So I use Google Maps to navigate to this shop and it takes me back behind the building to their private lot, so that was weird. The entrance is a giant garage that you walk into but you have to park on the street. My estimated wait time was pretty accurate, and that was while they were dealing with down internet. The couch in the waiting room was comfy, small quiet room to chill. The price was very reasonable and they could definitely increase them. The quote for a battery and diagnostics was a bit wild, but not everything can be perfect. They have a cute shop dog! I’d come back for another oil change and maybe a second opinion.

I had a great first time experience here at Unique Auto. My need was to repair some body work. Everything was as I was hoping; matching color and all, perfectly. Now that I know they do all types of auto repair, I will trust them for future needs.

My car was low on oil, and I stopped at a gas station to get emergency oil to hold it until I could get it changed, but I accidentally overfilled it. I looked for a place close by to get it changed immediately, and I stumbled on this gem of a place. They were very welcoming, gave me a deal, and I will definitely be back. They have a lot of really cool cars to look at while you wait as well!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Unique Auto and had a great experience. Arnie was very helpful and ensured he got me taken care of. I also worked with Dom to get a few things sorted out after the sale and he was great as well. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to check this dealer out, they truly take care of their customers.

We had the best experience in both the sales department and mechanic shop. Mr Lane was honest, professional, and caring during our search for a new vehicle. We went in for one, they allowed us to have it inspected by another mechanic and it checked out as he said it would. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from him in one day! The mechanics are professional and trustworthy. We will only be using this place for our vehicles in the future. Great , honest mechanics are hard to find and when you find the place you stick with them.

Such a cool place. In its name, UNIQUE with all the classic cars and had a nice and comfy waiting area, kid toys for those that need to bring their littles, and charging stations for phones! Was really speedy. Called this morning and was able to get in about an hour and done within 45mins. Jason at the front was super friendly!!

Took advantage of me, a young woman, and charged me to replace brake pads which were improperly replaced. Then refused to pay for a rental car or get me a tow truck to repair the damage they did. Had to call three different associates as they kept just saying they’d talk to a manager and not making any record of my calls. Great auto body work though.

My mom Florence Rhoden had the most refreshing experience with unique auto. She was briefed on every aspect of her car repair and the person she worked with was Jill. Such a great find. It's hard to find an honest shop that explains everything and doesn't sell you things you don't need but Unique Auto is definitely that place. So glad I found them. Jill and Jason made everything so easy. I will definitely be recommending to others.

Wasn't over price gouged & they follow thru on what was said. They did what they said they'd do & didn't have any "surprise" problems that would cost more than i had. I am a life long customer now! Thank you!

Jill and the team are always very happy to help and answer any questions that I have. I trust that they do the best job possible, at the lowest price possible.
