I usually take my vehicle into one of the local dealerships for repairs and service. One of my closest friends told me about this place. It was a great experience. All of the service work that I had done at this place would have cost me 3 times the amount at the dealership, and they would have kept my vehicle for multiple days. Twins got all of the extensive work done in less than a day. My vehicle runs smoothly and they treated me like a VIP, not just another customer that they could overcharge for parts and labor. I'll definitely use them again, because there's not many honest and fair priced mechanics around these days. Thanks for everything Twins Automotive!!

I truly am not a person to write reviews. But the service i had at twins automotive deserves a 5+ star review! . My ac is now working ,Raul and Jackie communicated with me on what needed to be done. Raul even followed up with me after two weeks to make sure everything was working smoothly. I have never had that happen before. Recommend him to everyone!!!

We had a great experience with having our car worked on last weekend at Twins Automotive. We came into town just for a weekend getaway, however my car started stalling and turning off while driving into Vegas on the 15 freeway. We stopped at state line (CA/NV) to find an emergency mechanic, but the prices for those we contacted were outrageous. We finally made it to Vegas, found Twins on GoogleMaps, and went to talk to them. This shop is located in the back of a lot with many other businesses, so I recommend really keeping your eyes peeled for their sign or calling them to have them direct you to find their shop. Anyway, Jaclyn was wonderful to work with. She accommodated us right away, and even turned their a/c unit on in the office so we would feel more comfortable. She offered for us to leave our car and to drive us herself back to our hotel. I was a little nervous doing this because you never know who you can trust; but, Jaclyn was fantastic about communicating with us and she was very professional. They did a diagnostic on our car within about two hours, and once we authorized the work, they fixed it very quickly. She even drove our car back to our hotel once it was finished for us! We drove back home the next day with no car trouble, and Jaclyn reached out to us to inquire as to whether we had any more trouble with the car. Such excellent customer service here in a time when that is decreasing so rapidly from so many businesses. Definitely highly recommend Twins Automotive for any work you need.

I was in Vegas for the Jr NFR and our truck broke down with a bad throw-out bearing we needed it fixed ASAP since we had kids and horses we needed to haul around. I called Twins Automotive and they got the truck in immediately. They came in at 4am to get the truck finished for us by the next afternoon and were willing to work all weekend if necessary. Top notch customer service, I would highly recommend, If I ever need any work done in Vegas this will be my only call! They really went above and beyond to get us back on the road. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Excellent service all round - I brought in my car after somebody vandalized the rear passenger window. Not only did they do a wonderful job fixing up the window within just a couple of hours, they even cleaned out the shards of glass left over from the prior broken window, when they really didn’t have to, and cleaned out my baby’s car seat. Completed the job in a very reasonable price too. They even fixed my car remote as a courtesy. 10/10 Recommend their services, it is a wonderful, honest and dedicated family owned business.

I use this business to fix chips in my windshield. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were quick to come out and fix my problem. I would recommend this company again for the professionalism and quick response.

The team here is amazing! Very experienced mechanic and friendly. I was kept informed and educated the whole time. My family car overheated going through Vegas and this shop was fast, friendly, fair, and accommodating. So wonderful.

Visiting Las Vegas for the weekend and the alternator went out on our 2010 Honda Pilot. Honda Service did not have an opening until the middle of next week, so I had to find a local shop to replace in order for me to drive back to San Diego. This shop was able to find an OEM part and replaced it with no issues. Also gave recommendations to fix an oil leak which may have been the cause for the alternator to fail. I made it back to San Diego safely and they even followed up a few days later to ensure the vehicle was running well. Honest mechanic and would return to this shop if I had vehicle issues driving to Las Vegas.

We just purchased a new used vehicle and took it to Twin Automotive for a new purchase inspection. They quickly fit us into their schedule, had us come back to take a look ourselves, and took the time to explain everything to us. We were so impressed by their customer service and will definitely be coming back again.

I was in town for the weekend and my brakes felt odd on the way into town so I dropped it off Friday afternoon and while they were not able to get parts in they took the time on a Saturday to diagnose the problem and make sure it was safe to drive back home. Would definitely use them if I had car issues in Vegas in the future.

Here in Vegas for our honeymoon and our air conditioning compressor on our car went out Raul was able to get it in and replaced in no time and even took us and picked us up from our hotel awesome business at a great price

I have used Raul and Jackie a few times now for my daycare bus repairs. Unfortunately, I have been vandalized several times over the past 6 months and they helped with various repairs. I can tell you they have awesome customer service and Jackie is always so nice and easy to talk to. They are honest and do great work. If you are looking for a new mechanic, give Raul a try. They will always make it right.

My experience here was awesome. Family owned business and they treat you like family. Out of 52 years of owning a car, I have never had a shop that shows you the parts they are replacing. No generic junk going into my Mercedes. As for customer service Jacqueline and Raul are the greatest.

Raul and his team coordinated to tow my dad's RV out of a field where it had been sitting for the past three years and got it up and running. They provided super great service and communicated with me at every step in the process. If you need auto maintenance in Vegas, this is the team to call. Raul is the man I went into his shop to get a estimate on how much a new transmission was going to cost me. Raul checked it out and gave me some good news I was not going to need a new transmission, turns out it was something miner that could be repaired had it back in a few days. Runs like new highly recommended.

Honest shop.. im a girl from cali. Had a problem with my front right suspension.. 100° weather. he stood out with me, diagnosed it and fixed it. Didnt try to sell me extra stuff. 100% will be my go to shop when im in vegas.. Thank you so much!

They are great, we where her on our vacation from Oregon and the flywheel broke on our van i was worried i was going to get stuck here for a couple of weeks because i talk to others and said there was no time for them to fix it, i found him and he fix it the same day and got us on our way back home and the kicker is i am a mechanic my self, it's a sad i could not fix it my self but he stepped up and help me a great deal thank you, i will recommend you to all my traveling friends
