We used Twins Auto Repair in June after being stuck on the interstate. They were great! We had a big flat bed with a slide in camper. They took us to a repair shop at 9:00 one night. We would definitely recommend them!

I can’t recommend Jerry at Twins Auto enough! He’s the best mechanic around. Over the years, he has repaired multiple vehicles for me, and each time, I’ve been impressed by his expertise and dedication. His prices are very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch workmanship he delivers. If you're looking for a reliable mechanic, look no further than Jerry!

Took two hours after the scheduled time (scheduled more than a week in advance) to even look at my car. At this point I canceled services and took my car elsewhere. Receptionist has no idea what is going on in the shop. They managed to ruin my headliner with greasy handprints (why would you ever need to touch someone's headliner unless you're replacing it?) I doubt that they even have an alignment machine, since their web site it's full of stock photos and pre-written copy. Fortunately I was able to get a proper alignment from a competitor the next day. Total nightmare dealing with Twins Auto Repair.

This company did an engine swap incorrectly. Caused over 7000 in additional damage on my 60k q60. First the owner said if I could prove he caused damage I would be reimbursed. When I sent proof he called and told me he wouldn’t be paying anything. THIS GUY FOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING AND HE WONT STAND ON HIS WORK.

We made an appointment to have our car serviced several days before we brought it in first thing in the morning with no contact all day. Car sat in the shop for another day with no contact. Finally picked the car up and we’re told someone was ill so they were behind. It would have been nice to know that at the start of the second day so we could have rescheduled and had use of the car. Communication was very poor.

Twins Auto is amazing! They are the mechanics for the Omaha Mobile Stage and are excellent at creative problem solving, taking on large projects, emergency repairs, and maintain our truck as it ages. Great customer service. Great prices. Awesome staff.

I live 1.5 hours away and had an axle failure on my Ram 1500 while we had to be in Omaha at UNMC. I called and explained my situation and Jerry got right on it. He got my truck fixed way sooner than I could have imagined. Did a great job and was helpful and professional and went the extra mile for me and my family. Needless to say, I highly recommend Twins auto repair!

We had been calling around for 2 DAYS, mobile mechanics n all ....NOBODY answered their phones or they were still closed due to holidays. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. ZERO notice, walked in and they took care of our brakes in less than a hour, great prices, respectful, helpful and honest!! Go to TWINS AUTO...YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

I stopped by freaking out a little, it was almost closing time….my electric window got stuck open and it was raining….UGH!! Jimmy pulled my car into the garage and quickly fixed my issue and sent me on my way!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking a moment to care even though you were about to close for the day!!! I now have a place to call when I need some work done!! I really appreciated the character of your service!!!!!

This shop is top notch. I recommend it to all my friends and family. I needed a new transmission in my jeep and Aamco quoted me over $8k and two months. I took it into Twins and they did the whole thing for less than $4k and two weeks later my jeep runs great!! I've had all my cars inspected by them before I buy because I trust them more than any other mechanic in the city. They are polite, hard working, honest and very friendly people. Jerry and his crew are the absolute best you will find anywhere! And if you can't get ahold of them, keep calling because they are well worth the wait. Ten out of five stars guys!!

After I started using them they were the only place I went to for work on my car. Last time I took it to them I called just to make sure they would have time to get to it. They told me yes we open at 10 so I dropped it off before I went into work. I called to check on the status of my vehicle and I was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet but was about to bring it in. When I got off and went back for it they still hadn’t even got to it and it was buried in the lot behind numerous vehicles. I would have completely understood if the guy would have told me no were backed up we won’t have time😢

I will always go here for any and all auto repairs! I brought in an 81 Camaro that I had just bought. I knew it had been sitting for years seeing that the oil change and battery had a 2003 sticker. I told them to do what was needed to get her running and now she’s a smooth ride!

The best place to go they said they closed at 6 pm and my truck was leaking radiator fluid though it was nothing serious but it turned out to be a major leak in the water pump and they stayed late till 8:10 to repair it there mischief more honest than other places and care about your car and you and keep you informed of everything that they find and asks you what you need to get your car fixed fair priced too 👍😊😊

Took my car to Ford for a "multiple misfire" code where I was charged $600 and told I needed to replace wiring harness. I replaced the harness with a new one but still had the same problem. I then took it to Twins and after only 15 minutes, Jerry correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it using only a laptop.

If you are looking for a mechanic you need to come here. They are so honest, and quick to fix any problem. Twins was a lifesaver today as we broke down 20 minutes into our trip to Yellowstone. They stayed late for us as we had many difficulties getting a tow. But 6 hours late we were able to finally make it to their shop and with in an hour and half Jerry had it all fixed so we could be on the road again. There is no other repair shop that I know that would do that on a Saturday night. They would usually give you the run around can't fix it to late or you will have to wait until Monday. We were so stressed when we arrived and Jerry was able to just calm our nerves and assure it would all be ok. Jerry made a bad day into a wonderful surprise. Jerry we can not thank you enough words don't even begin to express our gratitude. So please people support these guys.

Love these guys. Plan on setting an appointment to get my truck winterized. And whatever else the think it needs done. They let you know if your wasteing your money by getting things done that doesn't need done. I refer them to everyone. They're honesty and the way they respect me is my top seller.
