Dropped the car off. Got an estimate. Tried to call to pay the man. No answer. Stopped by. Some guy who apparently didnt work there said he couldn’t help me cause the mechanic wasn’t there. Asked for a good phone number. He said he didn’t know. Asked for my keys so I could take the car to another shop. He didn’t know where they were. Asked why I was calling and they didn’t answer the phone. He said that if they were busy they wouldn’t answer. I had called 5 minutes prior to arriving there. When I was there, he had no work being performed, just sitting there smoking a cigarette. I think this is a front for something else. Don’t bother.

Got my wheel bearings replaced here around a year ago and they are already bad again. No more than 10,000 miles.

I am still shocked at how I was treated. I came in expecting the worst and was met with open arms and a helping hand. My alternator and tensioner were bad. The shop lent me a jumper box so i didnt have to have my vehicle towed, saving me money. The pricing and parts were explained and shown to me in an easy to understand way. The owners went out of their way to follow through with completing the repairs, sacrificing time with their families to stay late to finish. I can not give enough praise and thank you for helping me. Blessings come when least expected. I grew up in the country where a hand shake and a mans word means everything. It was very refreshing to see there are still people who think the same way. From the bottom of my traveling heart, thank you for keeping me going.
