A repair facility that took the time to listen to my various issues, matters, and concerns I was having with my vehicle. They contacted my car warranty company and was able to make all the necessary arrangements in order to get my car repaired in a timely and very satisfying manner. They displayed professionalism and genuine interest in my well-being and the care of my car. Also provided transportation to and from the facility on a personnal basis. Highly recommended! Will be returning to UNIQUE AUTO INC. for future services!

Having my transfer case go out was a stressful thing but working with my service advisor Jill made it an easy and stress free experience. They had repairs done and my car back to me in a day! I would highly recommend their service department!

Diagnosed a problem that two other shops were unable to, communicated a timline and estimate to fix, got the job done and at a fraction of the cost than other shops quoted. This team goes above and beyond and you can tell they truly care. Only place I'll recommend and take my vehicle from now on. 10/10

This was my first time utilizing Unique Auto. Previously I was with Woodhouse. The reason for looking outside of Woodhouse was because of their treatment of their customers. Woodhouse was uninformative and I don’t believe they had my best interest in mind. What I found at Unique Auto was the exact opposite. They clearly explained the issue, what could be done with my approval, and the cost associated with the issue. Jill at the front desk was unbelievable. At no point did I feel she was not being truthful with me, and I trusted her to handle everything associated with my issue. After this experience I will never step foot in Woodhouse again and will be bringing my business to Unique Auto. Big thank you to Jill and my technician (sorry didn’t get his name). Shout out to Zeus the friendly guard dog as well.

Arnie at Unique Auto lied to me. He said he was selling me a good car. And the pictures showed nice paint. I didn’t get a good car. And the car has a huuuuge scratch down the side. And. I only got 1 key. Do not trust anything this dealer tells you. They “sell online.” Don’t buy online. Heed my warning. If you are going to deal with this place … buyer be very very aware. Drive it. And go through your bank. But I’d run if I knew what I know now. It’s not an honest deal. They lie. And they do what they want. Highly discouraged. Will never ever trust anything a dealership says again because of the lies that came out of Arnie’s mouth and were backed by the dealership who did not make things right. And their delivery service was worse. But that’s another review. Bad experience all around. Do not do business with Unique Auto.

Best auto shop experience ever.. they got us in on super short notice and did an amazing job, the two nice ladies at the front desk were so on top of things and helpful despite how busy the shop was that day, and on top of all that the price was so much lower than we thought we would be paying. Unique Auto was a life saver!

They were supposed to replace parts on my engine then charged me a $1000 + . Only to have the same problem. And when I had it checked come to find out they never replaced anything. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

My car was low on oil, and I stopped at a gas station to get emergency oil to hold it until I could get it changed, but I accidentally overfilled it. I looked for a place close by to get it changed immediately, and I stumbled on this gem of a place. They were very welcoming, gave me a deal, and I will definitely be back. They have a lot of really cool cars to look at while you wait as well!

We had the best experience in both the sales department and mechanic shop. Mr Lane was honest, professional, and caring during our search for a new vehicle. We went in for one, they allowed us to have it inspected by another mechanic and it checked out as he said it would. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from him in one day! The mechanics are professional and trustworthy. We will only be using this place for our vehicles in the future. Great , honest mechanics are hard to find and when you find the place you stick with them.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Unique Auto and had a great experience. Arnie was very helpful and ensured he got me taken care of. I also worked with Dom to get a few things sorted out after the sale and he was great as well. So I use Google Maps to navigate to this shop and it takes me back behind the building to their private lot, so that was weird. The entrance is a giant garage that you walk into but you have to park on the street. My estimated wait time was pretty accurate, and that was while they were dealing with down internet. The couch in the waiting room was comfy, small quiet room to chill. The price was very reasonable and they could definitely increase them. The quote for a battery and diagnostics was a bit wild, but not everything can be perfect. They have a cute shop dog! I’d come back for another oil change and maybe a second opinion.

My mom Florence Rhoden had the most refreshing experience with unique auto. She was briefed on every aspect of her car repair and the person she worked with was Jill. She said that the knowledge that Jill have about the business and her outstanding customer service skills help my mom get back on the road.
