They don't do small jobs like removing a stripped screw or taking a piece to be put back in place. They always try to do the complete job and it's too expensive for whatever you want to do. They are very good, but if you are looking for something comfortable, this is not the place.

Honest, reliable and quick! I would not trust my car to any other auto care shop or dealership service center. Ulmer’s provided a thorough report with pictures so I could see each car part referenced. I had my one year old infant with me when I dropped off my car for service, I am always offered a loaner car but this time my service was just a few hours so I was offered a ride back home while my car was being worked on. My car was repaired and returned in my driveway at the end of the day. Ulmer’s always goes above and beyond for me. My neighbors all take their cars here and have similar experiences. They do good work and they are fair with their pricing.

This Ulmers had the MOST experienced and thorough mechanics. And Ron Slade was SO nice and helpful and most of all knowledgeable .. it was the BEST experience

Brought in for one problem - they found another more serious one and fixed both quickly. The same price as the dealer, so not inexpensive. The fact that they have several locations, one of which is very close by, makes them a good option

I love this place! They’re respectful, thorough and don’t try to upsell me every time I bring my car in. If they discover a problem, they explain it, send pictures, and then let me decide if I want to address it at that time or not. What a breath of fresh air!

I really like this place I wasn't sure about it at first because I usually go to my dealer but the dealer was charging over $100 for an oil change which was ridiculous I really like this place I think it's good they've gave me got lots of recommendations on my car and I really appreciate it

I went to Ulmer’s in Deer Park. The gentleman at desk was very friendly and professional. He shuttled me back to my house. Upon completion of service (bumper to bumper checkup) I was able to pay online. The gentleman went above and beyond and dropped off my vehicle to me since I worked later than they did. It’s the small things that mean a lot. I’ll be back!

I would like to give a shout-out and thank you to Ron and Dave of Ulmer's Auto Care. The armrest of our Toyota was accidentally damaged when the vehicle was in for an oil change. I followed-up with Ron and he suggested providing an invoice and going to Fisher Griffin upholstery at 1130 William Howard Taft Rd. to get it repaired. The work was completed in a day and a half, and came out perfect. In addition, Ulmer's paid for the repair. We received a reimbursement check in less than two weeks. Thank you so much Ron and Dave. Your desire to assist customers is greatly appreciated and a testament to the great service Ulmer's provides.

Brakes and rotors replace in April. Brakes squealing. (High pitch sound). Went back 1 week... told to drive 3-4 months if still doing will replace. Replaced in September. Still making the same noise. Brakes not doing that before I took it in first time. Battery replaced, Wiper not put back right, hitting side of car at end of windshield. Took it back for that.

Ulmers DeerPark is absolutely fantastic. They get us in fast and usually out the same day as well. Not only do they address the requested issue they give the rest of the car a once over and call is to let us know what’s going on and recommendations. You will pay a bit more for parts and such but that price comes with a 50k warranty piece of mind

My new go-to mechanic. They quickly analyzed my vehicle and prioritized repairs, letting me chose exactly what I wanted to address. My car was also returned 2 business days ahead of the estimated completion time, which I very much appreciated.

Dave was very accommodating with getting a time that would work for me. Been going to Ulmers in Anderson for many years since closer to my home but they had a full calendar. Would highly recommend Ulmers for any of your car repairs.
