2024: Rather than purchasing a new car at today's ridiculous prices, I decided to put $10K of work into my 2005 MINI Cooper. Turning Wrenches did an amazing job on my vehicle, and they even included a small amount of very hard-to-find paint for my vehicle so I could do some touch-up work. My vehicle feels like a completely new car. The first thing I noticed was how much agility my vehicle regained. It feels like a new car now. Thank you, Turning Wrenches.

I bought a CPO C450 in 2019 and finally tired of the overpriced service from the dealership. Turning-Wrenches sent me an inspection report that even found evidence of repairs made at the dealership within the last year. There is no compromise in the quality of the work or convenience. Communication included along the way and the bill was even less than originally estimated. No more dealer srvice for me!

I had an excellent experience at Turning Wrenches. The technicians kept me well informed with what needed to be done to my car and kept me in the loop while repairs and maintenance were being completed. They were extremely expert in diagnosing my car problems. They even looked at my extended warranty to see what was covered for further needed repairs. I will definitely use Turning Wrenches again in the future.

Another great experience at Turning Wrenches. My car was in for scheduled maintenance. With their professional inspection, they have identified some items we will keep an eye on. I appreciate that they never try scare tactics to sell me on getting work done. Great to have them on my team.

This is my 2nd time using Turning Wrenches on my Mercedes. It is nice to support a locally owned business. Convenient using their secure drop-box and the annual oil changes are more affordable than the dealership down the road. You still receive a detailed multi-inspection PDF of all the recommendations about your vehicle as you would at the dealership. Turning Wrenches spent valuable time writing up a nice PDF quote for my insurance company on some interior vandalism without charging extra. When I asked if they partnered with any detail shops nearby to get my vehicle cleaned, I was referred to DJ's Auto Detailing, but I strongly suggest you avoid DJ's Detailing & read my review with that company elsewhere. I have informed Turning Wrenches about my negative experience with them and their reply was beyond satisfactory. Thanks!

First visit. Had a coupon so price was good. Communicated well. Cookies and water left in the car was a nice touch and really appreciated that they vacuumed the front seat area. Only drawback is they prefer you drop off and come back. I would rather wait. They told me they only allow one person to wait. My car was ready in about 2 hours so if my husband had not been off this day I would have been without my car all day. Overall, good service, communication, and friendly staff.

I was told by third party sources my engine mounts would take a week to replace but they got those replaced AND MORE within 3 days ! Wonderful service , super kind , seems like they actually care about your car !
