I can't begin to tell you what a blessing this shop was. In July my 2017 ford edge broke down. I took it to 2 different Sun autos, the ford dealership in Henderson, 3 different other mechanic shops and NO ONE was able to help. My husband found United and they were OUTSTANDING. My car is running better than the day I purchased it and the customer service was incredible. Rosie provided text updates every step of the way and communication was always clear. I will never take one of my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you for doing what 6 other shops couldn't do. So many mechanics now just throw parts at cars and can't diagnose problems. Save yourself the headaches and just come to United.

Definitely recommend!!! Rosie was so sweet on the phone and helpful. Carlos and another technician were able to repair my jeep by the next day. They gave super fair prices and explained everything they were doing and what was needed! Definitely come here!!!

Carlos and Rosie were extremely helpful when I broke down due to a faulty part that came from another shop out of town. They found the best way to help me without charging me an arm and a leg so I could make it back home safely. They treated us like family and honestly went above and beyond in every aspect of process to include dealing with the other shop to ensure that I could get the part replaced under warranty. I came to the shop based off the reviews and I can say with confidence that my experience was nothing but positive.

I highly recommend this place for their quick and honest service. They performed a clutch rebuild for an amazing price on the same day, which took just a couple of hours. Additionally, they were able to diagnose other issues within minutes that other mechanics failed to do over multiple visits, even though I didn't ask them to do so. Thanks again

These guys were awesome, full transmission rebuild on my lexus. Called several shops in town no one would touch the 6 speed auto they took it no issues. Car drives like it's new again very pleased with the work they did, will be sending anyone I know with a transmission issue to this place number 1 in town forsure.

I can not thank Rosie and Carlos enough for getting rid of the headache my car was causing me. They fixed the clutch on my Dodge and managed to get rid of the Engine Light that had been on since those biblical rains of last Labor Day and now I can pass my smog test. If you’re looking for honest people and great craftsmanship to work on your vehicle, look no further! East Las Vegas has a gem in the name of United Transmission LV! You folks are the best!!!

Did a good job installing my transmission and finding other issues, but, they broke wires on my O2 sensors and left both of them loose and stripped a nut out on my sway bar link!!

Very nice to work with and they get the job done quickly amd for a good price. They installed a unique hard to find refurbished transmission. A few months later it went bad but they honored their warranty and made it right.

Honesty is rare these days. I thought my transmission was going out. I dropped my car off and was ready to pay. Carlos was honest and advised that my transmission was fine instead of lying and having me pay thousands of dollars. I recommend everyone bring your car here for service. You will get honest answers another not someone who is trying to make a quick buck. Great prices and honest work. You definitely have a retiring customer

I took my 2007 Hyundai Sonata there for transmission issues, they thoroughly inspected it and determined that it was not worth fixing it because it also needed an engine they were up front honest and responsive that's all you can ever ask of a shop (this review is long overdue). They didn't ask for a nickel and Rosy rocks!

very good garage, we came with our camper and a problem on the gearbox, they fix it in 1 hour. and at a good price. very helpful.
