. They went over questions and concerns to make sure it was the right model. They stuck to their quote and made sure the car was done the right way. Highly recommend this shop for honestly and quality.

I was looking for a an Automotive repair shop close to where we live and I found Turn 4 Automotive. I took our 2000 Honda Accord in to have the timing belt, water pump changed and Allen the shop owner was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained what would be done and the cost. Steve the technician who did the work was great, he kept me informed on the repair and how long will it take. I went to pick up the car and everything done was perfect on time and the price they quoted! I was having a leakage issue with the valve cover leaking, Steve found 3 bolt holes were stripped. He installed 3 Helicoils in the stripped holes and no more leaks I was so happy! They also at no charge emptied and refilled my power steering reservoir with Honda power steering to ensure no leaks! Thanks Steve! I highly recommend Turn 4 Automotive, quality work, on budget and attention to detail was outstanding!

This place is a treasure and by far the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. Very professional and honest staff. The repair was less than I expected and my car is driving better than it has in a very long time. You won't regret coming here.

I started to go to this place 2 years ago. I now recommend them to everyone I know. They will not try to upcharge or oversell me like many other mechanics do. Their customer service is stellar as well

Left a review yesterday but guess it got lost Allen is a good guy with some real shop struggles with no power and the generator he was using to keep his shop afloat gave out but he still managed to get our mini cooper done though it took a few weeks to assemble all the parts and the fight over the lack of electricity he fixed us up old school with good I’ll fashion hand tools I recommend him to any one needing assistance with there automotive needs to please see turn 4 automotive and ask for Allen very satisfied customers

Went to check my struts. The other shop told me I needed to replace my struts due to oil leaked. This place checked my struts for free n I saw that my struts are still in Decent condition. I'm glad to see that there are still honest ppl around. Definitely will bring my car here. Highly recommended. Good and honest ppl.

What a great family owned Mechanic shop. Had a starting issue for many years and no other shop or dealership could figure it out, and took it here and first time it's fixed. Now im back for a/c recharge. They have many decades of knowledge on cars. Reasonably priced and great customer service. Definitely recommend this place for any repairs and maintenance. They've changed locations but still same service
