They're fast, friendly, reliable, and honest. They get it done right the first time and they make sure to explain in full detail what's needed when. I appreciate that they're willing to help me manage maintenance in a way that doesn't break the bank. If you're looking for a locally owned shop I highly recommend them!

Ulmers has always done great work for me, I always take my Audi S4 there to get my oil changed, recently needed an oil leak fixed and ulmers did a great job in fixing my car and giving me updates in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent as well, I would recommend Ulmers if you want good quality work done to you car, even if you drive a high end vehicle.

Easy scheduling, excellent and quick service, friendly and efficient staff. You leave with a smile on your face and assured the work was done correctly. My car is a VW Beetle and replacing the headlight fixture and the bulb is not the easiest thing to do. Also, the dash warning lights were sending wrong messages and needed repair as well. I also had to have the outside temperature gauge repaired. Finally, I had the usual tuneup and fluids check. Ulmer’s works to get your issues solved as quickly as possible and you know they don’t gouge you when you go to pay the bill! It’s called honesty and good workmanship and that is why they are successful.
