I had an excellent experience with United Car Experts when I found myself in a tough situation with my car. From the moment I called them, their team went above and beyond to help. They quickly provided me a number for a tow truck. Once the truck picked up my car, they were on top of things—getting it to the shop and assessing the issue right away. What really stood out was how fast and efficient the repair was. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel like I was in good hands. A huge shoutout to Alex, the manager, for being incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Alex made sure I was always in the loop and even checked in with me personally to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate the level of care and service I received from United Car Experts. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

This company did a wonderful job with my car. The entire passenger side was damaged as well as parts of my suspension, due to someone backing into my car. They did the work much quicker than I expected and my car looked like new when I got it back. Inside and outside were spotless too. Alex did a wonderful job, and Juanita did a fabulous job of keeping me informed throughout the process. They dealt with the insurance and rental car company as well. Amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a bodyshop or mechanic.

This place is absolutely outstanding! My car was vandalized and they brought my car back to life! I almost cried tears of joy when I picked up my vehicle. Outstanding customer service from everyone who works there! Alex, Juanita, and Micky are amazing! I will recommend them to everyone that I know who needs body work or services done to their car. 10/10 for me because five stars isn't enough!

I had a fantastic experience. The quality of their work is top-notch, and customer service was exceptional. Alex and his team are not only knowledgeable but also efficient and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Someone backed into my car, and they handled all the necessary body and paint repairs, and even took care of some additional scratches at no extra cost. Now, my car looks as good as new. Couldn't have asked for better work to be done. Definitely the best body shop in town, highly recommend!

Just took my car there and not only can I say excellent service, but very professional staff overall. I know Mazen helped me out a lot when I had my car break down, and I’d definitely say if you need a fix or anything I would definitely recommend taking your baby to this shop.

I had a minor bumper/front fender bender on my 2023 accord that I needed repaired without an insurance claim. My quote was better than others and Alex offered to pop my bumper back in even if I didn’t decide to go with him. Great customer service and my car came back detailed/repaired as new. I would recommend these guys without hesitstion
