Staff is friendly and very accurate with the quote. I will likely come here again ( hopefully not soon ) when my car needs anything else. Came back to get some new tires. As always, super friendly staff. I was presented with options for my tires ahead of time so that when I dropped off the car the interaction needed was minimal.

I recently had some noise issues and a traction control light come on, so I needed to have those issues checked immediately. I chose to take it to 21st Century because they had high ratings and good customer feedback. They exceeded my expectations when the thoroughness of their report came back. I’ve honestly never had the detail of inspection, that they provided. The work was done in a timely manner and although the traction control issue was not something the shop was capable of, they were able to steer me in the right direction. The rest of the work was great! I feel confident driving my car now, knowing that all the work they put in, was safety related and no more noise! I will be going back to them for a future issues.

We had an emergency and broke down in a place we weren't use to. Not only did they see us on super short notice but they made sure we were taken care of and given a decent price for everything.

We went in with a car we were pretty sure needed a new transmission, told by a dealership it was the transmission. We were prepared to pay 4-5k in repairs. Guys they fixed the car for 300 and explain in detail exactly what was an issue and that our transmission was fine. They could have done what so many mechanics have done in the past and charged for unnecessary work but they were honest with us. They even fixed our passenger side door for free because they saw it was loose. It is so hard to find a mechanic that knows what they are doing and isn’t morally bankrupt, I urge everyone who is in need, this is a great mechanic. They even gave a hand made felt Turkey lollipop for thanksgiving ❤️😭❤️

Good work and good attitudes. Life saver. Another shop close in area put a engine in my car and refuse to correct his bad work and no warranty but 21 century got my car working be after having to spend more money to keep peace.. God is good!!!!

Oil was leaking into my coolant, which was already prediagnosed by 2 other auto shops. The first shop didn't work with engines. And the second shop, did a lot of work, but couldn't fully resolve the issue. So I read reviews and decided to take my car to 21st Century Auto. I came with loads of paperwork, and engine codes. I was hoping that the paperwork would substitute a diagnostics fee. However I do understand that 21st needed to do their own diagnostics, to isolate the issue. After two visits they were able to resolve the issue. I am really happy with the service and they were really informative.

Well, the lady on the phone was very polite, respectful and caring, but she gave me one price and then when I got there, they gave me a more expensive price which I did not appreciate so I never even went to the place

I had to have 4 tires replaced today. I called to make an appointment. You have a choice of tires to purchase. Tires vary in prices. I chose a better quality tire with a very good guarantee. A bit more pricey but worth it. You get higher milage on quality tires. They had the tires ready for mounting and balanced. I even had a wheel alignment. Twenty First Century Auto are very efficient and do their job well. I highly recommend them. I have had different repairs done there from exhaust system to oil change. Always satisfied with their services. Very friendly too.

First time customer. Came here after bad experience at another garage. Person at check in very friendly and even provided ride to and from my house. Technician talked me thru what was tested/inspected and turns out what I thought might be a problem was not an issue at all. Minimal charge and I left feeling confident my vehicle was safe to drive. Will use again and highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and helpful but it’s easy to be cheerful when you are fleecing people for car diagnostics. Almost $300 for them to tell me what my OBD2 scanner told me before I brought it in. Great people but horrible pricing. Definitely would not recommend going here.

I have been involved in sales and marketing for pretty much all of my career (over 50 years) and I can guarantee that it’s a heck of a lot easier to nurture and grow your customer base by doing the right thing than just focusing on seeking new business. Sharon (owner) and Nick (manager) “get it” as do their experienced and thorough technicians. With my previous vehicle, they told me what I needed to hear and thoroughly explained what was going on. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear but they were right. Loyal customer for 25 years. Always awesome and friendly service, I would highly recommend them. I started going there for convenience and stayed for the service. I moved out of the area but, make the trip there because, I trust their advice and excellent service care! Also, love the fact that if needed they will do drop offs and pick ups, what a awesome family type business, not too many of those around anymore.

I am a college student from out of state and I cannot express how thankful I am for Twenty First Century Auto! They happily made me an appointment after hearing what was wrong with my car and got me in next day. Not only that, but they were done that next day which was great considering I brought my car in right before closing time the day before. The woman that is in charge there gave me a ride back and was so kind and sweet and they also gave me money off because my friend had recommended going there. When I picked up my car, it was easy to get into the key box and when I opened my car door there was so many goodies on my drivers seat. They gave me a cute little quote about the moon as well as a moon pie and glasses for the upcoming eclipse. They also gave me a folder with new customer information and a pen and keychain branded with the business. These are not mandatory at all, but it was a pleasant surprise when I opened my door. The service ended up being about $100 more than what was originally estimated, and while that is somewhat annoying, it is understandable because things come up when working on cars. Overall, I highly recommend them. Especially as a young woman in college it was so nice to not be treated like I was an idiot based on my gender and age and actually be treated with kindness and helped.
