Twin City Collision performed excellent work in a timely manner for my mother. The professionalism and courtesy of Brandon, Phil, and Suzy was top notch. Because of the recent snow/ice storm they were inundated with more work than normal, but fit us in and finished the work on time. I noted a few areas that needed final touch-up and they were very helpful to make sure it was taken care of.

I was very satisfied with how I was treated, and my new windshield looks great. Brandon was also very helpful and informative. I couldn't believe how clean my car was at pickup. It looks brand new, I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Twin City Collison. My family and I have used them a total of 3 times now, but my most recent experience really showed me how great this collision center is. I rear ended a motorcycle and there was extensive damage to my windshield, hood, and front fender. The minute it happened, I already knew I was taking my car here. I received my car back and was very pleased. However a few weeks later I noticed a few things on my own. I called and my person of contact was Ruth Anne. She had me bring the car back and we walked the car again and it was promised to be completed that day, and IT WAS! My car looks amazing and I am so thankful to Ruth Anne for answering all my questions and phone calls. She truly is an asset to this business. Thank you Twin City Collison, I will recommend you to everyone.

My car got totaled by elephant insurance after taking my car to twin city collision for estimate. They did tear down gave supplement. Elephant without checking totaled our vehicle. We fought filing complaints against elephant because they didnt follow proper protocol before totalling someone vehicle. Elephant request we take it back for another supplement. For some reason twin city added almost $3,000.00 to the cost of it getting repaired. Elephant totalled it because twin city collision “LIED” and said it couldnt be puy back together.. but they put it back together at the end of the day. Well i just replaced a bumper and realized the frame aint as bad as they claim. They was charging to fix park assist and having it taken in to have reprogram. When all it was was one of the sensors came uplugged. Either they did not do and proper inspection or they intentionally tried to charge for something that didnt need to be done. Because of them my car got totalled! And letd not forget i had to sign papers saying they not responsible for any accident. But i dont think my car left there the way it came in. Because they were saying they couldnt put some bars back in is why it couldnt be put back together. But like i said after twin city upped the price on the repairs it gave elephant more leverage to total my car.

So I had my car worked on at this shop after I was reared I drove down from Ohio where I live twice after they told me it was done but it wasn’t. Then they told me they couldn’t do any more than what they did so I took my car to get looked at by another shop where they told me nothing was done correct that everything had to be redone. We are talking 9000.00 dollars worth of damage. I am not from Tennessee but I would never go back to this shop they did a horrible job and horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Dropped car but had to go back and get it and the female at the front desk was so rude I decided to take my vehicle some where else!! Yeah you know it is Pat...mean crouch!-

Twin City Collision has ALWAYS been absolutely amazing with their customer service, their friendliness, their knowledge base, their timeliness of repairs, and overall complete car-care solution for all my dents and rebuilds. I have tried other dealership and off-brand collision centers, and Twin City Collision by FAR out-performs them all! If you want it done right, they've got my vote of Body Shop of the Year, every year!!

I have used Twin City Collision multiple times from minor scratches to larger insurance claims over the years. Estimates, drop offs, and pickups are always such a smooth process plus my vehicle looks brand new and my insurance carrier loves their service.

Just want to give a shout out to Tony Simerly. Tony is first and foremost a man of integrity. I know he stands behind his work , he cares about doing it right . Doesn’t take short cuts , and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the work . If you have the misfortune of getting you car or truck repaired , give twin city collision a try , and ask for Tony .
