The worst experience I've had in getting my car "repaired" ever that it's laughable. Long story short, my car was leaking coolant and I got it towed here because it was the closest to where I was stranded. I live an hour away from the shop. I ended up going back and forth to the shop FOUR times because they were incompetent in fixing the leak the first or second time. One of those times was also because they sold me a tire that popped just a day later while on the highway. I had to keep convincing my friends and family to take me that it got to a point where I was embarrassed to ask them again because of how aggravating the drive is. But fourth time's the charm when they finally fixed the leak only to find out a day later that my serpentine belt tore while driving on the highway because they didn't properly fasten/torqued it after removing it to fix the leak. AND THE CAR IS STILL LEAKING. Now I'm stranded again making this review. Also not to mention when they told me they "fixed" the leak the first two times, I found out through one of their coworkers that they didn't test drive it but rather only REVVED the car and thought that was good enough... they have caused such unnecessary inconvenience and waste of time. Never again will I revisit this shop and you shouldn't either unless you don't mind burning over a thousand dollars on mickey mouse jobs.

Just want to say I’ve been going to Jonathan here for 4 years since I’ve moved to LA/Culver City. The shop is a walkable distance to my apartment, I drop off my 2007 VW GTI and walk home every time. They can order parts for same-day delivery and installation, prices for parts & labor are fair, and I pick up my car happy! Absolutely recommend getting your auto repairs here because they do honest work and do not do unnecessary charges/repairs. P.s. If you like dogs, they have beautiful large black one (forgive me, idk breeds) who is always looking cute and respects your space! (Copy$Pasted from my Yelp)

Picked up a nail on the 10 and tire was flat within 5 mins. I was able to get my spare on and make it to the shop about a mile away. They had me up and running in 10 mins good as new and even added air to my spare. Friendly , helpful and fair prices. Open Sundays. Recommended.

I just came back to my car, and after driving it a few blocks, it was obvious that there was something wrong with a tire. I pulled over and found a screw and bracket lodged into the back tire. I found United Automotive Repair through a google search, which appeared to be the closest tire repair shop, and headed over there. I showed a staff person the tire, and within ten minutes, I was back in my car and driving away. I could hardly believe that the fee was just $30! These guys are AMAZING and I highly recommend them!

Car started acting up and I didn’t know what was wrong. It was after work but UAR was open until late so I dropped off my car and they had everything fixed the next day by noon at a reasonable price. Great place, great people, I’ll definitely be going back if I need anything else done.

Very lucky to have found these guys, extremely fair with their deals and generally do great and amazing business. I cannot recommend them enough and I tell all my friends if they have any car issues to come here. Always come here no matter the drive or distance cause United Repair has got your back.

I’d recommend United Automotive Repair to anyone on the Westside. They are professional, communicative, and hardworking. In the last year I got an older car which needed several repairs (car battery, minor passenger side mirror, radio circuit, etc). United Automotive Repair has helped so much throughout each item that needed to be inspected or fixed. Their team clearly explained to me what needed to be fixed and why, and also took the extra step to bring in other auto shops to ensure an accurate diagnosis and fix.

I love this place! I was introduced by a tow truck for a flat tire and I’ve been coming here ever since! I normally have to wait 2-3 days for a new tire replacement, but here they replace my tire with quality used tires and I’m always in and out within an hour with a great quality tire!! Love this place! I highly recommended!

Love these guys. Had a couple problems with my Subaru, they were super diligent in figuring out what was going on when it wasn't giving them a code. Then on top of that without asking they fixed a speaker issue i was having. The best in town.

One of the staff helped us in our emergency and we offered to pay a few times, but he didn’t accept it! He said it was too easy to charge. We were so touched and appreciated with his generous and kindness heart! Highly recommend! Very genuine business!! 🥰🥰

United Auto is simply the best. After having a good friend that was a mechanic move from California, I didn’t know where to turn for car service. I was referred to United Auto and have not gone elsewhere since. They are honest, hard working, on time, knowledgeable and stick to their word which is rare these days. Trying to overcharge due to vehicle brand , dishonest business practices. Just to patch a tire. Disgusting. I took my vehicle down the street, and they told me literally half the price... These guys charging the price it costs at a clean corporate tire shop, but the location is anything but clean and sanitized. Edit : the technician paused before he gave me a price as if he was just throwing one out there; so no I don't take your word for it You tried to upcharge due to the vehicle brand. Also you didn't even check what size wheel so now I know you're lying.

Had very bad experience!! Staring with the mechanic issue!! They never fix it!! And second the tires !! I payed for a four particular brand !! And they put a whole different brand !! That was no only wrong but they also have me down grade that was a cheaper brand!!! Which I did not ask for.!!! Never RECOMEND them ..!!

I was having trouble filling up air in one of my tires and the mechanic got it to fill up right away and didn't charge me. Will definitely go here again for future tire work!

My car broke down in the late evening and this was the only place around that was open to take my car for service the next day. They let me leave it there overnight and the next morning they looked at it, and told me exactly what my friends & I already knew, no shady tricks. A reasonable price for what was done methinks, and they were prompt and friendly about it. Would recommend!
