Amazing Service and Work, starting with how awesome Rod Jimenez was at providing excellent service from the first minute, made this experience great! My car is a 14 year old silver Acura, with a color that is difficult to match, and these guys nailed it!! Perfect paint job, that matches the original paint. To top it all off, they were almost 50% less than their competitors. Highly recommend this place!!

Solid body work for a great price. Staff was great and very communicative had a family owned business feel. Painting half the car took less than a week and looks great. Even came in about 10% under quote. Far better experience than other shops in the area I have used before.

Thank you very much Rod and the team!!! It was a rewarding experience at U First Auto Body Shop. I took my daughter's car to this shop after an incident with the windshield, when a rock fell on and cracked. I was very impressed with the impeccable service. Rod was very professional, he explained the entire process to me and I had no surprises regarding costs. The price was fair compared to other shops I checked. Additionally, they completed the work before the promised deadline. Totally efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a quality repair for their vehicle.

U First Auto Body provided exceptional service to repair my car after a rear end collision. They provided a detailed estimate (that they stuck to) and explained the process well. My car was even finished a day early! They even cleaned her up a bit….made her look spiffy. ☺️

Wow, took my F150 in for new paint on my hood that had major clear coat scaling. They sanded it all down, primed it, painted it and clear coated it. They polished the clear coat which made the shine deep and perfect since my paint is dark blue almost black with flakes in it you can really see the difference from the other paint on the truck. They even took the haze off my headlights for free. Rod and his staff had all this finished in just two days. Extremely satisfied and would recommend them again and again!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The customer Service I experienced here was top tier! I had initially called to see if I could get a quote over the phone on a new bumper or if I had to bring in my car so they could lay eyes on it before giving me a price. Luckily, I was in the area and headed straight over. The gentleman was so nice and once I showed him my poor little bumper (zip ties and all) he informed me that they could look at it free of charge and determine next steps. 20 short minutes later, he comes back to tell me that they were able to pop back in my bumper and even added some screws to ensure it wouldn’t hang down anymore! It looks seamless and brand new! I was so grateful that they took the time to help me even though I told him I was on a budget. Lo and behold, he didn’t charge me a single penny to fix it! What a kind, kind man!! Highly recommend this place and will be returning for all my body work!

My experience with Rod and the team at U First Auto Body Shop has been nothing short of amazing! Great communication, detail orientated, and transparent. Rod evaluated my car and provided a quick repair turnaround. They even exceeded the original turnaround time they provided to me. Through out the whole process, Rod kept me updated on my repairs and any information that was sent to insurance. My car looked brand new after the repairs. This place is a family-owned business and they make you feel like family too. I definitely recommend them!

Excellent service, high quality work and incredible attention to detail! I was one of the first customers at this newly opened location of U First Auto Body. After significant frustration with other local shops in the Dripping Springs area (who didn't even have the time to evaluate my car), I took a chance. A few months later, the same car that was repaired was the victim of a hit and run, and I needed their services again. On both occasions, they exceeded my expectations. Rodrigo, who assisted me, took the time from the very beginning to work on a budget that accommodated my needs. The entire process was transparent, and when I picked up my car, it was spotless. Rodrigo and his team went the extra mile to ensure the seams were aligned and the paint merge was seamless. They truly made the whole experience stress-free and care about the quality of their work. While this location is newer, they have another location in South Austin with rave reviews (check it out). I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and attention to detail.

Highly recommend this shop for collision repairs. As a young woman going to body shops have a negative stigma but these guys rock and won’t take advantage of you. The first shop I went to tried to quote me $7k but Rod was a stand up guy and really helped me out with my repair. I ended up paying $4.9k for extensive damage and when I’m my car was done they also cleaned the inside and washed the outside. Highly recommend these guys for your car repair needs. Stand up business.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to get work done on my car, and U First was so kind and helpful in the process and very fair in the pricing. What a great experience. Carlos and staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They quoted me and came out just as indicated. My 18 year old 2006 BMW Z4 roadster had an accumulated number of bumps and bruises over its life and a front end that had seen it's share of parking blocks, low clearance scrapes, and other assorted mishaps. The U First Auto Body Shop made it look brand new. When I went to pick it up it was like picking up my car for the first time. Really a great job and a great experience. I would highly recommend them!! Thanks for returning me a car that I can to show and show off.
