I have never had a bad experience at Ultimate Automotive. Rob and the team are always very honest about issues and always looking to help you make the best decision that won't break your wallet and keeps your vehicle on the road. Not saying repairs are cheap, but they will let you know if you would be safe to postpone repairs for sometime, are open to looking for used parts if they are more cost effective, and sometimes not charging us for inspection work, knowing that we will be back and more loyal because of it.

I took my daughter's car to have it diagnosed. They had the car for about a week because it would die out intermittently and they could not pinpoint the issue. I finally received a call to come and get the car. I paid $90 for them to tell me they think it has a fuel pressure issue. They didn't act as if they wanted to fix it nor did they seem to care that my daughter is driving around in a car that dies on her for no apparent reason.

While traveling back to Oklahoma, my ac stopped working. I had my Mother with me and it was in the upper 90's. You get the picture! Anyway, the minute we walked into Ultimate Automotive, Rob was there to greet us. He was so kind and empathized with our dilemma. He checked out my ac immediately, pressed a button and we were on our way. This all took about 5 minutes! I cannot express how grateful I was for that man and his prompt and professional care! Our grandson goes to school at USF. His truck wouldn't start. We made a trip thinking we could fix it. Unfortunately that was not the case. Ultimate Automotive was recommended to us. We called and we very impressed with the level of customer service. They recommended a towing company, we got the truck to them and they were able to get it fixed and running in a timely manner at a reasonable price. If our grandson has any additional vehicle problems during his college years he will only take it to Ultimate Automotive on Marion Rd. Thank you so much

I have always had great experiences taking my vehicles here. The staff in knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are fair, and the mechanical services have been reliable. On my first visit here, the gentleman working the front counter immediately knew the solution for the problem I was having with my wife's car after we described the issue and showed him a video of the engine sound. Very impressive! I was recently here last Friday; during my visit, the staff was dealing with a difficult customer, so I wanted to leave encouraging review. Keep up the good work, everyone!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place. They really do care about your vehicle needs and are so very helpful! They've been kind to explain things to me when I didn't understand, advised of what we should get done to our vehicles, timeframes and why. The best place in town for your vehicle needs!

Never bring your vehicles here. You will end up leaving with more issues than you started. Service writers are just plain Negligent and have no accountability for their wrongdoings.

Took my Trans Am in as it was throwing knock sensor codes and the engine light was on. Told them please inspect before repair as I was using a pos scanner. They said no problem. I then went back and paid almost $1300 for knock sensors, plugs and wires. Got the car home and the engine light came on. I called them and they told me to bring it in. They tested what they replaced (knock sensors) and stated "yep they are doing what they should" the problem is my knock sensors must have been working fine the first time as they didn't test them just went off what the codes said. They told me that they didn't know what was causing the codes but suggested I take it somewhere else as they couldn't figure it out. I now sit here 1300 in the hole and the same issues nothing fixed at all. Wouldn't recommend.
