If I’m being 100% honest, I didn’t have very high hopes purchasing a used tire at such a low price. I had a flat tire that couldn’t be patched and was in desperate need of a “new” used tire with similar tread wear. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a tire that was in great condition, better than the other 3 “good” ones I already had. The entire process was simple and the price was great. I will be buying from them again.

BEWARE!! Positive reviews are very deceiving. Check their eBay feedback where there is thousands of negative feedback and complaints. If you care about your & your family’s safety do not buy tires from here!! Horrible dishonest business practice With very shady customer service and CEO. They knowingly sell defective tires! Not only is this dangerous, but illegal. Will be reported as a formal complaint to the BBB and the state of Illinois for further investigation. Received multiple unevenly worn, completely torn up tread tires. Even damaged sidewall. Tires that will not pass a vehicle inspection in any state. Customer service gives you the runaround by attempting to give a partial refund of 10% or ship out a replacement junk tire. The return process is long and tedious. They also mentioned that “uneven treadwear is in their fine print”. Had a tire shop look at the tires and they said its dangerous to mount them, even mentioned that most likely this business gets tires that are already dumpster recycled and they resell them online. Their business practice is unethical, deceiving and illegal and will be investigated further. Attached is a photo of an example of a tire that was advertised to be 8.5/32 But was actually 3/32! Complete scam. DO NOT BUY from UNITED TIRES or their ebay store

These are scammers, they sell old tires at the price of new ones, they sent me torn tires and didn’t say anything about it! Never buy tires here! My sixty dollars won't do you any good, you swindler! They will send you torn tires and will lie by any means possible so as not to take them back! The tire is full of holes and drains in five minutes, it is impossible to use it! I bought this tire on Ebay and returned it back to the seller, he did not refund my money and is selling this tire again! Stay away from him!

United Tires review I bought two "used" only been driven once 10/32 tread tires. They arrived and looked brand new and even had the little rubber hairs on the tires. I took them to a local tire shop and had them installed. After installation the tire shop informed me that the tires were manufactured in 2018. So these tires are over 6 years old. Manufacturers and NHTSA recommend tire replacement at 6 years regardless of use or tread depth. So I basically paid for tires that I already need to replace. I called United Tires to take them up on their return policy and they said they would refund my money and all I have to do is pay for return shipping. I refused and they told me there is nothing else they can do. At this point I'm out the money I paid for tires that are unsafe and unusable, plus the money I was charged to mount these tires and now United Tires wants me to pay more (return shipping) to make it right. I’m thinking of filing a class action lawsuit for failure to disclose manufacture date for tires they sell. According to Illinois case law that is relevant info that should be disclosed to buyers to ensure individual and public safety! There are several other reviews on Google and YELP complaining of the same issue. I would use caution when buying from this company. If for some reason United Tires takes a class on customer service and makes this right I will update my review.

Horrible customer service. Takes forever. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. After two hours they apologized and said they would try to get me a discount for the wait. Never got it. Go elsewhere.

I don’t care where you’ve been taking your car before, United Tires is your garage now. They’re straightforward, they’re communicative, they’re kind, and they know how make loyal customers by working with them like a human being, not just another number. I bring my car here every 6 months or so for regular maintenance and have brought it in for several “oh shit” tire/alignment emergencies. You actually can’t beat the tire prices. This city puts tires through literal hell, I’ve never had more blown tires than when I moved here. I’ve had a couple tires catch potholes or nails on me and every time they’ve fixed me up with used tires that have done me well long term and were literally a fraction of what I expected I was going to pay when I rolled into the shop with my spare on. They’ll hook you up with what’s gonna work best for you, not just what’s going to be the highest price point. Worried about these people complaining about wait times? I guarantee they did not call ahead. If they won’t be able to get you in within your time frame they’ll tell you, they don’t want to fill their shop up with impatient customers. Just call ahead or take your car in early morning. They’re a popular shop, always busy, but worth the wait and they won’t bullshit you if you ask how long it’ll take. I’m used to garages with bad customer service, who talk down to me and charge at the top of my budget for sometimes shitty work, but I’m done with that. United Tires sets the standard now.

I purchased four brand-new tires from United Tires LLC, but one arrived used, damaged, and with a hole. Their customer service was rude and argumentative throughout the process. Even after I provided them with a copy of the receipt for the tire repair, they still refused to issue a reasonable partial refund. Instead, they only offered $80 on a tire that cost over $250, and when I countered with $150, they flat-out refused. This experience highlights poor product quality control, lack of accountability, and disrespectful customer service. I strongly caution anyone against doing business with United Tires LLC.

