My car's check engine light came on and the car was shaking so I pulled in here real quick to see if they could figure it out. They were very nice and although they had no mechanic on site, one of the workers came out with a scanner and pulled the code for me "Excessive Misfire Cylinder #1" - which would explain the shaking and power loss. I decided to go ahead and have them perform an oil change. Unfortunately during the oil change it was discovered that they were out of stock of the oil filter. They put the old filter back on and had me come back a day later for the filter. I went to O'Reilly that first night after the oil change, bought spark plug and coil for Cyl #1 and a fresh air filter, all of which I replaced that night. Went back the following day and they got me right in and replaced the oil filter and topped off the oil. A pleasurable experience, courteous workers, and decently priced. I'll definitely be back for additional services.

$40 for an oil change with my own supplies. $30 for an air filter. This place is over priced and unknowledgeable. I brought in a 5.7 Hemi V8 that requires 7 liters of full synthetic oil. The service mechanic tried to convince me that it only takes 6 quarts. When I clearly paid for 7. Not only that they advertise 10 minute oil changes. I was there for about 45 minutes. Rip Off Unknowledgeable Unreliable Mechanics. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been coming here for a while . I’m always greeted with a smile and professionalism. From the Manager to the staff in this location are all friendly and easy going. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick oil change.

Decent service. Didn't wait too long. One thing that was off was they wanted payment before the work even started which was off. They don't go over your fluids or lights which I'm used to with the oil guys in Fresno, CA. But besides that, they got the job done. Probably won't return.

Left in worse condition than I arrived. When I pulled up no one greeted or acknowledged me. I've only taken my car to Honda or my mechanic in the past and wasn't sure how this business operates. Got out to ask if I needed to register in the office and they tell me no to wait in my car. Everytime I was spoken to it was an impolite demeanor. Not a please, thank you, smile nothing. When I pulled up I asked for pricing which was to my surprise more expensive then Honda Dealership so I declined services. Unbeknownst to me, there was already someone under my car preemptively beginning the service I declined. Well, what ever he did, he didn't put it back together correctly because now my whole car wreaks like gasoline. Must have left a gasket loose. When I called back I explained twice (because I was asked to) what the problem was and when I received no response the 2nd time explaining and he told me he was busy working and that I could bring the car back. Worst service I never recieved!!

This place was quick. I am not sure what they did, it looked like all they did was stand in front of my car, write a few things on a paper attached to a clipboard and put oil in my car. Nonetheless, I was pleased with the service, but don't expect Jiffy Lube service.

Weird Shady Things going on. Got my oil changed, they kept insisting to grade to a oil flush for $110.. told them I could only afford the $85.. Then instead of setting 3000 miles they set it for 500, and 2 week after my car is bone dry NO OIL!? So because I didn't upgrade they charged me $85 and didn't fill with oil so I have to go back? Something doesn't add up... Very Unfortunate.

I was in and out with no problems. No one tried to upsell me unnecessary products. When they finished my oil change, my car was happy to, my screen read oil at 100%! No funny business here.

Customer service is very far from even PAR. Very strange vibe I get there as if I’m not a customer just a dollar sign. Didn’t even give a sticker for reminder on my next oil change due date. Didn’t even check or refill any of my other fluids. Very terrible customer service.
