Aside from your partner and family, there are only a couple of other groups of people you need to trust throughout your life: your doctors (duh!) and your auto mechanic. Why your mechanic? Because unless you are one, you will waste tens of thousands of dollars on your vehicles over your lifetime if you don't have one you can trust. Here's the sad truth: many mechanics, especially those from large corporate chains, prey on your lack of knowledge. They mark-up the cost of parts 2-3x, tell you that your car needs this, that, and the other thing when it often doesn't, and they laugh all the way to the bank. I'm a "shadetree" mechanic, and not a good one. I enjoy the challenge of diagnosing problems with my cars and fixing them myself. I recently had a major repair that was 99% complete, but didn't have the tools or the patience to spend any further time on it. I called several of the auto repair chains near me, explained exactly what I needed help with and they all said something like, "We can't help you with that because we need to sell you the parts and labor in order to warranty the work." So then I called Lorenzo at Two Brothers, explained the issue and the help I needed. His response? "Sure, bring it in and we'll take care of it." After receiving my car, he promptly diagnosed exactly what was needed and repaired it at a VERY reasonable price. No crazy mark-up's on parts and VERY reasonable labor rates. As he explained, "I'm a small business and I'm in this for the long haul. I'm not going to take advantage of you or anyone else. Not only do I want you to be happy with your experience at my shop, I want you to be so happy that when your family, neighbor, or friend asks if you know a trustworthy mechanic, you give them my number." I rarely write reviews but can say this with 100% confidence: give them all Lorenzo's number at Two Brothers and they will never be disappointed.

I took my car to acura and they told me it was fixed. When it started making noises again I found Two Brothers they not only discovered the problem but potential problems and fixed them now my car runs better then ever. Thank you Two Brothers. Update: It's about 1 year later and I needed to get my brakes done. Lorenzo got me in quickly, texted me my estimate, and then kept me updated while I went to some doctor appointments. They got me set up with all new brakes with quality parts. My appointments ended near closing time but Lorenzo relieved my stress by offering a secure link to pay my bill and a lock box so I could safely pick up my keys and car without the worry. So happy with my service and new brakes thank you! Original post - If you're in North Phoenix and looking for a great mechanic, look no further than Two Brothers! had requested a quote from some other shops and Lorenzo contacted me quickly and let me know they had availability. I dropped off my car and he was nice enough to drive me home so that didn't have to pay for an Uber. let him know l'd be going on a road trip soon so he made sure to check the brakes and tires with the inspection. Once the service was complete he texted right away and gave me the estimate requested so could plan accordingly. They were professional, honest, and didn't feel pressured like at some other shops. I had pretty much given up hope that I was ever going to find a mechanic that could do quality work and not overcharge me, and then I found Lorenzo and his team. These guys are honest, have excellent diagnostic skills, and most importantly, they care about your vehicle as much as you do. You will not regret trusting them with your next repair!

These guys do great work and don’t try to kill you with impossible pricing. They swapped out my gas inlet on my 2014 Mustang and hit a snag with rust in my exhaust setup, but they figured it out like champs. That Lorenzo, he’s a nice guy! 👍😎 Thanks Bros!

Took my 2009 decomissioned handicapped van to two brothers to remove saftey wireing that was no longer going to be used .he immediately quoted the job.like hes done this before lol.(i was refered to him by az mobility vehicles) definitely the man for the job! After not being able to find an auto electrician who wanted to do the job i was done in 3 hrs .he has a buy once cry once attitude and will not try to shortcut or upsell you .just do it and do it right ill definitely go back here for services!

Finding a good mechanic can be very difficult. Especially one that is trustworthy. Thankfully my friend introduced me to Lorenzo several years ago. He is simply the best. Two Brothers Restoration provided quality work when installing a Vintage Air conditioning system in my 1955 Chevy pickup. As with any work on classic vehicles, the initial install plan needed modification and required additional time. Lorenzo was diligent in providing consistent and timely communication, including a personal call to follow-up on how the system was operating. The air conditioner is running smoothly as Arizona’s summer temperatures increase.

Had my car repaired on 11-7-23. Lorenzo did a great job and finished the repair in a timely manner. On 4-25-24, I called asking for an extra copy of the invoice for the repairs he did and Lorenzo was able to immediately find and send the invoice from 2023. Would recommend for service due to great work and great organization

Lorenzo is a life saver! I was told I needed new brakes by another shop and I brought it to Lorenzo and he informed me that I was nowhere near the point of needing new tires. He saved me 400-500 bucks that day. Real testament to his character. Also, Lorenzo and the rest of his shop have amazing customer service and speedy service. They have my business for life.

I found this shop after failing emissions nearby on an older vehicle I’m restoring. I met Lorenzo and explained my issue — he has been honest, dependable, and sticks to his word. He’s also very honest about what you need or don’t need — I’ve taken my new primary vehicle to him multiple times to work on modifications. He does great work, and I plan on working with him and his shop as long as they’ll have me. Thanks for everything!

Talked to them early January, and they said they’d be able to look at my car mid to late February. I reached out around February 10th to make sure we were still good to go, and they got back pretty quickly saying yes, but then they completely ghosted me.

Does an honest mechanic exist? I believe we found one. Lorenzo was up front about the work needed and the work performed; I was charged fairly for the work completed. He communicated with me along the way. I’ve found an auto shop I’ll come back to regularly. Thank you!
