I've been taking my cars here for the last year or so. These guys are really fantastic. I've got older cars (2002 & 2007). It's a little more difficult to find parts, sometimes - but these guys find the parts and get the job done. I've been to them several times over the past year with complicated repairs - and they always get the job done right for noticeably less money than I expected to pay. Finding a car repair facility that does not take advantage of you by doing unnecessary work or by over-charging is difficult. These guys have integrity and run a great shop.

My work truck broke down, luckily, right in front of these guys. On the fly, they sold me what I needed to get back on the road, and at a great price. These guys are lifesavers.

It seems like it has become a pattern with this place. I was driving my car and started to notice from time to time intense shaking when I stopped while the car was still in drive, there was also squeaking. So I looked up the nearest location and thought this place had good enough reviews I asked if they could just look at it. I later was told that it was my motor mount and that they werent sure how much it would be. Unfortunately I'm pretty ignorant to this kind of thing but ended. Up paying $600 to get it fixed. Long story short the same things are hapening another company looked at it and said it was my friggin belt needed to be replaced for $170. Yeah if you aren't autoliterate like me I would avoid this place.

Warning about two brothers total car care midway I waited to post this review until I went to Subaru to confirm my suspicions. Went to have my oil changed on my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek with 21000 miles on it. The older man at the counter had the younger guy do my oil change and I told him to call me when it was done and ask them if they noticed anything else to let me know. They proceeded to call me and tell me that I needed new brake pads and rotors for about $600. Now mind you I had been at Subaru three months before and they told me that I had about 20,000 miles left on my brakes at that time and it only driven about 5000 miles. Took My car to Subaru yesterday which was several months later because I’ve been busy asked them to check my brakes and I still have 8000 miles left on my brake pads. Two brothers want to rip people off so beware especially if you’re a woman by yourself, I will never ever use them again and I will post a review on yelp as well because shady mechanics are the worst in our hard times do not use them. Taking advantage of consumers has to stop and if we all post our reviews, they will learn their lessons. They could’ve had a great customer if they’ve been honest with me and I would’ve used them for future items. I needed it done, but they were greedy and now I will post this as many places as I can.

I have been reluctant to write this review, but I think it's important for people to be aware of this kind of mechanic workshop. Here it goes: Two years ago, my mother took her car to this mechanic. She went for a brake check but also ended up getting an oil change. One month later, her engine broke due to an oil leak she was not aware of. She has not been able to repair the engine since and had to buy a new car. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance. I have general knowledge about car mechanics and am always aware of any leaks or strange issues with my car. The first red flag was when I mentioned to one of the mechanics about the new car I bought (Camry 2009) and how I had already done the oil change and changed the engine oil. He alarmed me, saying I shouldn't have done that and should have brought the car to them for the oil change. According to him, my car was going to last only 3 months (3 years have passed, and my car works just fine). The last straw was when my ABS modulator stopped working, and I brought my car to them. They said they would fix it and did so within 24 hours. The next day, I had the same issue. I brought the car back to them three times in one week, and they were not able to fix it. I had to Google the issue, buy a repaired modulator on eBay, and change it myself. Sometimes, Google can be your friend and save you money, time, and a lot of troubles if it's done correctly. I know it is daunting to find a mechanic you can trust. I don't know if they have improved since then. Also, I have no intention to damage their reputation. I actually enjoyed taking my car there because it was relatively close to my home. However, transparency is important nowadays, especially with high prices and inflation. People and customers don't deserve to be deceived, and time matters. I hope this review helps avoid any potential issues for future customers.

Dennis was amazing. I left my car there for a totally different reason and when I went to get it the next day the battery was dead and he jumped my battery for free. When I need am oil change or any repair I'm going there for sure.

I am glad I left this place before I became an official customer. I went in on Saturday to have my car checked. Did not see anyone at the desk, but I didn't mind. I also did not mind waiting for assistance as I know sometimes people are busy. What I did mind was when I explained what I was dealing with on my car, the person at the front desk said (before even seeing the car) the issue was with the transmission. I was a bit on guard given that even a professional should know better than to automatically assume. Before they could charge me with a diagnostic fee, I decided to leave and receive a second opinion. The person helping me (sadly didn't get a name) was obviously upset I was leaving. When I went to Caliber Auto Care down the street, they were shocked to hear the people at Two Brothers had stated the transmission when they (Caliber) suspected the spark plugs were the true issue. Sure enough, Caliber Auto was correct. My car now works perfect and it was not much money. I will never go to Two Brothers Total Car Care ever and I advise everyone to either go somewhere else or be wary of what they tell you. They are obviously either trying to swindle or they are so concerned with "worst case scenario" that it clouds their judgement. Either way, they completely lost my trust.