If you need Tires, I would absolutely recommend you check out United Tires. My wife's truck had a flat, a new tire would be over $200 buck and I'd have to buy 2 since the tires were half warn.... The solution... get a used tire from United Tire. I was fortunate to have connected with Matt from United Tire and he hooked me up with a great used tire. I'm in NJ, and this thing shipped to me in 2 days right before the holidays. I got it mounted and it has been great. I've been telling all my friends and family that this is the way to go and the people to use if you need a Tire!

Purchased two tires from them. after I had them mounted, the installer mentioned it was unusual to have so many holes in tires. Three plugs in one tire. Two in the other. Can’t easily see them from the outside. I never thought to look. They claim they triple inspect their tires and only do “minor repairs“. I would normally never drive on a tire with three holes repaired. to me that’s major. I’m out of luck now since I’ve spent the money and paid to have them installed. makes me sick to feel I’ve been taken for fool. They offered to give me $20 for the inconvenience. I cannot even begin to say how pissed off I am.

So I've been buying tires from here for a while. I just bought 4 tires and when I went to get them put on one tire has a small leak in the side wall like a small nail punchered it. I notified utires and they ask me a few questions then nothing. Sad news cause I have bought and referred many people to this place. It's sad when the first bad tire I get a good luck, so I will take my business elsewhere. Utires doesn't care. When dealing with used tires there is going to a bad one eventually, how you handle taking care of the customer is everything. Learn from my mistake, stay clear of utires.com.

And beeare of all the fake reviews And beware of their fake 5 start reviews here - see yelp reviews and focus on 2023 and 2024 thru August (before they start creating fake 5 start reviews there too) This will be an ongoing review as I walk you thru the process. Ordering a tire was a simple process, I chatted with Karolina who was very helpful and got me the exact tire I needed. She told me when the tire would ship (tomorrow, 7/8/24). Changed from 5 star to 4 star because tire did not ship when promised. I was told the tire would ship on Monday 7/8 (ordered on Sunday), but it was not picked up until 7/9. There was also a shipment exception (barcode label was unreadable and has delayed delivery) Tire arrived 1 day later than I was originally told, likely due to a combination of shipping out late and the issue with the barcode label. We are scheduled to have the tire installed today, 7/11. Discount tire installed the tire and it has been 3 days without any issues so far (knock on wood) **Downgraded review from 4 to 3 Stars Not even 3 weeks into having the new tire on the car, we're getting a low-pressure warning on the car. I would expect the tire would have lasted longer than 2.5 weeks. I reached out to Mike (the owner) to see if he and his company would stand behind their product. **Downgraded review from 3 to 1 Star (really 0 stars) Tire continued to set off a low tire pressure. When driving, the tire is fine (the heat and rubber expansion from driving seals the small holes in the tire). We found that if the car is not driven more than 2 days - enough air leaks out to set off the TPMS. I did exchange a few emails with Mike (the owner) and he is happy to hide behind the 2 day warranty after installation - and is unwilling to do the right thing and stand behind a leaking tire. I'm fairly confident they know small leaks take more than 2 days to surface and trigger the low tire pressure and that's why they warranty their tires for only 2 days. Beware dealing with this company. I went into this transaction more optimistic than I should have and should have put more credence into the other 1 star reviews. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM MIKE OR THIS COMPANY.

Have been to United tire for tinting and when my tire pressure light went on. Both times were great experiences. Turns out my tire and even the sensor were ok. Appreciate that they were honest and didn't charge me, will definitely be my go to!

Horrible, don't waste your time, I experienced very poor customer service at United Tires, Went to get new tires after I scheduled appointment, they took my car inside the shop, they made me wait two hours and took customers arrived after me and finally when I asked why all this time, the answer is we don't have your tires. the manager matt and the employee jakob seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded, worst experience ever!

I chose United Tires from Tire Rack for shipping and installation of a new set for a newly acquired car. Quick service and an easy transaction. Had an issue that prompted me to stop back the next day, where they addressed the problem in no time. Very happy. Would recommend.

BUYER BEWARE!!! United Tires sells tires with leaks and hides behind their 48 hour warranties and will not help you when you discover that they sold you a defective tire. BE WARNED!! United Tires claims they pressure test their tires but they do not actually do that. It’s not worth their time or money to verify that they are selling quality tires and they leave it up to you to report problems. Don’t waste your time or your money. You will not get your money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Had ordered some united tires cause they say they are in good shape and have plenty of tread life, but got unusable tires that are dry rotted and have a crack going down the sidewall. They say they inspect them but I highly doubt it as anyone would see that they unsafe to use.

I got the tires hoping they hold air as I just received them but have the tread that was stated it looks like, what I'm not so satisfies about is 1 tire has 2 plugs in it, 3 tires total of the 4 have plugs and I understood they could have a plug but I really wouldn't think the ratio of ones with plugs without would be 75%. 2 plugs in 1 tire seems excessive. I was assured they would warranty the patches I guess so 3 out of 5 stars
