Came out and spend about 30 minutes or so with no diagnostic, said he would return the following day with the proper tools and never returned and stopped answering texts. Stole $45 dollars for nothing. He wanted paid in full the first day and in good faith gave over half on the promise he would come back. There are many other reviews like mine. I think he's probably okay for known issues, but not so much on diagnostics. That said his business practices are horrible and make sure he doesn't scratch your car with his 2 foot wallet chain.

He worked Great my hood was a problem but he took his time taking the hood off to replace my radiator. Hes a great mechanic and really friendly I highly recommend him for your vehicle maintenance

Just used Mr Turner for the first time. This man just busted his damn back replacing the starter in my 07 Sequoia. He got to me the day after I hit him up for the work. He's clearly highly experienced, and I'll be using him again as needed. Give this man some love 👍

My a/c wasn’t working properly and engine running hot. Turner’s mobile mechanic quickly found the issue. Just some quick maintenance needed on the coolant system fixed the issue and the a/c worked properly again. I recommend Turner’s Mobile Mechanic Service if you need an honest, friendly and professional mobile mechanic.

Can’t thank brandon enough. I needed a timing cover, timing gasket, timing belt, water pump, 2 control arm bushings, and an entire turbocharger replaced. He did all of it himself and did a spectacular job. I couldn’t afford to send it to the shop since I have a 2012 Volkswagen and only could take it to a European automotive. I ordered the parts and all I paid for was the labor. He was transparent about the whole process and did it for a great price. After he is done there is a 60 day warranty so I didn’t have to worry about anything after it was done. Reliable guy who will work with you and whatever situation you are going through!

Brandon’s done quite a few repairs for me already and I only have good things to say! He is normally very busy but he makes availability for his clients, the repairs have a 60 day warranty for labor and the parts are have limited life time warranty as well from my understanding. Good work always, courteous, reasonably priced and works efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend because it’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic.

Unprofessional, he was supposed to come by and replace an alternator at 330 texted at 335 saying he needed to move it back later which was no problem for me , never showed and never texted back and I am stuck with a non running vehicle.

Brandon was able to help very quickly on an urgent car problem that made it undrivable. The fact that he could drive to our house to do the repair and we didn't have to worry about towing to a shop was awesome. His price was also very reasonable, unlike getting price gouged and up sold like at most shops. He replaced the alternator of our 07 Honda CR-V for under $600. We had a great experience and will definitely be using TMMS in the future.

If you have a one and done basic situation where he doesn't need to leave the premises and come back, it may work out. If he needs to get something and come back, nope. He is way over his head and says yes to everyone, overpromising he will be there at a certain date and time and doesn't show up. You will get, "I need to do this job, then that job, go to the parts store, eat something first" or that "it is raining" (my car is in an enclosed garage with clear skies at my house.) This texting back and forth trying to nail down a solid time will go on for days. After many overly patient/pleasant text responses to all of this on my part over several days of him not showing up as promised and paying him immediately when he was here, I rightfully/reasonably noted that the "car needs to be finished today" (in those exact words) to which I received a lengthy rant about how I was being rude and treating him badly by suggesting the car needed to be done today, along with a litany of excuses about how busy he is and his personal life woes. This is what I received: "I have way too much going on in my personal life to be treated poorly by someone for almost no reason...my mother just had a stroke and has been in the hospital for over a week, we've been having to live out of a hotel for over 3 months now. Someone stole all our clothes out of the laundry mat this morning, someone hit our car while we were sleeping a couple nights ago and and just left so got screwed on that too. This list goes on." Oh, and his girlfriend/wife (Angelique Green, who wrote a conflict of interest 5* near illiterate sympathy review also today) comes with him and chain smokes cigarettes on your property. In my case, right outside my garage with the lovely fumes wafting in. I even took at least 1/2 hour of my busy schedule to talk to her and make her feel comfortable as she was sitting/standing there all by herself. Here is the definition of being "rude and treating someone poorly": repeatedly failing to live up to appointment commitments with a kind customer who pays you in the moment, before the job is even completed (because I'm too nice, read the other reviews on this folks and don't make the same mistake.) Everyone is dealing with difficult life challenges and we still provide reliable services to our customers. If you want to deal with all the time suck, drama and unprofessionalism, roll the dice.

OMG, Thank God for Turner Mobile Mechanic!!!! I'll never use another Mechanic again, ever! My car was broken down and the dealership quoted me over $1500.00! Turner Home Mechanic came to ME, at my house AND got the job done for $300.00 - including parts ~ that's right, $1200.00 less than the dealership! I'm so impressed, and blessed to have found him- my prayers were answered! He was extremely professional, right on time and answered all my questions throughout the booking and repairs process. I'm already hiring him for more repairs- if you need an amazing Mechanic you have got to call Turner! I'm so excited to not be stranded ever again! I can't thank him enough- WOW!

This guy is beyond wonderful and I honestly don't understand the nerve of some ppl and their reviews and how ugly they get just because things don't go their way..but then again you can't please everyone right.. anyways please allow turners to provide their own impression of their buisness personally rather then from ppl with their noses stuck in the air before you choose to pads on him because he will do what ever he can for you in the time frame that life allows and ofcourse all the other ppl that are using his buisness you will not regret it. ! They truly are the best mechanics out here by far!

Turner’s Mobile Mechanic Service came thru again. On a Saturday he changed my complete front brake system, to include brake calipers, rotors and pads. All in my driveway. My brakes work awesome and I’m free to use my 4Runner again. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company.

What a joke....After completely forgetting about our first appointment he came to the conclusion that my car was not getting fuel without finding a Schrader valve or checking the actual line.He said he could not guarantee the work because he wasn't sure what was done to the truck.... And then he refused to even look at my other truck.....he then told me he had other customers and had to leave. Very rude very unprofessional honestly im surprised he even calls himself a mechanic.

Not only does he come to you, but he will for you in anywhere he can and makes sure the job is done right. We are working on my jeep right now and he has been absolutely fantastic and so patient with me trying to get this work , not to mention he does extra research to get you the best deal possible.