This is my go to auto shop when I am in the area. The diagnostic has always been accurate and the price is fair. The work done has held up over the years. I recommend anyone to go here as I trust them with my own vehicle.

My car broke down in front of the shop in the middle of the street. They helped me get my car off the street and diagnosed the issue. His kindness was uplifting and the help was invaluable. I will be returning when I need anything.

Took my daughter to get her car fixed. Said they fixed the issue. Paid for service “super expensive” got home and car didn’t turn on. Horrible service and very rude rude people. Don’t go to this place

Believe all the 1 star reviews this place is trash, paid for a part that was supposed to arrive I'm 2-3 days 2.5 weeks later part never arrived. They never called me to inform me and the so called manager has a terrible and unprofessional attitude I called today they said the part was on the way and I was told to come at 3 pm I arrive at 4pm the part had not arrived but I never got a call back to let me know to not make the trip. When I got there this arrogant manager never acknowledged me after I waited almost 10 mins I asked him what was going on . He answered with an attitude that he was on the phone trying to figure out why it wasn't delivered. I asked for a refund since I was fed up of waiting and the attitude. He refunded only the part that I ordered and not the extra fees they charged his excuse was I was being smart about it just because I asked for a refund after waiting almost 3 weeks and arriving to find out this incompetent business still didn't have my part. The mechanics are nice but if you actually need work done go anywhere but here. They have all these bad reviews for a reason. Horrible company and wouldn't recommend anybody do business with them. It starts out selling me a truck for right at $14,000 with 217,000 on it but me needing transportation so bad I took it. Now to the future, they moved to another location never said where they were going, never left a phone number and was no longer on Google so out of nowhere Tuesday morning my truck gets repossessed with my clothes in it, my asthma inhaler diabetic medication and chf medication and the guy Dennis refuses to let me retrieve my property unless I give him $300 which is against the law. I have no hard feelings with them about repossessing their truck, my problem is them not allowing me to get my property.

I brought the car in to fix air conditioning and after picking up the car wouldn't drive . They keep charging more money to fix it (1500 doll total). And keep asking for more . But car would keep on breaking after they did something to it . Now I don't have a drivable car or the money to fix it.

I went to this place on the advice of a loyal customer to the establishment: I had my clutch replaced. Not only were they up front about what was needed and didn't charge me a fee to figure out what was wrong... but the cost ended up being cheaper than quoted I was very pleased with the advice and work that was done on the vehicle. I will have to follow up with them for future needs!

Whoever the woman is that answers the phones is incredibly rude. I was about to pay $5000 to have my engine rebuilt and I simply asked for some type of documentation to acknowledge that they would be picking up my car and from the dealership and a complete estimate so that I would have everything in writing before turning over my vehicle. She had an attitude the entire time and then hung up on me before I could request that she email me be sent prior to them towing my car or clarify any other information. When I called back and told he she hung up in my face she responded very snarkily "I said thank you to end the call." So i'll take my business elsewhere. If I'm about to shell out thousands of dollars I would expect better customer service. I'm incredibly disappointed because the guy I spoke with yesterday was very kind and helpful.

Do NOT do business with these people. They're straight up crooks!!! Dennis is a horrible person a liar and a fraud! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They will lie to you about your car, charge you way more than it's worth. Sell you a car with flood damage and not tell you. They sell lemons for almost triple their value. They also have no compassion or humanity. Stay far away. I'd give 0 stars if possible. 🙄😒 You've been warned!!! Any reviews saying they're good must be their friends and family. Trust the negative reviews believe me this company is nothing but criminals!!!

This shop is excellent. They do good work at a good value, complete work quickly and do it right the first time. I just moved to Carrollton and needed a brake job. Two Brothers handled it quickly at a good price. When I needed a power steering pump replacement they quoted several hundred less than shops around them. Use them with confidence.
