This was first experience using Turning Wrenches, for an oil change and maintenance service, and I will use them again because they are 100% great at communication! They answer the phone, answered my questions, explained things to me patiently, did not pressure me to complete services, and they called me to ensure I was satisfied (that made me happy!) It makes for great customer service and last it was classy that they left a treat in my car-unexpected but also appreciated!

Finally found a service center I can trust. On a whim decided to take my 911SC in to have a weird noise diagnosed and an oil change. They kept me up to date on every move they made, which I very much appreciated and got car back in a timely manor and very reasonable price !

I recently took my BMW X5 to Turning Wrenches Auto Shop for service, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. I worked specifically with Blake as my advisor and I always felt valued as a customer by him. The shop had a clean, organized feel, and it was clear they took pride in their work. They were transparent about the cost of parts and labor, and I never felt like I was being upsold on unnecessary services. The turnaround time was quick. When I got my car back, it was running smoothly, and they even gave me a detailed report of what was done and what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. They even put a bag of yummy cookies made from a local baker. This just sweetened the deal- literally! Overall, the service was top-notch, and I’m confident in the quality of work they performed. I'll definitely be returning to Turning Wrenches for any future maintenance on my BMW X5. Highly recommend!

I'm taking the car because I have problems with the glow plugs and after spending 2400 on inspections and supposedly on repairs that I don't know about, I got tired of them playing with my money and I picked it up just as badly

My car sometimes was jerky when weather was cold it was fine and according to the several maintenance places recommendation, I am told to change the transfer case fluid. None of the alerting dash lights were coming on. I told the gentleman called Blake just focus on that issue and change the fluid because existing fluid viscosity was low. The day of making appointment he said we first check it and in case of need we change the fluid and it costs around $200 and it takes 2-3 hours. On my appointment day I dropped the car morning and after several hours they send some unclear pictures and said we recommend to do these jobs such as your car leaks oil and coolant and estimated me above $2k, while I didn't ask them to check different places they were not leaking. They did nothing and charged me above $200 for these diagnosis and asked me more money for further diagnosis. End of the day I picked the car with worse performance before dropping. In my opinion they are not deserve even 1 star. I don't recommend drop your car for higher level maintenance. I posted this just to notify and save some money for future customers to do not take the car there for some issues like engine, transmission etc. they might be good on oil, tire.. change. They were not bad attitude people but they were not professional. I hope they don't get mad at me.

2024: Rather than purchasing a new car at today's ridiculous prices, I decided to put $10K of work into my 2005 MINI Cooper. Turning Wrenches did an amazing job on my vehicle, and they even included a small amount of very hard-to-find paint for my vehicle so I could do some touch-up work. My vehicle feels like a completely new car. The first thing I noticed was how much agility my vehicle regained. It feels like a new car now. Thank you, Turning Wrenches.

I bought a CPO C450 in 2019 and finally tired of the overpriced service from the dealership. Turning-Wrenches sent me an inspection report that even found evidence of repairs made at the dealership within the last year. There is no compromise in the quality of the work or convenience. Communication included along the way and the bill was even less than originally estimated. No more dealer srvice for me!

I had an excellent experience at Turning Wrenches. The technicians kept me well informed with what needed to be done to my car and kept me in the loop while repairs and maintenance were being completed. They were extremely expert in diagnosing my car problems. They even looked at my extended warranty to see what was covered for further needed repairs. I will definitely use Turning Wrenches again in the future.
