Mr Raymond was the best. I have a daughter that attends Southern University and she needed a front end alignment. Well it wasn’t much I could do being I live in Alexandria. I gave Mr Raymond one call and he had her in same day and also explained to me what other services she needing. I’m truly thinking for coming across his business because I didn’t know where to send her or who I could trust. But I can definitely she this he will always get our business. Was a recent customer at Ultimate Tire and Brakes, and I must say, OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The manager, Raymond was professional and very down to earth to work with. The dealership quoted me 2800$ for a set of brakes and calipers for 2021 Camaro ZL1. These guys got it done for a 10th of the price! More than satisfied

I went several months back, so I apologize for the late review but this place is the BEST. I called five tire shops before I came here and I was overly pleased. From the first phone call, to when I left, was a great experience. Great customer service, genuine, and fast. I referred my boss a few weeks ago and she loved her experience as well. Thank ya'll so much. This will forever be my tire shop!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ULTIMATE TIRE AND BRAKES!!! A Dealership Misdiagnosed, slightly, the problem with my car. The Dealership said my car's bearings on my front wheels need replacing. I decided to bring my car to Ultimate Tire and Brakes, on S.Sherwood and have them check it because the dealership was, as you would expect it, Extremely Expensive. ($1660+ for two wheels). Matt at Ultimate had it checked and, yes.. it was bearings, and yes...on two wheels, but it was actually front driver and rear passenger. NOT Bothe front. And Matt did the work for just over $700! Saving me over $900!!!! This IS MY SHOP FROM NOW ON! THANKS So Much for taking GREAT Care of me and my car! Update*** I just had my brakes done at Ultimate, my man Matt transferred to the Airline store, BUT Casey Hooked Me Up! Love these guys....I'm 59 and this IS THE BEST SHOP I'VE EVER GONE TO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOLID WORK! VERY VERY PLEASED 😁

If you need new tires for a reasonable price, this is the place they were so nice and very helpful when I had 2 flat tires in a bond. Will be bringing my car back for any service they offer

Matt and his team did a great job on my truck... got a comple brake job on all 4 tires- new rotors, new brake pads and fron Struts/shoks Excellent customer service, good attitude overall, I will return if needed definitely recommend them to work on your vehicle.

I can’t say enough about the service I receive at ultimate tire and break. I was told by a close friend to go there, and I did, and I was blown away by the customer service I received. I was greeted with the warmest welcome, and the quality of service was as good as I have ever received. The prices are unbeatable. And when I had an issue with my vehicle, which had nothing to do with the work they had done for me, they took care of it for me and said have a wonderful day. I had went to see about getting them to take a look. I have never seen service like this before. Amazing. God bless these guys, they care about their customers.

These guys are truly the BEST! Needed to replace a flat fast so we could get to family Christmas. Called a few places that couldn’t/wouldn’t help but this place had us in and out in no time flat 😆The guys at the desk were kind, helpful, and dare I say, funny. They made a stressful morning much better. We went from freaking out to feeling blessed and grateful. Oh yea, the coffee was pretty good too. If I could I’d give them 10 stars. This has to be the best service I've see in these times, It reminded me of older days when a service station was truly a service station. Extremely fast customer service, friendly staff and an awesome experience!!! I highly recommend these folks and they now will have all of my Tire and Brake business. You can't help but be skeptical when you see a 5 star rating. But I also saw 120 responses, so I knew they were the place to contact as an out of towner with a significant tire leak. I was not wrong. Tim was engaging and helpful and willing to do what he could to keep me on the road. The long term solution was out of his wheelhouse, but he made a recommendation and suggested a short-term possible fix. The whole interaction was excellent, and the bonus is that they made it so that I could drive out of their lot. Much Appreciated!

I got an alignment done at a different shop. The car drove well, but the steering wheel was slightly crooked. I was told there was no fix. I spoke to the guys at Ultimate Tire and explained the issue. They had me in and out the same day. The service probably took them 30 minutes. Magically, the car drives perfectly straight and the steering wheel is dead center. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Great customer service and timely repairs. Thanks again guys!

Got a nail in my brand new tire, called the shop and they fixed it immediately while I waited. They recommended a patch on the inside of the tire vs a tire plug from a auto store. Glad I came here not knowing what was best solution. Honest, reasonable Prices and quick service.
