Honesty, efficiency and quality are the words that come to mind. I know little about car care, but I felt like they took care of my vehicle, were honest about what it needed/didn't need, and took care of everything in a fast and efficient way. United Auto Repair was the best discovery of my 2024! They have a new customer for life.

I came to get the radiator fixed on my car. 2 days after It was done my car wouldn’t turn on. I tried to go back and get the situation handled because I had a warranty. I was kicked out and told my car would never be worked on. I made a complaint on BBB, they treated me like garbage.

United Auto Repair is a great repair shop. They are honest and transparent on pricing upfront. The owners explain things clearly, work is done in a timely manner & pricing is fair. My best friend & her mom have been using them for over 15 years and ever since she told about them I use them along with my extended family members! I live 45 minutes away, but their excellent service is worth the travel 😊

My 2016 Honda Odyssey had a squealing belt. I knew what I needed, so when I went to the shop they did a checkup and found that it was what I thought. I use this repair shop for all of my car repairs. Very courteous and the prices are at the mid range. They are not over taxing with their pricing. I would recommend this company to you and yours.

Dude the lady at the front desk is very sweet so DON'T be rude to her. They are awesome they got me in last second for my inspection. The cheapest inspection around after taxes 70. I highly recommend this place.

I love this Auto Shop, they treat you like family.... I travel a good distance to have work done here, they are reasonable, especially if you pay with cash, they are friendly yet tell you what you need to hear and not what you don't. They tend to get busy because everyone wants their service

Customer service is not so common anymore, but United really is the best experience I've had in decades. The owner is kind, the front desk is accommodating and detail oriented, even the mechanics are very nice and always go above and beyond. I take my vehicles here for everything at this point, I don't even shop pricing. They are always up front about the work they are doing, will communicate throughout the process, and are very easy to work with. The mechanics even text me updates as they complete the work. You really don't ever think "auto shop" and smile at the same time, but honestly the entire operation just does a good job.

This place removed a power steering o-ring to scam my retired mother out of money. They don't care about customers, they want your money and will attempt to Sabatoge your car for profit. My mother complained about a power steering leak, I was surprised because I replaced the o-rings Oct 2022. Now it's Aug 2023 and maybe it started to degrade. Upon inspection the power steering line nipple had no red o-ring, I thought that maybe it was stuck in the receptacle, the receptacle had no o-ring! Someone removed the o-ring
