my experience wasnt so good, they really charge a good amount just to change the oil..and I brought a coupon to lower my high price down a abit..it really didn't help..I was in the neighborhood so I thought I give them a try...service was decent but I doubt I'll be coming back there again. I know other places that were a little more affordable.

I took my car in for the check engine light last week. They told me what the problem was and how to fix it. They were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

So I am warning ⚠️ all of yall these people here and this shop are scammer and thieves!!! On Thursday 6-6-2024, I had showed up with one slash tire on the front driver side , so I talked to the owner and ask is there a way to fix it , he said no that I need a new one so I ask for a used tire, so he said ok . Well to find out the had my car on a jack and kept telling me to go inside the office, well I saw through the window that both of my tires were off on the front. Which I was confused because the passenger front tire was good. Well he lied to me when I ask why did you remove my other tire I only came for one, he said they were good . So I noticed he had put both my tires in his truck and left for 45min and I kept asking his son with the Glasses, what's taking to long. He kept saying oh the owner (his dad) left to get you tires. I ask from were, he wouldn't say were so I said where are my tires at? He didn't say anything. So finally the owner shows up and he told me I got you some new tires. So I asked were is my other tires that were on my car , well to find out he sold my tires and brought me back some ugly beat up tires. Me and him got into it because he try to charge me $244.58 for some beat up tires and I told him no I wasn't paying that . That's a rip off so he goes and locked my car in the gate until I pay, I called the cops apparently they couldn't do anything because it's a civil matter!! So I had no choice by to pay. But on top of it I drove home with the tire and I already had a flat. So my brother In law took it off and apparently the tire he sold me had 3 hole and a nail in it. So I got back the next day and explained to him and he goes and take the tire and still hasn't gave me a new one!!! So technically this owner stold 3 tires from me and also ripped me off!!!!!! BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I’ve took my car a couple of times for oil changes because I was recommended by a friend. This last time I took my car they didn’t put back the top for my motor. I noticed it when I took my car for an inspection and the guy told me the top was missing. When I called Universal Lube & Oil to ask if they still had it because they forgot to put it back on the guy told me my car doesn’t come with one lol. I have a 2021 Honda definitely comes with a top. I definitely will NOT be taking car back for any service.

STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They are a RIP OFF!!! They will scam and steal parts from you and try to charge you extra fees and etc. STAY AWAY!!!! ESP if you’re going in for tires. Do NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!!

If I can give negative stars I would this place is a rip off they sell vouchers on Groupon with original price of the voucher 64.99 then I get to the shop and he wants to put the cheapest oil in my vehicle with was 44.99 cheaper than what I paid for the voucher smh this place and owner needs to be shut down and fined I have reported them to group on with the managers pic So hopefully they shut this down. Worst place not recommend I’ve never been the type to complain just wouldn’t want anyone to experience the same situation I did the young kid did my inspection looked like he was on something took him over 30 mins to do my inspection if it wasn’t for the big tires on the truck he would’ve hit the brick wall not to mention leaving the hood open which luckily my husband saw. This has to be addressed before they either damage someone property or someone gets hurt after the fact.

LIARS, CHEATS AND DECEIVERS !!! NEVER USE UNIVERSAL TIRE & LUBE ON BEAMER!!!! Never patronize this place ! I bought the Groupon for the full synthetic oil change. Called the number from Google maps and made an appointment at 8:00 a.m.. I wanted to be the first one there when they opened so I can be the first one out and continue my day. When I got there, I was told there was no appointment. I showed the young man behind the counter my telephone where I called the number from Google maps and made the appointment 4 days prior. He called the owner and in the end, they wanted me to come back tomorrow. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO OTHER CARS WAITING ON AN OIL CHANGE. The last time I was there, they tried to use a synthetic blend instead of full synthetic and I caught them. Stay away from this place at all costs !!! LIARS, cheats and deceivers !!!

Went in for my inspection and was told I failed due to my serpentine belt being a brown color on top and that means it is old and a safety issue. It has a slight brown discoloration on top only. No tears. No cracks. Definitely no old enough to fail an inspection. Then they proceeded to say they can fix it for me. Um no! I took my vehicle to another shop who said the belt was just fine but their inspection machine was down. Took it to the Toyota dealership who said I should have passed and that there is nothing wrong with the belt. I see many other reviews for same situations. I definitely will not be returning nor forwarding individuals any longer to them.

Came in to get an oil change with a Groupon and they refused to accept the Groupon. I called earlier in the day to confirm they had availability and was told to come in. I got there at 3:40 and was second in line before they told me that they could not do it until the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was at lunch at 4:20. Horrible service!

Consumers beware of this shady business!!! I will never go back to get a Car inspection. Basically, I was misled about my vehicle problems when in actuality I found out their were none. They wanted to repair my car unnecessarily to make some additional money. And they thought I was stupid, shame on them, smh!!!

Had an appointment to get my oil changed before I went out of town. I went in the manager told me I wasn’t on the schedule for an oil change the same guy I talked to the day before. I arrived 20 min early so it wasn’t no problem. So I left my truck there. About 2:30 cam back about 4 still no oil change. I just want my Groupon refund don’t really wanna pull the race card but if the shoe fit 😡

Was told serpentine belt cracked and needed to be replaced. Showed me felt had alittle wear on it but not cracked. I checked around for prices highest I got was 80 and I was charged more than that. Was told 1 hour and 5 hours later I finally got my Truck back. Different people working today. Not happy at all.
