If you're not local to the Crafton area, it's worth the drive! Tybee does such beautiful work, and in a very timely manner. And they take the extra steps to do some other repairs even it was not part of the insurance quote. Little minor stuff, but it meant a lot! I never though I'd find an auto body shop that compared to the former Wolbert Auto Body, but I did!! I sure hope I never need their service again. But, if I do, no question where I'm going back to!!

After banging up my fiancées car door with my car door by accident - and having a few other cosmetic issues with that door prior to that - we looked around at a few different shops for estimates to get it fixed. We encountered some that were severely overpriced, and some shop owners that were incredibly rude and said that they “really don’t even want to do the job anyway”. We took it to Tybee’s for an estimate and they came back with a reasonable price for the job and were incredibly nice to both me and my fiancée. The work that they did was absolutely phenomenal, and they went above and beyond what was estimated to do a complete job on the car while saving us some extra $$$. On top of that, they did a full detailing of the car as well. We are both incredibly happy with the work they did for us, and would suggest anyone needing any body work done to go here. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with any auto mechanic ever.

Tybee is the best of the best quality workmanship todd and Jeff are really good people I can't say enough great things about them I highly recommend taking your vehicle to tybee you won't be disappointed

Quality work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. You don't get that very often these days. On top of that Jeff is a cool guy. I won't be taking my cars any place else. I'm glad I found Tybee

Todd and Jeff are the most respectable people I know that produce the best work. They fixed my door in a very timely manner! Would highly recommend them for any type of Auto body service!

Only have experience with their work on a small scale, needed some minor repairs done to mount a new piece of auto glass. These are good honest people. First call if I ever need more extensive work done in the future.

So far so good and were very fast to tell me to come right now for an estimate while the other 'recommended' shop said they could not even look at it until next month. Then the rental reservation arrived sooner than expected and the woman who picked me up was very nice as well and told me she's familiar with Tybee and that they do very good work. So I'm feeling good about the process right now.

I was referred to Tybee after I got rear-ended. Not only did they repair the bumper/etc, they went above and beyond to do interior detail/cleaning to make my 2017 car look like it's brand new. They definitely exceeded expectations and I was very impressed. They also had great customer service throughout the whole process. Jeff was always pleasant to talk to, and the mechanic came out and introduced himself when I went to pick my my car. I can see why I was referred here. 11/10 recommend and have recommended them to friends and family as well.

They never stop to amaze me these guys know what they are doing and know how to keep a customer satisfied. I think this is my 5th time here cause of natural causes. They made this BMW the best since Ive owned it. It looks like I just pulled it off the lot. I can’t express enough to them that I appreciate them.

Todd did a great job on the dings on my car. Jeff went over and above with customer service. He dealt with the rental car company and did a mini detail job on the inside of my car. Would definitely recommend Tybee!

Went to Tybee to get work done on my Kia minivan twice in the past couple of months. Both times they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They also accommodated our tight schedule, fitting us in even when their availability was limited and then getting our repair done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Tybee Auto Repair!
