I used to take my Mazda to the dealership where I bought it for service because I trusted them, but they were overly expensive and difficult to book. Turner’s will be my new go-to shop for maintenance and repairs. They are transparent with costs and very fair with pricing. You’re texted a link to review what was done with your vehicle and their recommendations, and they follow up with a phone call to make sure you’re on the same page. The staff are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. The turnaround time on my maintenance was also extremely quick. I had a laundry list of items to look at, and they also found issues I wasn’t aware of that they were able to fix.

Amazing people and amazing service! I’m currently traveling with a truck and loaded trailer from NY to FL. I lost 6th,5th, and 4th gear in my 6.2L Ford on 95 and limped it to the next exit I could and so luckily came across this shop. I was stumped on what it could be, fearful it was my transmission. I walked up and told the shop manager my situation and issues and he immediately plugged the scanner in and advised me of the problems and solutions. As I was fearful time wise trying to get to flordia before the hurricane, they immediately ordered the parts and dug into the truck and had me fixed and on my way as soon as the parts came in. He also told me and showed me what happened with full transparency. I can’t recommend this shop enough!! Thank you all!

Everyone that works at Turner’s Auto is genuine and kind! I took both our family cars to have oil changes and state inspections and both experiences were seamless. They truly love what they do and take pride in helping their customers! Highly recommend!!

Had a really great experience, Im so glad I came here. They were very kind and communicative and kept me updated about my car. The pricing was very fair in my opinion for everything they did to it. I trust them far more with big repairs then other auto shops Ive visited. I really appreciate them taking good care of my baby and making sure all the codes were cleared appropriately (other shops have not). I feel very confident in their ability to fix things right!

I wholeheartedly recommend Turner's Auto Service! Their guys are extremely knowledgeable and couldn't be nicer to deal with. They have worked on my vehicle twice and, both times, they were thorough and did a fine job. I especially commend Austin--he was very pleasant to deal with and it's evident he is skilled at diagnosing problems. I'm so glad I found this independent auto service.

All of the workers and the owner were exceptional. The service staff were friendly, efficient, professional, and accommodating to an emergency repair without an appointment after my car needed a battery replacement and tire repair. My car repairs were completed with quality care before the end of the business day, despite the shop appearing very busy with other auto repairs and customers. Thank you to all the staff and the owner for taking the time to go over the cost of the repairs (which were very reasonable and fairly priced) while also being very time efficient and professional. I will be taking all of my future business to y’all as well as referring others your way.

THE BEST!! I cannot say enough good things about Turners. When I moved to the area and randomly chose this shop for an oil change - I struck gold. Their customer service is unmatched. They let you schedule appointments via text on short notice. They are transparent about the work being done and give honest opinions about next steps that are in my best interest, not profit driven. They have assisted me in coordinating rides to and from the shop. They have even fixed a short notice issue for me right as the shop was closing. The staff is kind, respectful, and even funny. If you are looking for an auto shop - look no further !

When I first called to get an estimate for an oil change and fuel filter change I was quoted about $200. I said that’s reasonable but if it was any more I could just do it myself. The guy said they would let me know how much it would be before doing anything. I dropped the truck off at 0830 and at 1430 received a call that it was done. The bill was $400. On my trip one of the connectors on the fuel filter kept popping off and fuel was leaking. Smh

While accommodating, and communicative, truck was returned with missing/ loose bolts, bad gaskets, warped used parts as opposed to new ones that were accessible and available, and air conditioning lines not hooked up. Had to pay to redo a lot of what was already paid for.
