And beeare of all the fake reviews And beware of their fake 5 start reviews here - see yelp reviews and focus on 2023 and 2024 thru August (before they start creating fake 5 start reviews there too) This will be an ongoing review as I walk you thru the process. Ordering a tire was a simple process, I chatted with Karolina who was very helpful and got me the exact tire I needed. She told me when the tire would ship (tomorrow, 7/8/24). Changed from 5 star to 4 star because tire did not ship when promised. I was told the tire would ship on Monday 7/8 (ordered on Sunday), but it was not picked up until 7/9. There was also a shipment exception (barcode label was unreadable and has delayed delivery) Tire arrived 1 day later than I was originally told, likely due to a combination of shipping out late and the issue with the barcode label. We are scheduled to have the tire installed today, 7/11. Discount tire installed the tire and it has been 3 days without any issues so far (knock on wood) **Downgraded review from 4 to 3 Stars Not even 3 weeks into having the new tire on the car, we're getting a low-pressure warning on the car. I would expect the tire would have lasted longer than 2.5 weeks. I reached out to Mike (the owner) to see if he and his company would stand behind their product. **Downgraded review from 3 to 1 Star (really 0 stars) Tire continued to set off a low tire pressure. When driving, the tire is fine (the heat and rubber expansion from driving seals the small holes in the tire). We found that if the car is not driven more than 2 days - enough air leaks out to set off the TPMS. I did exchange a few emails with Mike (the owner) and he is happy to hide behind the 2 day warranty after installation - and is unwilling to do the right thing and stand behind a leaking tire. I'm fairly confident they know small leaks take more than 2 days to surface and trigger the low tire pressure and that's why they warranty their tires for only 2 days. Beware dealing with this company. I went into this transaction more optimistic than I should have and should have put more credence into the other 1 star reviews. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM MIKE OR THIS COMPANY.

Have been to United tire for tinting and when my tire pressure light went on. Both times were great experiences. Turns out my tire and even the sensor were ok. Appreciate that they were honest and didn't charge me, will definitely be my go to!

Came here after running over a bolt. The garage was a little busy that day but they were able to fit me in without a problem. The prices are fair and they got me in and out within an hour. Fair prices, good service, and wide variety of services available. Will be coming here for again.

I bought tires at the beginning of September. They had an amazing deal that they gave me and today I was able to actually test them out in very rainy weather and they were excellent. Very dependable & fast work done.

I cannot stress enough how impressed and satisfied I am with this company, their customer service, and their communication! I was on a time crunch and because of them im ahead of schedule with getting my wife’s car back on the road! Communication was on point and shipping was on point! The item was as promised and even more! I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs. I recommend 1000%

I got the tires hoping they hold air as I just received them but have the tread that was stated it looks like, what I'm not so satisfies about is 1 tire has 2 plugs in it, 3 tires total of the 4 have plugs and I understood they could have a plug but I really wouldn't think the ratio of ones with plugs without would be 75%. 2 plugs in 1 tire seems excessive. I was assured they would warranty the patches I guess so 3 out of 5 stars

I was looking for a quick tire repair near me and stumbled on United Tires Grand through Google search. Was I pleasantly surprised by professional customer service and especially their expertise. They went beyond the normal tire repair. Also, I was impressed by the array of other car services they offer. This is not your normal tire shop. I will definitely be back in the future for my auto needs. Great job!

United Tires is a great place to go for tire patching or new tires. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced. What you may not know is that they also offer regular auto repairs from brakes to air conditioning and more. United tires also offers window tinting. I have been here several times as its conveniently located for me. You can patronize this shop with confidence.

We can always rely on United Tires to fix our tires — we’ve ran over way too many nails and screws in the city, but they always fit us into their schedule and fix our tire within an hour or two. A+ friendly customer service and very reasonable prices.

The people at this place are AMAZING. Trying to put this overwhelmingly positive experience into words is a difficult task, words do not do them justice. I was in a very difficult position with a flat tire. They were not only clear and concise with options that were available, but they also supplied available alternatives. I was able to speak with four different staff members, all of them a pleasure to work with both on the phone and in person. Again words do not fully emphasize how much of a pleasure it was to work with this team… this is the kind of place that you look forward to doing business with…. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP

Found the tire on ebay for great price. 20". They charged $20 to mount and $20 to balance. Work done the day after we called. Went well.

Their tires always show up as advertised with no problems. United tires is the best used tire company anywhere. I’ve easily purchased 500 or more tires from them and only one of them has had an issue. Keep up the great work.

Came in as a walk-in to get my tire looked at because it had a nail in it. I didn't think they would see me but without hesitation they took my car in. Great customer service as well as very appreciative for helping me out.

Thought I had a bad tire. Found out it was the valve stem. They repalaced it for under $20 in about an hour on a Wednesday afternoon. Friendly people as well. Recommended

Я зверталась до Вас разом з моїм чоловіком, він внесений у Ваш компʼютер, як Viktor Tomorskyi.Ми звернулись, щоб поміняти акумулятор(батарею)!Ми хотіли найкращий, нам дуже порадили середній, але дуже добрий!Через 3 дні батарея вийшла з ладу.Вони постали заміть нового акумулятора старий чи давній.Міняти зразу не хотіли, сказали поміняють наступний раз, як машина не заведеться, просто машина моя в них годину постояла заведена, Підзарядилась!На мої запитання, чи вони підключали компʼютер, щоб перевірити,що було з машиною, бо на панелі горіла лампочка..Мені механік відповів, а чому ми мали перевіряти,чому ми маємо казати, що було з машиною..Брехали ,вели себе хамовито, тільки, щоб себе виправдати.Попросила надрувати мені підтвердження, про гарантію і про замінену батарею.Надрукували папір не якісно,не видно ні ціни і назви!Попросила замінити на добрий, сказали , що в них зіпсутий прінтер!Сказали , що заміна батареї безкоштовно, але вказали в розрахунках 40₴ за роботу!Новий акумулятор на 3дні !!!!Вони продають зіпсуті акумулатори, як нові, а звинуватять вВас , що в Машині, щось садить акумулятор,можливо відеорегістратор(який перестає працювати, коли заглушити машину)що це за механіки, що цього не знають!!!

These are scammers, they sell old tires at the price of new ones, they sent me torn tires and didn’t say anything about it! Never buy tires here! I wish you to lose your business! My sixty dollars won't do you any good, you swindler! They will send you torn tires and will lie by any means possible so as not to take them back! The tire is full of holes and drains in five minutes, it is impossible to use it! I bought this tire on Ebay and returned it back to the seller, he did not refund my money and is selling this tire again! Stay away from him!

I just received my tires today and simply put, this company is extremely professional, they accurately described the product that they sold and they have a customer for life….period! My Corvette and I are going nowhere else ever lol!
